Went and had dinner, they sat me. It took 20min roughly for anyone to get to me. When they did I ordered whiskey RedBreast 21 and gave me a water. Then it took another 20-30min for someone to take my order and I had to flag someone down. The only one that took care of me was Joe. They comped my food but not my drinks, a little disappointed in not being able to at least comp half of what I had. Honestly they could have comped half of my bill and they didn't, said they couldn't comp alcohol. An established like that could do anything they wanted, they just didn't want to do it. The pizza was nothing special. It's a cross between frozen pizza and Little Ceasars. It was $28. I was not impressed. My honey said the garlic steak sandwich was dried, and the flavor was just ok, but he loved the fried pickles and the shoestring fries. The service was fast, and the servers were really nice. The restaurant was cozy. They had outdoor seating with heaters, but it was a rainy day, so everyone sat inside. When we left, the place was packed. Will I be back? Probably not. read more

I have been there a few times now. I love the food and the service. My first review complained of the noise from the bar, but that was just that one time. But i can have two 12 oz. Beers? The appetizer came with the food. I ordered a drink from the bar and it took 15 mins to show up and she set it behind my arm at the edge of the table so i didn't even see it. She was snotty because she was messing up? Never again. One of my favorite burgers exists at 747, and their espresso martini - so good! We always find ourselves sitting at the bar and chatting with the bartenders who make the experience here so fun! Everything about this place is nothing short than amazing. The atmosphere was cozy enough to engage in a private conversation, but lively enough to watch the game. The food choices were great and choices for all diets. I tried the cauliflower steak in one visit with the reputable pretzels; and the wedge salad, sweet potato fries, and artichoke hearts on the second visit. Made a quick visit here during lunch hour. We were taken to our seat as soon as we walked in. Observing the restaurant we can tell it was busy lunch hour. We were noticed by an employee after about 15 min of waiting we weren't given waters or addressed and he instantly came over got our drinks and took our order as well . We noticed our waitresses busy so nice to see other employees helping each other out. I ordered the chicken ceaser salad and my husband the burger with sweet potato fires , we were satisfied with our meal. Picked up some lunch to go earlier in the week, so good! We were impressed with the freshness of all ingredients on our burgers, and the quality of food was still on point when we sat down to eat 15 mins or so after pick up. The Westpark burger is a winner- the aioli makes the difference for sure! I'd have liked the bacon a bit crispier, but overall the burger was excellent. The garlic fries will be our go-to for all the right reasons, though the regular fries are great too- really dig the crispy, crunchy texture and bit of a thicker grind of the seasoning salt. Deep fried pickles were okay- I'd like to see spears for easier dipping and a bit more crunch. Looking forward to trying more of the menu soon! read more

Had the buttery steak sandwich meat tasted like it was just cooked with no seasoning fries and side salad were great, husband had the ribeye he liked it but thought there could be a little more seasoning to it brussel sprouts were mehhh, potatoes were hard and had little to no salt. We have been going here since they opened as we love supporting our neighborhood small businesses. We keep coming back because the ambiance and vibe is so inviting with their huge patio and open air restaurant. Unfortunately their service and quality of food has gone downhill consistently the last 6 months or so. We don't mind paying a higher price if the quality of food and service reflects the price. We keep hoping that each visit is just a one off or a bad night but it doesn't improve. Tonight our order wasn't taken for 25 min after we were seated. When I went and asked the hostess if there was a server that could help us, she had a horrible attitude and then our server seemed upset and barely said 2 words to us the rest of the meal. Our kids food came way before the adult meals. The food quality was lacking with black burnt brussel sprouts, ribeye that I could hardly chew and liquified mashed potatoes. The service has been so unfriendly recently that you don't even feel comfortable voicing if you are unsatisfied with your food. Love this place because it's within walking distance of my house, but I was very unimpressed with our last visit. The flies were awful and borderline disgusting. If I'm paying over $100 for a meal I shouldn't have to cover my food with napkins between bites. I asked for a fan that I saw other tables had but my waitress unapologetically informed us they didn't have anymore. Zero apologies or other solutions. Management should really figure this out. Drinks were delicious and my daughter always loves her chicken strips and fries. Our charcuterie board was disappointing and not like I remember it from prior visits. The presentation looks much different than the one i just saw posted to your IG account. Only four pieces of toast, some sort of cheese spread that lacked any flavor at all, and two giant chunks of Brie and a ton of grapes and olives. Having now been about 1/2 dozen times I feel comfortable writing a review. I soo wanted this to be my new goto place but it just does not warrant that yet. Let's start with what I like/love about the place. The space itself is warm, and inviting with an open airiness that I personally like. So far pretty much all of the food has been decent, it's good but not over the top amazing and I'm ok with that. The beer list is reasonable, the wine list is ok. Now how it goes from a 5-star down to 3 stars. I normally sit at the bar.... they are very well staffed and yet it's hard to get good service, I've sat there for 20 min with an empty glass and watched the staff do get-togethers, and look around the room but not actually engage. Last week the bar was full, 4 people were behind the bar, and about half the folks had empty glasses. The bar team just does not care. Now there are lots of places where I'd understand but make no mistake, you're paying super top dollar for everything you buy here. And that is why you go from 5-3 stars. At their price point, the service needs to be on point. Its premium pricing for everything, the facility is worth it, but the food is just decent and the service is a C- This place with a few tweaks will go from 3-to 5 stars. read more

Their food has been great the few times I have been there. The servers and wait staff are always great and friendly. But their craft cocktails are not so great. Either to sweet and need more alcohol or no flavor and needs more sweet. They have a great wine list. So I just stick with wine when we go. They need better bartenders or at least taste the cocktail before it goes out to customer. read more
