This location is one of the best lees sandwich locations! They're the OG Biscoff coffee creators and the owner is very friendly. My husband and I come here 2x a week and we love it. It feels very welcoming and friendly and the food is fire. 10/10 place!

Popped in for a Vietnamese sandwich and coffee & saw they had a Biscoff coffee. The coffee was so good, I should've got a large. I absolutely love the cookie crumbles on top! I really love this Lee's location. The workers & owner are very nice. It is very clean and they work quickly!

Once again, this location has come out with another cold foam drink. The Biscoff coffee was so good, and I have been addicted to it since the release. Now they have a banana coffee that I rushed over to try. I ordered a large at $7.75 which is a pretty good price because this location doesn't fill the cup with basically all ice. The banana coffee cold foam is so thick and creamy like the Biscoff coffee. Same consistency. It really tastes like banana pudding or something of that sort. It's absolutely delicious!!!! No artificial flavor, the banana is so good. The manager Minh is very nice and kind. Always smiling and very friendly and proud of his creations and recipes. There was quite a line, but the staff works fast!

First of all, the service is outstanding!! I love Vietnamese coffee and Lee's never disappoints, but add Biscoff cookie butter to an already delicious coffee and you have an amazing treat!!

Wanted to order take out to get sandwiches to stick into our bags before heading to the airport for a red eye flight. Their online order is flawed, requiring you to have to customize the sandwich with something (only options have an additional charge.) so for someone who doesn't want to add anything you can't go on.

NEW BISCOFF COLD FOAM COFFEE 10/10

We had heard about Lee's releasing a new biscoff cold foam coffee so we found the only Lee's that sells it in Orange County. This location was modern and clean and we were greeted by supper friendly staff. We had the pleasure of meeting the Owner today. He told me that this would be my new favorite coffee and he was correct. He was so friendly and welcoming and for that I will definitely be making the drive to this location.

Sandwich with one thin layer of meat.

Disappointed. Ordered a sandwich. And the meat was very thin. As how it looks, I do not get much meat favor from the sandwich, it tastes bread. I can buy better food with $10.

This a decent fast food spot for some well made sandwiches and great Vietnamese coffee. The service is super friendly too. I had a hefty ham, turkey and cheese sando on fresh crisp bread that hit the spot.

Awesome happy hour specials from 3-7!!

Minh and Annie are so friendly and welcoming! I love that I'm so close to this location. Dining area is always clean and the happy hour can't be beat! I especially love taking the condensed Vietnamese coffee with me so all I need to do is add my dairy choice and ice and boom, instant delicious Vietnamese coffee at home! I also love the croissant sandwiches, the bread is so soft! Something about the bread elevates the sandwiches and there's something about the pickle slices that are just so good!!! Crispy, fresh and cold!

Taste is reminiscent of a more expensive (though worth-it) version of Quiznos. Most sandos are around $16 though a good portion since many are 1500+ calories. My favorite is the menage a trois due to the tangy BBQ sauce/ mustard/honey and three cheese flavor. I don't usually like swiss cheese, but it works perfectly in this sando. The James and the Giant Peach (not currently listed on the wall menu) is a vegan fried chikin favorite that is the go-to of my bf. Most of their sandos sound great, but it is hard to veer away from my usual! Will be back again.

Fritzankotters in Huntington Beach got mentioned, so my wife, our neighbor, and I decided to come down for lunch at the deli, and then spent the afternoon at nearby Sunset Beach. It ended up being a good day at lunch and a great afternoon. The restaurant is located in an older strip mall, near the corner of Warner and Springdale. The mall had a lot of surface, uncovered spots, so parking wasn't a problem around lunch time. One orders and pays at the counter, and the sandwiches are brought out to you when dining in. The menu consists of both cold and hot sandwiches. There is a self serve ice water jug, along with a self-serve pickles (sliced kosher dills) and peppers (both pepperoncini and cascabella). It's a really nice touch and we took advantage. One thing that made me do a double take was the offer of $3 anytime pints of the house lager on tap. It was confirmed by the owner that it was correct, and each of us got a glass. Clover is the payment system used here, and was able to get a text with the bill. It took a bit of time for the sandwiches to come out. Our friend and I split two hot sandwiches. First being a Mock Ruben ($12.50) consisting of Corned beef, swiss, sauerkraut, and mustard on rye. I thought it was good, with a nice meld of flavors and well grilled/toasted bread (not a strong rye). Friend thought it was dry. We both agreed my sandwich was much better, Cousin Eddie ($14.25) consisting of pastrami, swiss, deli mustard, 1000 island, and pickled red cabbage. It came on a soft hoagie roll, and the flavors really melded together well. My wife got a Messi ($14.25), a roast beef with pepperjack with chimichurri and onions on ciabatta. Since my wife is not a fan of neither chimichurri and onions, I asked for it on the side, which was recorded that way on the bill. For some reason, a custom item charge of $0.75 was put on the bill (thinking it was for the side of chimichurri), and unfortunately there was chimichurri on the sandwich which my wife gamely tried to pick off. None of the sandwiches were large, nor were any of them stacked with that much meat. In fact I was able to eat half of each of the sandwiches, but for the price, I thought it was very reasonable. The pickle and pepper bar is a great idea, letting anybody add some zing to any sandwich. The service was friendly, as the owner genuinely seemed to care what we thought (though my wife didn't feel like complaining about the chimichurri). And the pints of the house blonde on tap was a bargain. They seem to have a pizza night on Thursday, and the beer would absolutely hit the spot then.

I ordered the Veggie sandwich with mustard only, but when I got home, I found it had mayonnaise instead of mustard. The onions were also not caramelized as advertised. As a result, a $14 sandwich went straight into the trash. I also attempted to pay with a Firehouse Subs gift card that I purchased at Albertsons, but I was told the store does not accept gift cards purchased through third-party retailers. Since there was no manager on duty (Tuesday at approximately 1:41 p.m.), I was told a manager would call me back. When I called the store to report that my sandwich was made incorrectly, I was rudely told that I should have asked for "no mayonnaise." However, I specifically ordered mustard only, so mayonnaise should not have been added. If Firehouse Subs does not honor gift cards sold through retailers such as Albertsons, customers should be informed before purchasing them. I am still waiting for the promised call from the store manager. There are many other sandwich shops that offer better food and a better customer experience. ZERO star!
