Klatch Coffee has been my favorite coffee spot for the past 5 months! Great service, friendly environment, and amazing coffee. My favorite so far is the Candy Cane Mocha. Their seasonal drinks are always blowing me away because they're amazing. I always walk to Klatch Coffee whenever I need a good cup of coffee from a stressful day at school. This is a great location and I've been here several times now. But everytime I come I am just slightly disappointed. I think the staff who work there are just not very friendly. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you your order, and I find I have to constantly ask for things. I know they are trying to be Covid-safe, but just offering someone something that's no longer available is helpful. The baked goods are fine, but some of the food is just not good. I ordered avocado toast and what I got was a piece of toast with COLD avocado, COLD cucumbers, and COLD turkey slices on top. YUK. My expectations with any "toast" product is that it's warm....at least the turkey should have been warm! I also had ordered through their app....and I wanted half n half in my coffee...but the only option was "full cream." When I mentioned this to an employee, and suggested maybe they ADD that option to the app, she said, oh you can just write it in. Okay, so don't try to make orders more convenient for the customer. I also don't think the coffee is that good, always tastes a little bitter to me. But they just don't seem very interested in making improvements. read more

I went to Klatch today to get some coffee and do work, but had a horrible experience with their employee, Josh (if that's his real name- he had long hair and tattoos.) After buying a drink and some food, I asked if there was an outlet I could use. Josh said no, and I looked around and said "oh, I see one right here actually." Josh said, with some attitude "actually you can't use that. We don't people staying in here" despite multiple people being in there with their laptops and me assuring him I just wanted to charge for 5 minutes. We were happy to come here on Memorial Day because it was open and we came and ordered big meals too! But right off the bat the all three people working there one Asian and two white men were hella rude and made no effort to hide their rudeness I was actually very surprised and thought they may just be acting like that all day then I came out and asked a few people if they caught a vibe and they said no they served them nicely so I guess they didn't like the fact that we were Muslim because we wore head covering. I'm really sorry Klatch, but I went to your coffee shop for the first time ever last week, and I was severely disappointed. First of all the guy taking our order didn't seem to know what he was doing, then I was going to order a cookie with my coffee but I noticed several gnats flying around and landing on the bakery items. Gross. Then the barista who was making the coffee was basically very stern with the guy taking my order basically scolding him harshly on something and it was very unprofessional. I have to say that The barista was very intense. I think it's just his personality, but he has a very intense personality and it comes across as very unprofessional. He is the guy with the painted fingernails. So like I said, sorry, I will not be coming back. I expected more from the place. Klatch Coffee is just up the street from our office and I was thrilled when they opened! The coffee is great, and their cold brew is one of the best I have had. While they are steadily busy, the staff always has time to greet me personally. Matthew and Daniel, the store managers work closely with the staff and are right out on the front lines. This place is a gem. You can either order for pickup or go inside to order. They make their coffee in a very unique and slow roasted way and you can tell in the flavor of the drinks. I ordered a hot vanilla bean latte and my boyfriend got the hot Caramel latte. They were both amazing in flavor and I would definitely go back. Decided to switch up the coffee run and try klatch coffee. The building is really modern and clean. Great tables if you're looking to do work or catch up with a friend. Huge variety of food, like actual meals not just pastries. I got a Greek yogurt and a creme brûlée latte. Both were 10/10. The workers are very positive and helpful when ordering. Prices are a lot more reasonable than I thought, considering everything was so nice looking I thought it would be more expensive. The affordability did not compromise the quality. They have both simple coffees and complex lattes and they even put a cute design in the foam. Starbucks better watch it's back! read more

Not gonna lie the coffee was pretty damn good... & could've easily been a 4/5 star coffee spot BUT the male barista that had shoulder length hair who took our order and made us our iced lattes was BEYOND pretentious and made us feel SO uncomfortable and unwelcome...like we weren't good enough to be there? We came during COVID at 5:00 PM on a Wednesday they close at 6:00 PM but there were no other customers besides us. Asked him what was most popular out of the "vanilla bean, creme brûlée, and mocha lattes" and he said "vanilla-caramel, chocolate, and vanilla" I was confused but I guess those are the flavors for the lattes but I'm not sure why he couldn't just list them by the names on the menu? Strange. But not necessarily a deal breaker. Ordered the iced creme brûlée latte and the mocha latte. Paid. And less than a minute later I realized I forgot to ask for oat milk. So I rush back to counter and ask if he's poured the milk in yet and if not could I please get oat milk and of course I'll pay the .50cent difference for the milk substitute. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE DAIRY but dairy does not love me so if I can I try to limit it I do. So he goes "no I haven't but NEXT TIME you need to tell me before." I reply with "oh, I'm so sorry I totally forgot. But I can definitely pay the difference" and he snaps back with "it doesn't work like that. just make sure you let us know next time" ...ummmn okay. Then he asks if we still want the whip cream cause obviously it has dairy and we say yes cause limiting dairy doesn't mean giving up everything good and delicious. And then he gives us this look. And then says "just to let you know the chocolate milk is made in house so your drink won't be as good since you want oat milk...but I mean it'll still be good just not AS good" Okay dude. You have a massive attitude and shouldn't work in customer service hospitality jobs. At this point this entire interaction has been really crappy and we are definitely regretting tipping him. I'm glad no other customer was there because I would've felt really embarrassed at how he was treating me. His coworker who we ran into while we were going into the store was very nice and greeted with what I presume was a smile behind his mask. So I feel like it's just this one employee ruined what would've been a great experience. read more

Between the two of us, I think my husband and I have had about 9 coffees in the last week. So far the Patio is by far my husband's favorite. And it's one of my favorites as well - especially if you're craving ice cream and coffee. So good!!! A++ from me, A+++ from my hubby. My second favorite is their Hawaiian pour over. It's a little pricey but I got it during their 4th of July special, so not too bad that day price wise. I was amazed by it. As was my hubby. It is soo smooth and has so many great flavors. It's the first coffee I've downed start to finish without adding at least a little milk to it. Straight is the way to go for that one. Loved that cup of coffee. A++ from me, A+ from hubby. We also tried the Everyman. That was okay, a little too much lime for our tastebuds though. C from the both of us. Capp on Tap is also super tasty! A from the both of us. I really don't get why people are excited about this place. I tried their various coffees in several occasions and the quality of the coffee is very average compared to other local places. The price of the coffee is about 30% more compare to others. However what makes it even less impressive is that the woman behind the cashier, she is cold and aloof.
