Today, I ordered a snickerdoodle bagel and an Asiago bagel, and both came out completely burnt, black, and charred. What really pushed this from frustrating to unacceptable was the customer service afterward. When I called to request a refund, the employee on the phone was short, rude, and didn't apologize or take any accountability for the mistake. As both a customer and someone who has worked in customer service before, I understand mistakes happen. But how you handle those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short in both food quality and customer care. I won't be returning.
