NEVER HAPPENED. I start to get negative vibes, since customer service was negative before they ever got to me. I canceled after waiting another hour. I made an appointment for my carpets to be cleaned. The technician did not arrive in a Kiwi company van but an older faded small truck with no Kiwi identifications. He did not have a shirt on that identified him as a Kiwi technician and wore an wrinkly old T-shirt and pants. He could not speak or hear. I was just stunned. I called Kiwi and they stated he in fact the Kiwi technician. I have used them before so I know what to expect. He sprayed the carpet and started cleaning , I noticed the pad was filthy and he had not raked the carpet. I spoke with Kiwi and they stated he was not sent out with the proper equipment by his boss. I stated I was not going to pay for the service and now after 3 month they are going to put a lean on my house. Good grief! I feel they sent a technician that was truly not one. I confirmed my delivery for after 5pm 9/8/22 and it is now 10:03 pm. No delivery and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I have not moved any furnitures into my house yet waiting for my rug to be delivered. So on a Thursday night living a hour away I'm sitting here still waiting for my rug. I guess I can sit here until they open up again and still will not have my rug delivered. What type of service is this if you can't get it right. You called me yesterday and today to confirm the delivery and no one ever came!!!! I've already dropped the rug off to the company to begin with so you didn't even gave to waste your gas. Beware!!!! I hired Kiwi to clean and disinfect my double-sided wool rug about 8 weeks ago. I paid extra for an enzyme disinfectant treatment, as I have a cat who urinated on the rug in one particular spot. The company came and picked up the rug and advised it would be out approximately 2-4 weeks. Rug was brought back about a week and a half later, smelling of urine and looking as though it had never been touched! Contacted Kiwi and spoke with Crystal (one of the managers), who apologized and requested that I email her some pictures of the soiled rug (which I did), and scheduled for the rug to be picked up a second time. I was VERY clear that, on top of the dirt, the rug still smelled of urine, and that I expected the urine smell to be taken care of the second time around. Company once again picked up the rug and kept it approximately 2 1/2 weeks before delivering it back. The second time around it looked a bit better, though it was not as clean as I had anticipated it would be, given the amount of money I had spent to have it professionally cleaned. I contacted Crystal via email ONCE AGAIN, and she apologized and stated that she would notify the manager at the cleaning facility so that they would be sure to inspect it THOROUGHLY, as this would be the THIRD TIME we were sending it in. (Each time I contacted the company, mind you, I was asked if I the person I spoke with the time before was aware of the urine smell, even though they had it clearly documented in my records that I had paid extra to add that service). Crystal told me it sometimes requires multiple treatments on tough odors such as this, which is fine, but why not just keep the rug and treat it multiple times then and inspect it thoroughly before sending it back to me??!! The rug was out about 3 weeks this time around and, when it finalIy came back after the THIRD CLEANING, THE URINE SMELL WAS STILL THERE .When I got home from work a couple of hours after delivery, I inspected the rug only to find the smell of CAT URINE! The spot was not wet and obviously not fresh.The only reason that I didn't have them take it back with them immediately when they dropped it off was that Kiwi couldn't give me a delivery time (only a half day window) and, because I have to work, I had to arrange for a family member to be home for the delivery. I was home within half an hour, however, and IMMEDIATELY inspected the rug and reported it. To boot, the urine smell was on the underside of the rug, and not the side that was facing up when the delivery guy dropped it off. I emailed Crystal to advise and to request a refund on the disinfectant service I had paid extra for. I waited 3 days and got no reply whatsoever. I finally called the company directly and spoke with a customer rep who, after hearing my complaint, put me on hold while she "called her manager". When she came back to the phone she advised that they would need to schedule an appointment to have a manager come to the house to inspect the rug before they could issue a refund. It took them 10 days to get the manager out to the house and, when he arrived, it became obvious that he was trying to find a reason to take responsibility away from the company. He reasoned that the stain appeared to be "fresh", even though I argued that I had reported it to the company within an hour of receiving the rug back 10 days ago. Also, there was no urine discoloration or stain on the tile floor under the rug, which there should have been had the stain been fresh. His solution was just to return the next morning with a bottle full of enzyme spray and spray the area in hopes that the stain and smell would go away, and he acted as if he was doing me a favor by doing this. Needless to say, 24 hours later and I still have a rug that is minimally clean and smells of cat urine, and I'm out hundreds of dollars! Will never use this service again!!! This is a late review of Kiwi services, but there is a reason for it, read on. Kiwi showed up to my home on 05/2017. When I arrived and met the technician he stated that he had already finished the studio and he was working on our main bedroom. I was surprised to find out that their cleaning method is to rub a rag on the carpet with a machine after spraying chemicals on it, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. I was also disappointed with the condition of the equipment that the tech had as it looked very old and beaten, and he also showed up in an old pickup truck with a bunch of chemical bottles in the back. Not a professional looking equipment and transportation method for chemicals, in my opinion. After finishing the whole house I inspected the carpet and saw almost no difference with the previous condition, but the technician stated that it was because the carpet was in a very bad shape and that it was the "best he could do". Since we were just moving into the house and did not know anything about the carpet's maintenance I took his word for it. After the technician left I realized that there were small pieces of dirt in my main bedroom carpet, so I decided to vacuum it. To my surprise what came out was not a small amount of debris and dirt, but a huge one, so I repeated the vacuum in the main closet and studio with the same results. Either the tech did not vacuum at all, or he did a very sloppy job at it. After this realization I decided to clean a portion of the carpet with my own household, Walmart bought, carpet cleaner and to my astonishment the results were clearly visible right away when the carpet was still wet and even clearer the next day once I saw it dry. The portion of the carpet I cleaned looks very different, and the carpet color much clearer. Since their cleaning method is to rub a rag in the carpet all the dirt was just being shoved into it and doing absolutely nothing to clean it. There is no extraction of the dirt from the carpet, and almost no removal of any stains. I contacted the company the same night of the service and I was told that these results were not common and that they would send a more "senior" tech to my house the next day, so I accepted to give the company a second chance. The next day a very, very young couple of techs showed up to my house with the same beat up equipment and chemicals that were used before. I showed then the results from the first tech and the comparison with my own cleaning and they asked if I wanted them to try so I did. The results were exactly the same as they both could witness, so I asked them to stop the treatment and leave. Since we were already behind schedule and the movers were set for the next day I had to contact another cleaning company and have them clean up our carpet the proper way with proper carpet cleaning equipment. Not only the results were much superior to Kiwi's, but they charged me almost a THIRD of what they did. I want to warn others, and help people understand how disappointing and time consuming this issue was for us. We were remodeling and moving into our house and the last thing we needed was to deal with this extra stress. We decided to go with this company because of the glowing reviews in Google, so we paid the amount requested that turned out to be 3 times as high as other carpet cleaners but without delivering results. We gave this company a chance to make things right a second time, so they can't say we tried to work with them. The reason for the late review is that we requested a refund that this company fought, so we had to dispute the charges with American Express. I thought they had solved the issue because the charges were reversed, but by chance I just realized that Kiwi charged us again, gave us a partial credit, and was able to sneak new charges past our attention. Kiwi charged $587.50 to muddy our carpet, and waste our time, and they later did not own the problem. Not only they re-charged our card, but they keep sending me invoices for the partial refund they provided. This company should not be in business. Take a look at the pictures and think if these are the results you want at your home from a professional cleaning service. Do not give this people your credit card number, stay away. read more

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I chose this company to clean 2 of my rugs before Christmas of 2023. They said they would need 2 weeks to complete and would have my rugs back a week before Christmas. Once the 2 weeks were up my rugs were delivered with tags on both of them that said dirty. I was like maybe they forgot to remove. Once I opened them up I realized that they had never been touched. They still had a dog smell on them becuase I have a dog and that was the whole reason I wanted them professionally cleaned. I called immediately to. let them know how disappointed I was and that I wanted someone to come out and take a look and give me a refund. They apologized and let me know they could have someone come pick them up again and have them cleaned and returned with 5 days. I let them know the importance of needing them back before christmas. They were not able to get them on the following Monday and did not pick them up until Wednesday evening. My rugs are large rugs one is 8x10 and the other is 9x12. I knew this was going to be an issue to have them back cleaned and dried by friday. Sure enough Friday when I go home from work both rugs are in my garage. I brought them inside and opened them and the same thing.THEY HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED! I had to send to emails and make several phone calls for someone to understand how frustrated I was about the whole situation. Once I finally spoke to the corporate office and told her everything that had happened she said she would give me a full refund of $399.00 and a credit on my account of $200. She then told me that the check would take about 30 days to be cut and mailed. This was all discussed in the beginning of January 2024. It is now March 12, 2024 and I am unable to talk to the person who told me that I would receive a check. Her assistant keeps on saying she is busy and will give me a call once she is available. This is the worst company I have ever delt with and the fact that my phone calls keep getting dodged is distasteful. All I ever wanted was my rugs to be cleaned before I had family and friends over for Christmas. Instead I was lied to and now I can not talk to anyone of authority to get my check or even check on the incident to see if it was lost in the mail. I have a wool rug that I wanted to be cleaned. I called Kiwi and was given a reasonable price quote and a return delivery for two weeks. At two weeks I called them to see when the rug would be delivered and they told me four weeks. When I asked why I was misquoted, they said the person I had spoken with was new. When the rug was not delivered on the day they said it would be, I got a call and they said that no one had tagged it so I had to send them a picture of the rug. I just called them today and they said it hadn't been cleaned correctly so they were going to re-clean it! These people are very unprofessional and I hope you hire anyone but them. read more

After calling every week since then it has been scheduled to be delivered 6 different days . January 3, 4, 10, 12, 18 and 19. Run!! Run!! Run!! Kiwi Services is the worst supposedly professional cleaning service I have dealt with to date! And folks, I am speaking, literally. I contracted Kiwi Services to clean my white sectional couch. The technician attempted to clean the service areas of the couch with a buffer. When I stated that it did not look as though the process was working, I was ensured that once the unit dried that the appearance would be better. I specially asked the technician, "what if I am not satisfied with the appearance after the unit drys?" The technician informed me the Kiwi has a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. Simply contact Kiwi Services and tell them you are not satisfied and they will refund your money. Well to say the least, I was not satisfied with the cleaning. In actuality, the unit appeared worst prior to cleaning. I contacted Kiwi Services as instructed and was instructed to send photos of the unit and they would schedule a more seasoned technician to come out and address my concerns. Hmm, not provide a refund as requested. Another technician came to perform the cleaning. He immediately expressed, "...this job is going to require and extraction methodology. Kiwi Services will not allow me to utilize my extractor on their customers. I would definitely suggest you contact, Stanley Steemer to perform an extracted cleaning.) I contacted Kiwi Services again and spoke to Sheila Hare, who again, asked me to provide photos. I informed her that I previously provided photos as requested. Shelia (in a snapping manner), informed me that Kiwi required full photos of the units and not just the areas they attempted to clean. Thus, I provided full photos of the units. Still no refund. I have emailed Kiwi Services regarding the requested refund on six different occasions to date. The last being December 19, 2019. True to form, Shelia Hare's email address is undeliverable. When you use kiwi for carpet cleaning, they claim that you have unlimited cleanings for a year for a significantly reduced rate. When they initially came out I was very pleased. This past week I made an appointment for them to come out and work on my stairs. I took 1/2 a day off from work so I could be home at the scheduled time. At the end of the two hour window I received a call that they (obviously) would not be able to make it as scheduled, but would be there within the hour. Waited an hour, at which point they called to say they could not make it that day. They were very apologetic and we rescheduled for a two hour window today. Today no one has shown, no one has called and no one is answering the phones when I call, despite waiting on hold for 10 minutes. If they were hoping to, as they said "make things right" after the first no show, they failed miserably. If you don't mind wasting vacation time and weekends, give them a call. Otherwise, I'd suggest calling someone else. I will definitely be finding someone new. read more

So about 2 1/2 months ago I had Kiwi carpet cleaners come and clean my carpets. I have been using them since I moved into my townhouse and only 1 time had I had any issues with them. Well this time they sent someone new and now my nightmare begins. The technician messed up my carpet on the stairs and I immediately called them and reported what had happened. I got two bids for them. And after a month of back and forth , supposedly getting with the owner, the manager Elizabeth said they would cut me a check. RUN AWAY....Thieves, Liars and Unreliable MAY 2021: We hired KIWI services to come to our house in North Fort Worth and clean around 400sf of tile, as well as seal the tile grout. These are two distinct services charged separately. Our technician's name was Shafi. (SHAFI tattoo on his arm is only way i can spell this name correctly). As Shafi showed up to my house, my wife handled the greeting and showed him the tile. I was working from home in my office. Shafi was not aware a husband was home, cleaned the tile, and then told my wife he sealed the floors with the cleaning itself and a separate process is not required. Shafi was surprised when i came out of my office. (noticing now that the husband is home and he just lied to my wife) At this point, i asked Shafi why he is about to leave our home when the floor grout has not been sealed. He then doubles down on the lie, and tells me the same lie. This is theft, as services we paid for were not rendered. We then called Kiwi Services and Shirley advised us that we are correct about the grout sealing, and that the technician lied to us. They promised to send out another tech to finish the job we paid for. The first appointment a week later, they called us and cancelled because they had no available technicians. So a 2nd reschedule occurs, and surprise surprise....another cancellation call from Kiwi. We have now moved all of our furniture and other items 3 times now for nothing. This is a lot of wasted time and effort. Additionally, 3 weeks have gone by with KIWI stealing our money and our grout is already filthy from not being sealed. We have since called back to complain about this rediculous service and deceptive practices. Shirley speaks to her boss Elizabeth, and they decide to come back tomorrow to clean and seal the grout, as well as refund us our money (which i demanded). Incredibly enough, a person named Rebecca Kierstead calls us back an hour later to cancel what they promised. We are advised that we will only be receiving the refund now. This is the most dishonest service industry company i've ever dealt with before. The sexism was on full display as they attempted to take advantage of my wife, and then refused to make it right. The second technician did better, except for the fact that he left my area rug wet and he ruined a book that cannot be replaced by getting it wet.
