When I arrived, the car attendant told me there was no appointment scheduled for my vehicle. I explained that I had received text message confirmations and reminders, but he seemed skeptical and even asked to see my app, like he didn't believe me. That didn't sit right with me, I didn't just show up randomly, I had proof of my appointment. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one available because it was the weekend. That was surprising to me, I feel like there should always be a manager on site, especially to handle situations like this. Instead, he said he would get a service advisor to help me. That's when Eric came out, and honestly, he completely turned the experience around. I showed him the same text messages, and without questioning me or making things difficult, he immediately took care of everything. He got my car checked in right away, arranged a ride home, and made the whole process smooth and efficient. Technology issues happen, and I understand mistakes can be made but how they're handled matters. Eric handled it perfectly. What started off as a frustrating situation turned into a great experience because of him. I've been coming here for years and have seen a lot of staff come and go, but employees like Eric make a big difference. If I were management, I'd make sure to keep him he's a huge asset.

I stopped by in the AM for an oil change. I didn't make an appointment beforehand or anything, but they were happy to accommodate. But as it turns out, it was quite early for an oil change and I didn't need it. They reset my car system sensor so the alert disappeared and sent me on my way, no charge. This was my second time visiting, and I think it'll be my go-to for car maintenance from now on. I'll gladly support this business.

Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. But I recently got a new-to-me Honda and wanted to get the CVT fluid changed since I don't know when it was last changed. I called Goudy for a price on this service, and it was quite reasonable. Of course I could probably do it myself for a lot cheaper, but I hadn't had a chance to know my car well enough to take on this job. Since they were a block away from me, I thought I'd give them a try. It was my first time using Goudy and Daniel Tieu was the first service advisor who assisted me. Fortunately I remember reading a positive review about him somewhere on Yelp or Google reviews, so that was reassuring. The service was timely and Daniel said everything checked out okay on their multipoint inspection (brakes, battery, tires, etc.) and didn't try to sell me on any other service. We all know that the car repair industry has a bad reputation for upselling or insisting that something needs to be fixed now or else it's going to catastrophically fail the moment you leave the shop. My experience on my first visit was a positive one. While I might have paid a bit more compared to an indie shop, I know I got genuine Honda parts and their techs are well versed on Honda maintenance and I assume know what they're doing. (I know that's not always the case, as I've heard about bad dealer service experience). I should also note that they have a nice waiting area. Nothing fancy, as in no fancy coffees or pastries. Just a quiet area (at least when I was there) away from the sales floor. I could have walked home, but I decided to stick around and read a book I had with me. It wasn't long when I got a call that my car was ready.

I asked repeatedly whether it was not a good idea to buy the car. The salesman and manager knew well that the risk was the battery but no one chose to educate me. I am an older woman who has driven Accords for 40 years and they didn't have the decency to tell me that the battery was going to die. I bought a very nice Accord at Pasadena Honda and both the sales and financial office were great.

    I found an ad on Autotrader that I was interested in and contacted New Century Mazda. Thomas took…read moremy call and offered to send me additional photos of the vehicle. My daughter and I drove out to their lot and test drove the car. Thomas provided me with the CarFax and a detailed report of the work their service center did in preparing it for sale. The vehicle had not yet been detailed and the cloth interior had some stains, but Thomas assured us the vehicle would be thoroughly cleaned with special attention paid to remove the stains. We decided to purchase the vehicle as it was a one owner and in good condition. Thomas sent the car off to be detailed and provided me pictures later that day of how well the interior now looks. We are very excited to pick up the car this Friday. I never felt any pressure from Thomas to purchase the vehicle and the price paid was the listing price. There were no hidden fees that some used car dealers. They didn't have a ton of used cars on their lot, but all the ones I saw were very nice. I think that New Century Mazda is picky about which trade-ins they offer on their lot, and Thomas was an absolute pleasure to work with.

I decided to try New Century Mazda which was over an hour and half away and was connected with Mark B. It was a completely different experience as if they appreciated my business and also believed we can both win with a fair deal. Mark was clear and did not waste my time. A short, simple negotiation and in a matter of minutes we agreed to a deal by phone. The next morning Mark was waiting in parking lot for our appointment with new car ready for final delivery prep. This dealership is under renovation but don't let minor dust get in way of a great deal. Mark is easy going, genuine guy doing his job well and saved me a significant amount. Give Mark and this dealership a chance and you wont be disappointed.
