These are tater tot nachos, they were excellent, normally I don't like cheese sauce on Nachos, but given the consistency and flavor of this sauce (house made, I'm guessing. Not canned) They were excellent. The Beef Dipper and Au Jus, also top notch! Generally in a French dip, there is a lot of fatty pieces, this was not that. Also at my table was the Chile Verde bowl, this one has a kick... but my friend having it really enjoyed it. The fish and chips was great, smelled fresh. Lets talk about the sides. Choice of Fries (appeared to be battered fries, always a favorite of mine.) Tots, or house made potato chips. I had the Potato Chips with mine, these were excellent, crisp and tender on the inside. The Athena (Lamb Burger) got rave reviews from one at the table The Service: Because we were in a large group they advised us they were going to be taking our orders as we came in so not to overwhelm the kitchen staff. Excellent communication throughout service given that we were a large group. I talked to one of the Owners, Laurie, I could tell she had a huge sense of pride in the place. Very friendly! The Restaurant: Great atmosphere, Fun artwork, best of all, VERY Clean, nothing sticky or no grease buildup on any surface. The glass ware on the wall behind the bar as all polished. In the bar area they stack their silver, tableware, condiments etc. in a cute little cozy box on the table, with the main dining area setup as a diner with the traditional paper napkin and silverware. For a diner motif to have shined silver and glassware is a nice touch! Summary: Eat here! The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent, when I looked at the menu online I was a little put off by no actual entrée's on the dinner menu, however the in house experience made up for that, it's a pub food vibe and they are doing it well!

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I was at the drive through at Kneaders Bakery. It was very busy. There were three cars ahead of mine and at least four cars behind. I was in the line of cars for about 15 minutes before I got to the place to order. I ordered 6 turkey sandwiches and six cups of soup. The woman taking my order scolded me and said she couldn't take an order that big at the window and I should have known better. She was extremely rude. I apologized and asked her if that rule was posted anywhere. She said it was not but I should have known not to order that much at the drive through window. She continued to berate and scold me. I asked if I could order because I was stuck between so many cars and just come inside to pick up the order. This really set her off. She got really angry. She said she would take the order this time but was the last time she would do it. I was humiliated. I've always liked Kneaders but I don't think I'll be back. If you havent tried Kneaders it is definitely worth it. There turkey sunflower cranberry salad is not something I would normally order, Im more of a sandwich type of guy but tried it when a friend ordered it and it is to die for. The turkey is so moist and delicious. The parmesan chips are so good, they are kettle chips they cook there with sprinkled parmesan cheese. Also some of the pastry selection is tufff you dont find many places like their cannolis. Cannolis are hard to come by here in Utah. I would reccommend it definitely. read more

They did end up charging me twice. When I e-mailed their posted e-mail address, they didn't respond to my request for a refund for at least one of the charges, they didn't respond. I e-mailed again, asking if I should just file a chargeback. No response again. Initiated a chargeback and got my money back for at least one of the orders, but still out the cost of the second salad. This place used to have great food and good service, and that has sadly not the case anymore. Charging a 2.5% fee for a credit card is also insane given the cost of your food.
