The Miracle Mac is truly a miracle because it is the best mac & cheese I've ever eaten! A great garlic taste and so cheesy! The mac was cooked perfectly too and I love that she uses thicker noodles. Truly tasted homemade! I always see this restaurant when I get my birria tacos next door, so I finally had the urge to come in! This was my first time here, and I had to try the Miracle Mac. $7 for a 16 oz container. KK was so sweet and friendly! She let us know that a brand new batch was coming out, so it would be a short wait. If you're COVID conscious, she doesn't wear a mask. So be wary about that if you are uncomfortable. She does encourage social distancing and has hand sanitizer at the counter. Overall, I will stop by again in the future for some fried catfish and of course... many more orders of Miracle Mac.

So friends tried the place while we were on a zoom hang out.... when they got back and are their food on zoom I was so jealous. Thumbs up all around. I decided that would be dinner for the night... I had the pork chops and the Mr. had catfish. Our side were yams and greens. Dessert was peach cobbler.... Everything was delicious... no complaints, plenty of food... worth the price... This is a new business, I will be supporting them definitely..... I truly hope they can make it through these times....

This place is a hidden gem in Moreno Valley. My go to order is the fried chicken with the mac and yams. Food tastes incredible and service is very friendly! Just please be mindful that there is a wait time but that's because KK's makes your food fresh. Whenever I'm in the area, I try to stop by here to grab the fried chicken.

So we went back to Big Fish Market again…read more We got our usual catfish and filet of sole order. We like to do takeout and put our own homemade sides. Our phone order was ready when promised and I was out shortly after entering. When you order the sole you can choose from medium or crisp for finish. We got medium. And most pieces are big. Everything is tasty. They have a few tables and a TV, if you want to dine in. It's not crowded and the noise level isn't a problem. We have been coming for years and plan to continue to come by every few weeks.

I placed my order and was given an estimate of fifteen minutes. If possible, it would be better to call ahead. The seafood came out fresh and steaming, while my mac salad had clearly been portioned in advance. *Fried Oysters: these were on the smaller side and had a rather neutral taste. The breading was light and seemed to lean toward a cornmeal mixture. There was not much flavor overall, so the oysters depended heavily on the sauce. The spicy tartar sauce had a nice zing, though I wished lemons had been included. *Mac Salad: not my favorite version. The macaroni was quite bland and noticeably firm. It lacked the creaminess I expected and the seasoning relied almost entirely on the relish, which made the dish very sweet and sour. I was not able to finish the container. The seafood was acceptable but nothing about the freshness or flavor truly stood out. I would eat it if it were placed in front of me--just not the mac salad.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with the slaw to go. I had to pull over because I couldn't even hold onto it while driving. It was big and sloppy and I didn't even think I could fit it all in my mouth. But honestly, if it's not sloppy, are you even really enjoying it? Literally, no notes.

My visit to Cornerstone BBQ was a mixed experience. There were definitely some highlights, but…read morethere were also several issues that kept the meal from living up to the price. Having lived in Texas for many many years and eating barbecue all over the state from popular Michelin star places to Mom and Pop hole in the wall places to food trucks I know what the good barbecue taste like. We decided on a large platter because this was our first time to the restaurant and we wanted to get it taste of everything. We opted for brisket, ribs, chicken and swapped out the pulled pork for jalapeno sausage. This included 4 side dishes and honestly I know they're just sides but it definitely wasn't enough for four adults to enjoy. The large platter says it easily feeds six to eight people but the sides definitely only feed three. The brisket was good compared to California standards. It was moist, flavorful, and cooked just right but lacked a great smoky taste. The loaded fries were another standout. They were absolutely delicious, and the rich cheese sauce paired with the added jalapeños made them even better. Those were easily my favorite items on the menu. Unfortunately, the ribs were inconsistent. Some bites were tender, while others were extremely tough and difficult to eat. The food overall was also much greasier than expected, which took away from the enjoyment of the meal. The service left a lot to be desired. We had to keep asking for basic items throughout our visit, and our drinks didn't arrive until we had asked twice. Having to repeatedly remind the staff for things that should have come automatically made the experience frustrating. The seating arrangement was another disappointment. Our party of four was squeezed around a tiny table, even though there were larger tables available. To make matters worse, a group of six was seated at a three-top table directly behind us, blocking the aisle. People were constantly trying to squeeze between the tables, making the dining area feel cramped and uncomfortable. Considering the price, I expected much better. The portions didn't justify the cost, especially when combined with the inconsistent food quality and service issues. While the brisket and loaded fries were excellent, the tough ribs, greasy food, cramped seating, repeated service problems, and high prices made this a disappointing overall experience. I hope Cornerstone BBQ improves these areas because the restaurant has the potential to be much better.

I originally popped in just to pick up a house salad to go to pair with my leftover pastas at Home, but I ended up dining in thanks to the terrific Gourmet Hospitality displayed by Server Carlos and the new Manager Evan! While waiting for my To Go Salad I was so mesmerized by all the fun and flirty Visual Communications like their Dessert Menu and Happy Hour Specials like the $4.50 Beers and $9 Half Cajun Pasta Specials :0) I initially decided to just stay at Georgia's and try their Sweet Potato Pie along with a Hot Tea instead of moseying over to Starbucks like my original afternoon Game Plan. Carlos took the time to make my Sweet Potato Pie look extra elegant and fancy and the Black Lemon Tea he served me had such a unique and refreshing elegant flavor! I felt like a British Barbie having the most heavenly Afternoon Tea Time Recovery massage after enjoying that incredible Artful Genius Pairing ;0) After the Manager Evan stopped by to follow up on the satisfaction of my food he encouraged me to capitalize on the Afternoon Happy Hour Specials on the Weekdays too from 3-6pm. I saw that my favorite Cajun Pasta was on the Happy Hour Menu and decided to order it with Shrimp along with a glass of Kona Big Wave to celebrate the theme of my Moana Movie Day :0) My Cajun Pasta tasted just as amazing as I remembered it to be and I ended up returning last night to order the full size on the weekend to enjoy outside on their beautiful Patio! I also tried their Fried Green Tomatoes Appetizer which was so good and a personal recommendation from my Coworker Bartender who raves endlessly about it. The Lemon Aioli sauce included with the Fried Green Tomatoes is so good and I LOVE their Seasonal Green Apple Sangria which is an absolute must try too!! Thank you to the whole Georgia's Team for going out of your way to make me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and at Home with great Food, Beverages, and fabulously cozy Company! I really admire the Company for consistently adapting to professional challenges by investing in smart and speedy technology and coming up with better Service Systems to help Guests relax and get settled in faster. The new Happy Hour, Cocktail, and Mocktails specials are so romantically charming and gives me lots of reasons to come back and along with the vibrantly fun and interesting personalities that make up the Service Staff!

I came for lunch and was offered complimentary cornbread, which was soft, buttery, warm, and so delicious. The fried shrimp basket and Southwestern salad were fresh, yummy, and well-portioned. The French fries that came with the shrimp basket were perfectly fried and delicious. There was a great balance between crispy and soft. There was also a generous amount of shrimp in the basket, and the breading was so flavorful. The Southwestern chicken salad had a good amount of chicken and perfectly complemented the shrimp basket. The servers here are friendly and help maintain such a bright and relaxing environment. After just one visit, my group and I decided that we would have to make weekly visits to Georgia's and try all of the amazing dishes on the menu! Although there are other locations, I plan on returning to this one because of my fantastic experience in Eastvale. Okay, I want to make it clear that I am not her to frivolously review a neighborhood restaurant…read more Small businesses are the backbone of our country, specially important and black, woman and minority owned. So here's my good and not so good. Good: the service here is amazing, friendly attentive and I watched every dine in customer receive extraordinary care. The portion sizes are huge and the whole restaurant felt like you were in someone's own kitchen on a weekend morning with all of the right smells in the air for a great brunch. Here's the not so good: it took 4 minutes shy of an hour to get lunch for 2 (2 order of chicken tenders, side of red beans and rice and an order of hush puppies ) prepared. Although the booths were full, most of the tables had their food, so it didn't appear to be a lot of tickets stacked up. When my order was finally delivered, and I took the10 minute drive back home, I opened the bag to fund 3 brown paper bags, wet, soggy and soaking in grease. Because the food hadn't been allowed to cool a bit and it was placed in a plastic bag with no way to vent out steam, every item was soggy and falling apart. The fries were wet and soggy, the chicken had all of the dry coat falling off and most the seasoning was pulled off of the batter that was left because of the water and steam. Additionally, the red beans and rice were so wet, they were almost soup. One of the orders had potato salad as a side, but to received overcooked soggy fries instead. The hush puppies were way over cooked, they had passed the golden brown cook level and were a black brown color and were sort of flavorless and really soggy from the heat of the plastic bag. I'm sure that most of this could have been avoided if I hadn't placed a to go order. But I'm leaving this review so that when you order from this little gem, you consider dining in or asking for the foot with plenty of lead time so that they don't rush, improperly pack the food for transit (let it cool off a bit) and have the time to make sure the order is correct, and cooked to a standard that best represents the business. Pomona needs Day-Days as a locally owned, black owned soul food restaurant. Switching from plastic to paper bags and giving the food time to vent will go a long way with quality for the customer. In the end the food tasked good, I'm sure was prepared with love, but fell flat on the delivery. All of that said, patronize this restaurant!!!!
