Reasons not to go to the Craft House...there were 4 of us, 2 of us ordered the Friday night special fish and chips. 20 minutes after ordering they said they were out of the clam chowder that came with it and offered us a salad instead. 30 minutes later our other food came out (the other 2 of our group ordered burgers) but no fish and chips came out. After another 30 minutes and everyone was done eating still no fish. We cancelled our order and left due to the fact we were told it would be another 15 minutes or more. Come on....if you have a special on your menu learn how to make sure you can handle it. I owned a restaurant for 10 years, its not brain surgery. Get it together and I might try your restraunt again in a couple years. read more

This Kingman craft house is the top rated burger and wings restaurant in Kingman Arizona. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the front of the house manager. We are impressed by the commitment to great service and a very clean beer and burgers restaurant. Courtney remembered what beer we wanted. She is quick to help with our requests and always smiling. We will return as often as we can. BTW be early if you want wings because they are very popular and they do run out! read more

The food is loaded with BBQ sauce that much that I got sick with the 1st bite. I have not been to one place that needs to load their brisket with that much BBQ sauce and then the meat is terrible. Some parts of the brisket was not chewable, dry. Just overall bad experience. read more

Service was great and food was delicious. Not so jazzed about the seating but it is doable and they also have outdoor seating.. They have a nice large U-shaped bar and numerous TVs. We tried the Fish Tacos, Chicken Philly Sandwich and the Fish and Chips. All were very good especially the fish tacos. We look forward to our next visit. read more

It's a great local place. I've been twice. Service at the bar was slow. I didnt know who was working the bar but it took 15min after I said I was interested in the garlic burger.. there was no Cheese or arugula. great aioli... amazing Time 2 we had a party of 8 as we had to move to a bigger party Table. Service was great. I loved the chips the first time but they were burnt and not so great the second time. This place exceeded my expectations for a small sports bar type of place. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. My burger was very good and so were the onion rings. My husband said the Italian sub was "just allright" but his potato salad was very good was there was lots of it. Our drinks were good as well, especially my gin & tonic. read more

My take on the Kingman Craft House: We went there for dinner last night and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and the server was very polite. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the place was airy comfortable. Yes, we waited a bit for the food, but it wasn't too bad. The hamburgers were fantastic. The best fries EVER, seasoned not salted. The only 4 star was the ice-tea, not as strong as could be and not enough ice, and if that's the only thing I have to complain about, well.......... 'nuff said. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food. We will most definitely go back soon. Yes, they're still not open on Monday & Tuesday, and yes, some items are not available (yet). These people cannot cook a burger to save their lives. They ask you when you order it on how you want it prepared and then cook it the way they feel like it which is well done and burnt. Took forever for the meal to be made and I gold the server to mention it to the manager. Nothing happened. Also real skimpy on the onion rings. My friend and I tried this place. The service as soon as you walk in is excellent. The hostess immediately seated us. Our waitress, Adriana, was immediately over to take drink orders. The atmosphere is lively, with music playing on the speakers. Since it was Friday, we both ordered the fish plates. I should have ordered the two-piece instead of the three-piece plate. The fish were huge. They were crispy and delicious. The hostess kept checking on us, taking empty dishes off the table and asking if we needed anything. Adriana our waitress was very nice and friendly. Kingman has been needing a place like this. Makes you feel like you are special. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kingman Craft House. They finally opened. If you ate at the original Hooch's Grill you know the food. The ambiance is beautiful and the wait staff is friendly and happy. The food is wonderful. I ordered the Chicken fried steak breakfast. The chicken fried steak is the bomb. Dave ordered the Denver Omelet. The only way it could have been better is if I cooked it myself.
