I was told this place is one of the few Lee's locations that sells Biscoff lattes, so I had to give it a try. I went around 7:30am, so it was empty with plenty of seating. I ordered multiple drinks, and the barista was super helpful with packaging everything for me. The Biscoff latte was delicious--it had the perfect balance of caffeine and Biscoff flavor. The caffeine was strong, as expected since it's Lee's, but the Biscoff flavor wasn't overpowering and had just the right amount of sweetness. I've had Biscoff lattes before that were too thick or overly sweet to the point where you couldn't even taste the coffee, but this one was just right. The cold foam was the perfect addition and made it extra creamy. Highly recommend the Biscoff latte--9/10! read more

Another amazing experience! Flavor and freshness were spot on! This time I got the creme brûlée coffee (on accident, I mixed my drinks up with my bf) it was a great flavor! I also got the bacon egg and cheese on a baguette and it was delicious!! It was so good I went home with a whole baguette roll which I will make sandwiches out of. Once again, this location has come out with another cold foam drink. The Biscoff coffee was so good, and I have been addicted to it since the release. Now they have a banana coffee that I rushed over to try. I ordered a large at $7.75 which is a pretty good price because this location doesn't fill the cup with basically all ice. The banana coffee cold foam is so thick and creamy like the Biscoff coffee. Same consistency. It really tastes like banana pudding or something of that sort. It's absolutely delicious!!!! No artificial flavor, the banana is so good. The manager Minh is very nice and kind. Always smiling and very friendly and proud of his creations and recipes. I come here for their banana coffee. The ube and biscoff options were also great but banana was my fave. Their baguette sandwiches were soft but were lacking in filling. Service was quick and easy and there was not much of a wait. Plenty of seating inside as people usually just grab and go. read more

This location was modern and clean and we were greeted by supper friendly staff. We had the pleasure of meeting the Owner today. I recently tried the "viral" Biscoff foam coffee at Lee's Coffee, and I've actually been back twice this week already. The drink itself is pretty good, the Biscoff foam is definitely the highlight and adds a really nice creamy sweetness on top of the coffee ($6.75 regular size) One thing I noticed is that the coffee seems to be pre-made and they fill the cup completely with ice unless you ask otherwise. Because of that, the drink ended up being a bit sweeter than I personally prefer. I did ask if it could be adjusted, but they mentioned the coffee was already pre-made, so there wasn't much they could change. That said, the staff here are friendly and efficient, and the service is quick, which I always appreciate. Overall, I'd still recommend giving the Biscoff foam coffee a try, especially since not every Lee's location offers this drink. It's definitely worth checking out if you're curious about the hype. read more

Minh and Annie are so friendly and welcoming! I love that I'm so close to this location. Dining area is always clean and the happy hour can't be beat! I especially love taking the condensed Vietnamese coffee with me so all I need to do is add my dairy choice and ice and boom, instant delicious Vietnamese coffee at home! Came to this Lees location today to try their new cookie butter coffee because I saw it on TikTok and it is so good! It's so rich and smooth with the perfect amount of sweetness, i'm literally obsessed. It still has the strong Vietnamese coffee taste and the cream top makes it even better. I enjoy coming here. Dining area is modern and clean, service always friendly, and food consistently delicious. The banh mi and ice coffee are what you would expect at a Lee's sandwich. Fresh baguette made in house and fresh ingredients. I'm pretty picky with my bread and coffee and this place met all my expectations. The coffee is not overly sweet and very delicious. I've been to other Lee's sandwiches where the coffee was so sweet that I couldn't take another sip. Will definitely be coming back. read more

I've gotten the Biscoff Coffee before, but I've never left a review! My mistake, but I remember the wonderful service I've gotten here each time. The last time I came and tried to order 3 Biscoff coffees without ice through DoorDash, the nice girl in front called me and explained to me it would be a better price to buy their concentrated coffee and she would see the cream separately. Literally saved me $15!! Ever since that time, I've come back :) Today, I believe he may have been the owner, but it was a nice man in the front that helped me out. He joked around saying that they were sold out of the Biscoff Coffee LOL - but he's really sweet too and made me smile too. This location is the absolute best!!! I live in the South Bay and I drive 40 minutes to get here for the cookie butter Vietnamese coffee!! (There are other options that look amazing such as banana, brulee, etc...) but I am hyper fixated on this one right now, it's soooo delicious! The cold foam is so thick and tasty, I'd drive further for this if I had to. There are 3 locations around me, yet none of them compare to this one. The atmosphere in here is great, and I'd seen this location and the owner on TikTok numerous times... let me just say.... It lives up to the hype. The Jasmine Oolong Jelly was a lot denser than I imagined, kind of like the texture of a rainbow jelly (but not as bouncy), but it was still pretty delicious! Eventually, I went to check in with the staff about our missing drink, and they just made it on the spot. I was especially irritated because the staff was making small talk with customers that seemed to be their friends. I don't think that sort of lollygagging is appropriate when there are customers such as myself who were missing drinks from their orders. Perhaps if the staff stayed focus on their jobs during their shifts instead of chit chatting with customers, they would not be forgetting drinks from orders. The sweet corn latte was ok. I did like how there were specks of ground corn in the drink, which made it seem like they used real corn instead of artificial flavoring. I would maybe give Brew Story another shot as people seem to stand by it, but my first experience was not very good at all.

Even though the drive-thru was fairly busy, they were able to get my order out in a pretty quick amount of time. Which is always nice, especially if you are on the run or going somewhere. Bottom line? It seems like you can't throw a rock down the street and not hit 15 Starbucks, however, when you find a good one it definitely should be added to your list. This one is definitely added to my list of will return to again.

Well hold on let's wait for him to finish his text... We wouldn't want to be rude.... Ok, I would like a bacon egg and cheese croissant and an ice coffee regular size .... What number would you like(are you kidding me?! I've ordered this a million times and I've never been asked for numbers why is this so complicated. Maybe he can text a manager and ask about his menu. I have an on again off again relationship with their addictive coffee which you must try it's like heaven for under $3 For the most part I've had nothing but good experiences except for recently I have noticed that their service has gone to shit literally I rember when they were new they had a super friendly team now the grumpy in the front won't even greet me. Lee's are popping up everywhere now and for good reason ... Their sandwiches and fruit drinks (coffee too) are very good. ALWAYS fresh baguettes and ingredents. This morning we had the ham, bacon, cheese and egg croissant and it was very good ($2.99). It comes with american cheese (ugh!!) so for 25 cents more switch it out and put some real cheese in it. I was craving Vietnamese coffee so I decided to stop by Lees this morning! I ordered a Lees coffee and a latte. When I received my drinks I realized the girl had made my order wrong - she gave me two lattes so someone else had to remake the drinks for me. The second time the other person working had said she fixed my order. The lees coffee was deff not correct it taste all watered down and was extremely sweet, and it didn't have the right ice!!!! I showed them my phone. Idk why it's so hard to get an item I paid for and you're advertising on DoorDash? And on top of everything the panini and matcha was bland. Smoking Tiger Coffee Lab occupies the same spot that used to house a Rubios/Nothing Bundt Cake nearly half a decade ago. It's part of a quiet shopping center that has a Bevmo, Marshalls, and Dollar Tree - so parking is vast and there's no issue finding a spot. Lots of seating inside, the floorplan is open and there's space to spread out. I think they mentioned they had free wifi, but I had trouble connecting so I ended up using my mobile hotspot. Service is great and friendly. I told the barista it was my first time, so she suggested some drinks based on my likes. I ended up going with an iced Tiger Latte, with the sweetness level down as low as they could make it. It's already made with oat milk - so no need to pay extra for a milk alternative. I also opted for a Chicken Frank Croissant pastry - but admittedly was a bit turned off when I noticed a live fly moving about in the pastry case next to the one my croissant was coming from. I found a spot in the far corner to get some work done - the drink and pastry was served on a cute little wooden tray. Presentation is great, at least. The Tiger Latte tasted great - and came with a good pickmeup for the midday. The Chicken Frank croissant - which from the name, thought it'd have chicken - was actually a croissant with a hotdog inside of it. Filling aside, the shell was flaky and buttery - the perfect croissant. Restroom is kept clean. Music isn't too loud. There wasn't a lot of people traffic during the few hours I was sitting here. The barista did share that they opened last Winter - so it's possible that people just don't know they're here. Anyway - solid coffeeshop choice if you're in the area!

They said, "We'll have to charge you full price for a new smoothie." I tried to reason with them but the manager at the time was rude to me. He was a heavy set guy with glasses. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. No apology, no effort to check the ingredients, no attempt to offer a solution. Just attitude. As a paying customer, I expected at the very least some basic courtesy and a willingness to fix a clear issue. Instead, I was treated like I was trying to get something for free. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent customer service or fresh ingredients (Unless you like fermented smoothies). There are plenty of other spots that actually care about their customers.
