DANE IS A LIAR AND THE PLACE WAS ABOUT TO GET SHOT UP WHILE I WAS THERE. So I went here to see about CASH cars I saw online. Even though I inquired about someone else when I arrived I ended up with Dane unfortunately. I came in clearly stating what cars I wanted to see (for a second car)and instead of showing me the cars I saw on the site for sale he then proceeded to tell how they supposedly weren't safe at all. (If so then why are they posted for sale) He clearly just wanted to sale me what he felt I should want. He claimed to be able to come up with something else they I may be willing to consider. He asked me a few basic questions and then asked to see my licenses. He claimed he was going to see if they had anything else that may be "closer but safer to what I'm looking for" I specifically said "IF YOU PLAN TO RUN MY CREDIT, FORGET IT. I'M NOT INTERESTED, DON'T TAKE MY LICENSE ANYWHERE YOU ARE." Well he lied to my face and ran my credit thru 5 different lenders and came with a deal I didn't ask for or give him approval to run my credit for. I didn't find out he ran my credit until tonight when I got a notification from Credit Karma! It hasn't been 12 hours and there is a 10+ point drop in my credit score I have been working to build! I will be calling to speak to his supervisor tomorrow and I would never in life recommend this place. His customer service sucks. Not only my issue but while I was in there another girl was in there screaming at the top of her lungs to the service office and threatened to bust out all of the dealership windows. I do not write bad revices about businesses but, This was the most hated service experience of my entire life. I took my 2015 SUV in to have toe two front tires replaced. I first of all was way over charged, two and a half times what other dealers charge for the same service. My truck had grease on the outside of the drivers door, I felt like I had taken my truck to an alley mechanic. I bought my car three weeks ago. I bought it use (2 years old) and the sales person told me any problems with the car call him and he'll get it fixed. After calling for two weeks. Since about the week after I bought the car. I finally just took it back in because I was getting nowhere on the phone. I had a minor problem with the dash! They would not fix it and they said I have to come back a week later when the cars extra warranty that I have purchased kicked in. They called twice that morning of our appointment and my husband made it very clear that he wanted to make sure that the vehicle was going to be there because we where driving an hour away to see the "vehicle". Well when we got there the car was somehow sold to a junk yard that morning at 8am...I had said...your guys called us this morning and verify our appointment to see this specific car. He told us that he can show us another car that did not drive. I asked to speak to a manager the guy at the front desk ask what was it regarding, I explained our situation to him another guy said they just pick up that car an hour before you got here. So I said really because the other guys told me the junk yard picked it up this morning. They can't even get their story straight in that place. I drove three hours halfway through my drive I got told that the car has been been sold and then got another call 15 minutes later saying that the car was not sold and that was still on the lot. I proceeded to make the rest of the drive , once I arrived it was nothing short of a 3 ring circus No one knew how to obtain the payoff on my Honda , I was able to get on the dealer site and print off the payoff that was not good enough for the manager, He said he will not sell the vehicle unless he speaks to a human to confirm the price, at this point it was after 6 and they were closed. I asked why no one bothered to call 2 hours ago when I was there an they were open - there response was "well I don't know what you have been doing while you were here" Very professional! Once the time came for the appraisal they were $1,700 off of the low end estimate that they emiled to me. I ended up walking out after 2 plus hours of waiting for nothing I don't have a clue how they are still in business Long story short , if I could give them negative stars I could This place is a nightmare, stay away! I received an oil change and transmission fluid service. While driving off, my entire key fob fell off. I was only 3 blocks away. I attempted to call but the rep only stated he could take down my information but could not offer any suggestions. I pulled back up to servicing and luckily they remembered I had just pulled off. I informed them the fob fell off and my key was then stuck. They were able to retrieve it with a small tool. They searched the car for a small missing piece but it was not there. That means the key was broken and a mechanic there was going to let me drive off unbeknownst to myself I would have to replace it. I am thankful a new key was provided without additional hassle. However, the key cannot unlock my door as it is different. Also the trunk no longer opens with the back button. The key fob must remain working, otherwise I cannot get into my vehicle. The situation was discouraging considering I travel there to have my car serviced there on many occasions. Knowing someone broke my key, possibly accidentally, without properly informing me is terrible. I had considered trading in my vehicle for an Equinox at Kingdom Chevy but I highly doubt it after this situation. read more

Don't waste your time going here. My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a certified pre-owned car. We went to a few different dealerships, the last of which was Kingdom. One of the others we visited, as well as many Yelp reviewers, warned us about going here. We decided to try it out, anyway, but definitely should have listened. It is FILTHY! The little tables where you sit to talk to the dealers are disgusting. There were so much dust, random wrappers, papers and food particles (I could identify a couple as flamin' hots) on the floor by the tables. Gross. They also don't clean the cars until they are sold (so lazy), so we test drove a car that had finger smudges, hair, and an empty cupcake container on the passenger side floor. Plus every car was covered in dust/dirt, even the ones near the entrance that are supposed to be the fanciest. It's not like they're understaffed. I looked around and saw about 8 workers smoking cigarettes outside and another 5 eating Dunkin Donuts at a table, then a bunch more just standing around talking. It's not like there was no time to grab a rag and make the cars look presentable. In comparison to the other dealerships we visited, everything was worse here. Our salesman did not seem to care about us, answering personal calls and cursing on his phone when we were trying to ask questions. Very unprofessional. The perks they offer those who buy from there were also lesser than those at other dealerships. My bf tried to get a cup of coffee, too, but their coffee machine had been broken for a few weeks. What car dealership doesn't have complimentary coffee? Save yourself a headache and go somewhere that actually wants your business. I went to Kingdom Chevy after seeing an ad for a car through USAA website; the ad said the price was negociable. I went to the used car lot across the street and the office on the lot was an abandoned building! So I went across the street to the main office, and met sales rep Charles. I told Charles that I had cash and did not need financing. He told me that Kingdom does not negociate prices. I couldn't believe it, and he confirmed it again. He said he was a new sales rep, but it's their practice not to negociate prices. I told him OK, but CASH IS KING, and I left out of the dealership after about 2 minutes. In November of 2012 I was looking for a specific car that kingdom Chevy had in their inventory. The car was hard to find and it was what I called my dream car. I bought it on Black Friday. The sales man sold me the car with one headlight working and a dead battery. The next day I was stranded. Not only did the cars battery died, but the engine was also damaged due to dirty oil. The engine was knocking. This happened 70 miles after the purchase. The following Monday they showed me another vehicle. 4 years older same price And lower miles by 30k. Three weeks after that Monday the cars transmission gives up. Once again stranded, this time for three weeks. They did not offer me borrowed a vehicle while they had my car in the shop for three weeks. They said they took it to the Lexus dealer, but they took it to a transmission shop down the street. On top of everything they accused me of being a wreck less driver. If they knew the history of the cars they have they would know. I threaten them with the better business bureau. And they paid the fee for the replacement. The salesman said I needed to help in the price, I said no, he also said that I needed 50 dollars to cancel the insurance that they provide at the dealer, I called the insurance myself and cancelled it, asked them about the fee and there was none. How is this place still running? If you ask me it should be re runned by honest salesmen. But it'll never happen because its all business. They just care about the sale and not about our safety. To be short and straight to the point... Go to a different Chevy dealership if you want a Chevy vehicle. Went in to trade in a Chevy sonic and upgrade to an equinox. The sales person tried telling me to let the repo man take the sonic. What kind of business is that? Fast forward, we ended up trading in two vehicles and leaving with 2 brand new cars. One of the cool things was free car washes. Everytime I take my vehicle in, they have attitude in the car wash area. They use hard brushes to clean cars. Service people are non professional. Got only $1k for a truck I traded in... Went in a week later tryin to repurchase that vehicle for almost the same price. They were tryin to sell it back to me for 3k because "they had to check the vehicle out" and "because it's part of business and they need to make a profit". We transferred plates on one of the vehicles and the finance guy didnt inform us to transfer the city sticker or else we will have to pay a late fee when renewing the city sticker. They should know the processes... They deal with this almost everyday with different sales. They also set us up with a talro insurance when we had insurance already. They never called to cancel the policy plan that they opened without our consent. For the next couple weeks, we had to deal with the insurance company to get both policys cancelled. If I could get this place NO STARS, I would. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rouge from this place. I was really upside down on my car and was convinced to purchase this Rouge. The car had apparently just came onto the lot and was told to check the car out and bring it back with any issues. I bought the car because my friend works here and I trust him. I took the car home, the front was shaking, there were so many dents and scratches on the bumper. It smelled like a foot. The next day I was looking for something that fell under my seat and found a rotten tomato, a CD and 2 empty water bottles. REALLY?!? I called the dealership only to deal with their extremely rude staff. The finance guy offered me a "free detail like he was doing me a favor. PLEASE! The car should have been clean before they gave it to me. He didn't do me any favors. I brought the car back and had it details. No floor mats except for 6 mismatched ones (GHETTO) and the car still stunk. I had to go buy an air freshener and air the car out for a day. After they cleaned it they painted the bumper and let the repair shop deal with the issues. I am still having the issues and then I find out that my car never had an oil change,. They threw me a free one, like once again, doing me a favor. PLEASE! This place is ghetto and pathetic. Mr. Vince made sure to let me know the mechanic saw something wrong with the car I wanted and the mechanic was going to make all the necessary repairs to bring the car up to excellent Kingdom Chevy service standards, and saving me hundreds in repairs. I was able to contact the sales team even after my purchase with an issue and they were of great assistance. I have a 2yr warranty and feel reassured about my purchase at Kingdom Chevy. Bad experience at this place. Scheduled an appointment with Anthony about a car I searched online. They said its still available to be seen the next day. So drove all the way there and they told me the car is not there anymore due to mechanical problems and was auctioned (at least they were honest). So some other sales guy helped us and tried to look for a car within our budget. So he showed me a Pontiac G6 that was just traded in the night before. I was gonna open the passenger side door but nope there's no handle. He was kinda laughing about it, I was laughing because I cant believe he is showing me this car. I come here to get my 2014 cruze serviced. Its the only dealership with low wait times (and I can see why not alot of people come here). I'm never greeted when I arrive not a hello, hi nothing. Even though there's representatives at the computers non have the customer service skills to look up and say " we will be with you shortly" or some type of acknowledgement. In the waiting area I can clearly see why this dealer has a bad reviews. Salemen act unprofessional in front of customers. I'm very interested in a Buick Encore 2012-2015 and they have a couple in stock. He let me go on a test drive and other than the rotors being rusted the car drove very very well. So w go on to find out we where lied to and that we not only could not get the 7% but they could only get us in a newer car then what we wanted. So we left and hours later we got a call from Carlos saying and his exact words call them and tell them we got them approved and to get there asses in here! I warn all before you even step foot into this place of business. Please read the reviews on here and BBB. Be aware of this business and the pattern of consumer neglection. I purchase a car about 2.5 months (2018 with about 44000 miles at the time of purchase). I started to have problems with the care around Feb 27th. Took it in, Rudy(beyond the rude) got it looked at and told me what the problem was. After having my car for 3 weeks and me paying $100/day I called Rudy to explain the importance of why I need my car and we could I do to help speed up the process. Rudy asked that I give them two days and he will call me back either with good or bad news. I waited 3 days. That's when I talked to Keith. He gave me the same information and I just called the insurance place myself and everything was approved within 2 days. Mind you my case worker Chantell had told me this was approved earlier the week before-Rudy said it was not, well I believe her. I did not mention that to them because I just wanted my car. One week later I finally get a call from Rudy stating my car is ready and I need come pick it up by 6pm the same day he called. I told Rudy I was at work (Schaumburg,IL) and I wasn't sure if I can make it to the city by that time as I get off work at 4pm and traffic is crazy. He didn't care, he told me the rental was due by 6pm and he doesn't know what to tell me-oh yes I got phone records from tmobile on that. Again consumer abuse! After 1 day of having my car another problem came about that I had to miss work and have my car towed back to them-no apology from Rudy or Keith. Now I am responsible to pay for the damage the caused after speaking to several authorize chevy services, gmc and the place I bought my car from. Keith, Cassie and 1 other person didn't want to give me the owner information nor give him my information because Richard has place inadequate managers whom cant property handle situation like this. We purchased a vehicle from here. Less than three months after we purchased the vehicle the alternator went out. I called to see if they would fix it and they told me I should have gotten an extended warranty. I took my vehicle to another dealership and they told me it was no way the car could have these issues when it was only two years old. When I called Kingdom the operator was rude and told me she wasn't going to go out of her way for a car that wasn't even under warranty! The customer service was horrible and I ended up paying 795.00 for a new alternator on a car that was only three months old!! I will never recommend this place or come back!!! Hey everyone. So i find this very interesting while reading the reviews. See this dealer use to be in the same location as GATEWAY CHEVY. They were the worst. They sold bad cars that had alot of issues. The salesmen were the worst. Gateway had a class action lawsuit against them and was force to close down. Reading these reviews are very helpful. Maybe there trying to follow in the same path. I wouldn't be surprised if they the next ones to close. read more

Wow. A car dealership that lives up to its name- Kingdom. The General Manager Sean went above and beyond to support Ismail & Michael as they walked me through every step of the process to acquire my ideal vehicle. I have been to over ten car dealerships in the past 5 years, in WI, IN & IL, and I have never seen a staff so ready to serve, and so well-informed about not only vehicles, but also financing & insurance processes. I also heard customers being treated respectfully left & right, including a woman who humbly said she was recovering from bankruptcy. To top all this off, I saw a fellow wearing a shirt that said "I trust no one," buying a car from These Guys. DO IT. Go pay your homage at your local Kingdom Chevy!
