When I arrived I was shocked by the line that was coming from the building. Obviously I was just now getting the memo of this tire shop. The customer service was awesome and they were able to find the tire I needed. The also have hubcaps and will order any rims or tires that you might need. Management is solid, and the prices are unbeatable. They went above and beyond by sourcing tires and wipers that weren't even in stock--had them delivered in under 30 minutes and finished the job in about 10 more. Super long story short, I visited this tire shop to replace my two rear tires. Shortly after…read moreleaving, my TPMS light came on, indicating that my tire pressure sensor was missing. I returned to the shop, but they claimed nothing was wrong. It's clear the sensor stopped working after the tire replacement. When I asked to speak with the manager, he also seemed annoyed and didn't even bother to leave his desk, insisting it wasn't broken. The shop showed no interest in fixing the issue. I chose this place because it's close to my house, but now I'm out of pocket for the damage they caused. I regret not leaving when I saw the manager's wife and kids in the office. I won't be returning and am currently trying to contact the shop's owner for reimbursement.

I took 2)- wire spoke wheels w/tires mounted to check balance. He introduced me to his balance expert and then they both checked and adjusted the balance weights for me. The outstanding part of this story is this was at 'No Charge'... I haven't seen this type of service since I was a kid...(ol' guy'). However, my TPMS regustered the tires pressure in all 4 tires. Their explanation was that it was it broke of and was rolling inside the tire. They stated they it didn't have to be connected to the valve stem to register the pressure in the tire. They broke it and then offered to replace it for $95. They broke it removing the old tire. I just wish they would have taken accountability and fixed as a reputable business should. After researching this and watching several tire removals, the installer has to be careful to avoid this. I'm never going here again. Please beware. When I asked them about it, they said that they could put it in the tire to allow it to roll around and register the pressure. We payed and as we were leaving the engine light was still on. They pulled the code, and it was pulling the same code it was that they claim they fixed. They said drive it for the weekend if it's still on, bring it back to us Monday morning. Called them Monday morning. The manager gave me the runaround telling me there's many reasons your engine light can be on. Even though it's still pulling the same code they claimed they fixed. Talking to me like I'm stupid. They will not fix the problem, nor will they give us our money back. We were charged 375.00$ for "labor" 151.86$ for "parts" 21.07$ shop supplies. And taxes of course... Moral of the story they got paid $562.21 for them to do nothing. Thank you for nothing.
