We're in Hermosa on vacation and my Mom and I needed our nails done. I saw this place in the distance when walking on the Strand and pulled it up on Yelp of course, to find it had pretty good reviews but more importantly I liked their work! We make an appointment on a Saturday, super friendly and easy on the phone to make an appointment. We come in same day that afternoon and were helped right away. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, my mom has a scooter and we had a dog with us, all of which was no problem. They offered us COMPLIMENTARY drinks including fancy cocktails so we had Aperol Spritz's which were DELICIOUS. Same time mani pedi which is my fav set up for time efficiency. They did a fantastic job removing old acrylics and kept my natural nails strong and healthy so I could get build Gel on my natural nails! I opted for a Ombré French with chrome but they seem very knowledgeable and comfortable with many various designs I showed them. My mom got exactly what she wanted and they were so patient with her discussing all of the different colors and French options with her. Everyone's energy was so sweet and fun and the service was amazing. The shop is also super clean and the massage chairs are amazing. A truly pampering experience.

I stuck with flavored seltzer, but it is certainly very appreciated and not expected. I had called earlier in the day to make an appointment, as I wasn't sure how crowded it would be. It came out clumpy, none of my toes were fully covered at all, she barely filed them and there was polish all over my toes that she didn't clean off. I have been coming here for a while and never had a complaint but lately it has not been very good. The main front desk lady redid them for me and they turned out ok. I love the decor and design of the place but way too expensive for the inconsistency. The pictures is what they look like now after the lady redid them still pretty bad but believe it or not better than they were. I'm so irritated won't be coming back.

I started with a pedicure from Theary, who is genuinely one of the sweetest people I've ever met. While we were chatting, she noticed my Gel-X nails had grown out and mentioned they had time to do a fill. I admitted I'm ridiculously picky about my nails and usually don't let just anyone touch them. Without missing a beat, she smiled and said, "Don't worry, I have the perfect person for you." Enters Ivy. They covered my lap, Ivy started my Gel-X fill while Theary continued my pedicure, and I couldn't believe what was happening. Two services at the same time, zero rushing, and incredible attention to detail. I was in and out in about an hour, which honestly felt like magic.
