This place continues to amaze, great level of customer service always, especially by Ally! She's the best! and the coffee the best! Definitely worth the drive. My husband's usual is the iced Creme brûlée, for me cappuccino or any of their iced coffees, can taste the quality.

First time trying this chain of coffee shops -- ordered the vanilla bean latte ... it was overly sweet. Also tried "The Go To" egg/sausage breakfast sandwich, and it was slightly better than what you would get at Starbucks or McDonalds. There was a line, it was very crowded and loud. Seating available both inside and outdoors with plenty of parking in the strip mall. Staff was pleasant. Not impressed.

Dropped by to try this highly rated coffee shop as I was driving by the area and it did not disappoint! It was as perfect of a coffee fix as I ever had. The coffee shop was nice and modern! With a certain amount of options. I went with the Vanilla Bean Iced Latte and wow it hit so good! Loved the sweetness and how it woke me up! Service very good and staff very courteous.

This is a local coffee shop in a busy shopping center. The service, quality, and the price is very reasonable. Fresh and tasty baked goods are available to go along with your beverage. My usual drink is a hot Chai tea latte. There is a variety of flavors, from basic "vanilla" to "fancy" creme burlee. I switch and look for a limited or seasonal flavor. During fall, I will choose anything with pumpkin flavor and have been pleased on everything I tried. Menu Highlights: -Sandwiches are priced under $10 for Turkey Provolone, Club, and Paninis. -Breakfast served all day priced under $10 for ham & cheese croissants, egg & bacon wrap, egg & turkey sausage on an English muffin. -Shakes include vanilla or chocolate ice cream (yum) they even have a root beer float (wow). Order online to minimize your wait time. They have a rewards program (hello, what am I waiting for), earn points just for signing up. Open 7 days a week til 8pm, see you there! No reservations are required, simply tell them that Rosemary sent ya!!

This coffee shop serves what we needed which was a quick breakfast sandwich and some coffee and matcha drinks. They are quite busy actually. There were lines and pretty much every table was full. I wouldn't suggest coming here for work cause it can get quite loud in the mornings of the weekend unless that's what you're looking for. The tables in the back can get kind of cramped. Otherwise, as a takeout place, it's pretty decent. Maybe if you're not in a rush. Remember, we came twice while we were staying around the area and there were long lines both times we were here. It is a great bonus that there's free parking and after being in LA for a couple of days, it's such a rarity to find free parking.

Stopped at Klatch in search of a comparable drink to my all-time favorite- The pure chocolate ice blended from Coffee Bean. Izzy offered me a detailed accounting of the three forms of chocolate that Klatch offers- Traditional, Dark and Mexican. I went w/ traditional. Barista Josh handed me my drink- It was still punchy with the one shot of espresso but, while served arctic cold (always nice on a sweltering 86° day) the chocolatey flavors that I relish soo much in Coffee Bean's pure chocolate ice blended weren't there. Klatch is super clean, bright and airy, with a clearly devoted band of regulars. But it just won't include Yours Truly.

I'm in the San Dimas area with my sister and decide to go have some coffee at Klatch Coffee. The inside of the store smells great, and we got the Ice Creme Brulee Latte and Ice Paradise Tropical Tea. My sister likes the Ice Creme Brulee Latte, but it's so sweet that she can't finish it. My Ice Paradise Tropical Tea is tasty and incredibly refreshing. Klatch Coffee also serves sandwiches; the next time we visit, we will get the sandwiches.

Adding to my previous review! Klatch still never fails to amaze us! The service is always so great! The workers are always very kind and they just recently came out with some new honey-flavored drinks that the worker who helped us was recommending. I also tried The Show Off sandwich for the first time and it was so good! I shared it with my partner but I honestly wanted to get another one for myself lol. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh! I love coming to klatch as our designated coffee spot.

Slaine!
Tamara T.

Klatch Coffee fan. Used to visit this location often when I worked in the area and now sporadically if I'm in the area. I recently visited and tried their speciality drink that had to do with Irish Whiskey Slaine (minus the alcohol) and it was very good. They have a long table with wooden seats and I did some work from here. The time I visited it wasn't crowded so I was able to get work done with minimal distractions. I ended up eating lunch here which consisted of their cucumber avocado toast and one of their summer espresso tonics. I love their espresso tonics and think it's a great alternative to the regular coffee drink with milk. The cucumber avocado toast is a great appetizer that keeps you full and feeling healthy. They are located right off the freeway and have plenty of parking available.

Iced Creme Brulee Latte (16 oz)

Klatch Coffee is AMAZING! Strong, delicious coffee. Fast, friendly service. Clean, comfortable interior. I ordered the Iced Creme Brulee Latte ($5.95). It's powerful caffeine that maintains a delicate, crisp sweetness. The receipt details it as breve coffee, and oh my goodness, this beverage is delicious. The coffee is fresh, robust, and delightful. The cup is 16oz yet there's so much luscious liquid! Oh, WOW! Service is exemplary. They are fast. I waited only two minutes and five seconds. The cashier (Izzy) is very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Actually, the entire staff performed admirably. Staff immediately chimes "Hi! Welcome!" as customers enter. As I left, staff exclaimed, "Have a great day!" The ambiance is cozy and festive. Bright, holiday music chimed on the speakers. The location is also very clean and spacious. Klatch Coffee's interior is sophisticated and welcoming. The location also has a large parking lot. Overall, Klatch Coffee is superb. They serve exemplary, fresh coffee. Absolutely delicious. I happily recommend. Go grab a brew and have a great day!

Mexican Mocha
Michaela V.

Kindest barista! Really quick service and delicious coffee! I got the iced Mexican mocha. Perfect amount of sweetness and ice. Amazing prices. 10/10 clean seating area and easy to access amenities like napkins, sugar, utensils, etc.

In the pictures I already drank some of the drink so if that's why it looks like a little less that is why. Moving on, I wanted to try this place for their Ube Matcha only to find out it was a seasonal drink and they didn't have it anymore. I got the Matcha Latte though and it was very milky. So if you like that type of matcha then this place would be great for you. My friend got a drink from their honey series which I did not taste. The prices here are pretty good and it was had standard ambiance. I would come here again for a quick drink.

I imagined a matcha with banana flavoring, but to my surprise the matcha contained actual banana in it. I was a bit caught off guard, not complaining though, of its thick consistency for a matcha. It was definitely tasty though. The next time I went back I opted for their cafe de olla, hot (only served on the weekends). The cafe de olla was delicious! I had it black and it was perfect. It was only a 2 minute walk from where we were so we decided to check it out. On the outside was a holiday themed drink menu and the Butter Me Up sounded like something we'd enjoy. It was a cookie butter latte which whipped cookie butter and a cookie crumble on top. It may sound very sweet but it was actually perfectly balanced and allowed the strength of the espresso to come through. The barista was very kind and patient with us. She also let us know that they were hosting a karaoke night later that day. We waited in the patio connected to the cafe for our drinks. It was a very lovely day so the sun and scenery was nice and peaceful. Definitely looking forward to another visit

Today, my friend and I ordered a Coke and an ice water and sat in the lounge area to work on assignments. The café was far from full, with only a couple of other people in the lounge and plenty of open seating available. After about an hour, the owner came over and rudely told us we were "holding two tables over a Coke" and pressured us to order more. I understand businesses need customers to make purchases, but there is a respectful way to communicate that. What made the situation worse was that after I ordered a coffee, she immediately turned to my friend and basically stared him down with a strict look, clearly expecting him to order something too. I explained that we were going to split the coffee, because we're both trying to lose weight, but she continued making the situation uncomfortable. Staring down a customer and making them feel pressured to spend more money is not how you treat paying customers. What makes this even more frustrating is that the menu is already severely overpriced for what is offered. On multiple occasions, I've heard the microwave running while food was being prepared. Paying premium prices for what appears to be microwaved food is disappointing enough without being pressured to spend even more. Even though we only ordered a Coke initially, and have only done that once before, we were still spending money. As regular customers who come here often, you would think that would be appreciated rather than criticized. Be thankful people are still choosing to spend money at your business. Honestly, after today's experience, it's no wonder this place is often empty. Customer service and hospitality matter, and making customers feel unwelcome, guilty, or pressured to spend more is a great way to drive them away. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that I asked for my food to be packed to go and left. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. It's a cafe, not a 5 star restaurant. People want to come here to work on assignments or have a coffee and talk. Even though I didn't want to spend 9 dollars on a coffee, I still purchased something. Edit from her Google response: Now you guys see what type of owner she is by her response. Truly, truly a fake person, and we always spend money coming here (now she wants to lie and manipulate since I have her attention). I always purchase a coffee and more, and I have receipts to prove it. I do not use her WiFi for free, as I am not a rude person unlike her. I don't just order a soda like this owner claims; see my receipts on my credit card. My friend and I ordered drinks and were talking and doing assignments for about half an hour (while she and her waiter came up to us like 10 times to ask us to order, even though this is a cafe), even though we said we would order later. If you're broke, just say so, lady. Trust me, at this rate, this place will close down soon. Like I said, this is a cafe where people come to have a drink, relax, talk, study, or work on assignments; not a restaurant where customers are expected to order a full meal every time they sit down. We purchased drinks, planned to order more later, and were still repeatedly approached and pressured to order. Please do yourself a favor and stop lying to the public. I did not come here four times and just use the WiFi. I paid for the WiFi with my extremely expensive and disgusting coffee and food, which is shown below in the receipts. I did not buy $2 sodas every time. The receipts I attached are from my card, but on many of the other visits my friend paid with his card and spent just as much. So trying to claim that we were sitting here for free or only ordering a soda is simply not true. Now that I have proved you wrong in front of the public, I hope everyone sees you for who you are. You are a money-hungry liar! Lastly, you are right; you're not Starbucks. Starbucks would not treat customers that way, and I'd much rather spend my money at Starbucks anyway.Glad we're on the same page!

They also have the standard fully customizable menu with Americanos, cappuccinos, mochas, cold brews, etc. My fiancé chose Pressed + Flower to be our Sunday morning treat, knowing I am a sucker for anything cold and sweet while the sunshine is out. We got a Cold Brew w/ Cold Foam + Pandan Vietnamese Coffee to sit inside. Originally we were just planning for a quick to-go order but decided to stay to enjoy their ambiance. The interior is decked out to be just like their menu - fun and whimsy. Upon entering, I was immediately distracted by all the shoppable decor items like their huge mugs, candles, glassware, stickers, and crocheted animals. See, aren't they fun? I would've stayed in this shoppable section for longer and bought something if I weren't so coffee-deprived, but didn't end up purchasing a crocheted animal, although I really wanted to. The coffee tastes like a clean, bitter, cold brew with a foamy top. (Important: Bring Cash. There's a 4% Cash Discount.) I arrived at Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) on Thursday (around 12:13PM). Parking is simple but busy. There's a side lot for customers; sign says, "2 Hour Parking." Staff is courteous, no-nonsense, and diligent. Staff worked hard. Staff quickly answered all my questions. My coffee took about three minutes. Good time. As mentioned, I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew ($9 - Large - 24oz). The coffee is very standard. It tastes exactly like any imagined cold brew coffee. Personally, the roast tasted a little burnt, but it's a common, familiar coffee flavor. The strength was weak for a nitro, but the HUGE SIZE and affordability balances it all out. This is a functional, budget drink. On ambiance, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a HUGE success. There's a lot of utility. The location has a self-serve water station, public internet with no password, stacked high chairs for children, two game corners (ex: Chess, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Uno Cards, Etc), and about one available electrical outlet. I also appreciated the retro, upbeat music and 1930s movie decor. In addition, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) has plenty of seating. There's about four interior tables, but there's also 16 outside patio tables. The location is clean, well-maintained, and well ventilated. Overall, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a good, local neighborhood spot. It offers affordable choice that are prepared "good enough."
