I can't tell you how much I love both of them, the vanilla and the maple walnut. If there were more stores around, I would absolutely get a membership (if they have one) and go everyday. They have gained a loyal customer in me. My friend who is from Vietnam said their Vietnamese coffee is closest to what you would get in Vietnam and highly recommends it. I feel like it's one of the best in town! So not only is the drinks good but the service is amazing. Typically you have to order either online or on Phone for the 2 L 24 hour ahead. I've been trying to make orders online, but sometimes it doesn't go through but the barista's at Blkdot always accommodate me via phone. They always have smiles on their faces and our kinds and laugh at my lame jokes and I appreciate that. They also don't rush or judge you when you have multiple orders and you're trying to figure out what milk goes to what drink for what people I also want a note that even though it's a chain, they make batches of coffee and the freshness is always appreciated. The area is small. There's only a couple of seats, but it's really clean and modern. The chairs don't look it, but it's actually pretty comfortable. Always love coming and can't wait to come back for more!

Service is great and friendly. I told the barista it was my first time, so she suggested some drinks based on my likes. I ended up going with an iced Tiger Latte, with the sweetness level down as low as they could make it. It's already made with oat milk - so no need to pay extra for a milk alternative. I also opted for a Chicken Frank Croissant pastry - but admittedly was a bit turned off when I noticed a live fly moving about in the pastry case next to the one my croissant was coming from. I found a spot in the far corner to get some work done - the drink and pastry was served on a cute little wooden tray. Presentation is great, at least. The Tiger Latte tasted great - and came with a good pickmeup for the midday. The Chicken Frank croissant - which from the name, thought it'd have chicken - was actually a croissant with a hotdog inside of it.
