The Turkey Bacon Avocado was good, but the French toast was cold and the portion of strawberries and cream was not enough for the amount of bread we got. We also felt rushed while ordering because as soon as we were done asking for our two entrees the worker taking our order instantly asked us to pay. We couldn't even ask for the slice of pumpkin cheesecake we wanted to order along with the entrees. We also observed one of the workers using the coffee machine incorrectly while steaming the milk. By the noise the machine was making, we could definitely tell he burnt the milk he was steaming. The dining room was packed so it was pretty dirty, but there's not much the workers can do about it while the dining room is packed. read more

The sweet breads at Kneaders in South Jordan are off the chart ...I've gone there a long time so I've seen the prices sky rocket. Today I purchased 6 loaves. 3 Poppy Seed, 1 Chunky Cinnamon and 2 Coconut White Chocolate. The bill was ***$38.21*** see receipt. Wow. I was told the larger loaves are more than smaller ones! 3 Lemon Poppy Seed $17.97 2 Coconut Chocolate $11.98 1 Chunky Cinnamon $6.79 My frustration ...is the continous price increase necessary or is it just *GREED*? No one will talk about it so I guess its GREED. I asked a fellow at the drive up- he said "that's not my decision"-"I just work here" and closed the windows. He was snippy back at me. Terrible customer service at this location on all ends of the employees. I have never been so disrespected by people in the food industry, for literally no reason either. I asked a question and the drive thru window employee shut the window on me because I annoyed him with my question. Also, $18 for a cheap sandwich, cup of soup and chips. I ordered the barbecue chicken salad today for lunch around 3. Only three small pieces of chicken and barely any barbecue sauce. I also ordered the focaccia bread and a fruit tart. After 90 minutes, I am sick out of both ends with what is likely food poisoning. I am Miserable that my salad probably wasn't washed properly or the chicken was left out. Small portions and now food poisoning has led me to leave a review unfortunately. read more

This restaurant is LOUD! Chairs screech on the tile floor, music is thumping in the background. To talk to your table mates you have to yell. Nice, fresh food but I suggest it is better to take it home. Oddly enough the clientele is mostly older people so why the music on top of the loud environment! read more

Kneader's pricing has gotten out of control. I audibly gasped when 2 sandwiches, a quart of soup and 2 little treats cost $50. It was payday and I hadn't been to Kneader's in a couple years and wanted to bring home a cozy meal for 2 people. I thought maybe the sandwiches totaling $20+ would be incredible but they were just fine. Everything was fine/ok, and certainly not a $50 wow meal. They could work on their quality vs price and their customer service social skills. read more

ordering service was great. Very friendly, accommodating and efficient. We have been good customers, enjoying the cinnamon bread for many years however, the last two loaves we bought in the past two weeks have been very disappointing. Wheres the cinnamon? Kneaders used to be one of my favorite places to eat but it has changed so much in recent years. Just went and bought dinner there last night, ordering two sandwiches. Asked for some extra mayo on both sandwiches and they charged 50 cents extra (per sandwich) for an extra swipe of mayo. Way too much, plus they didn't tell me upfront. The prices on the sandwiches have soared super high, sometimes double the amount I pay for sandwiches at places like Jersey Mikes, Subway or Jimmy John. To top it all off, the price for a simple pastry desert was near $4.50...outragious. In short I paid nearly just shy of $40 for a couple of sandwich dinners (with two deserts). P.S. for this trip only, the soup I got with the combo had a slight burnt taste to it. Their soups are usually good, but not on this visit. Would still eat there if prices were more reasonable, but I doubt they will be lowering their prices any time soon. Sadly, I don't plan on eating there anymore. read more

Sometimes you need to treat yourself to a mid-week Kneaders French Toast breakfast! I was super excited for this French toast but immediately disappointed after a few bites. It was cold and dry. I've had their French toast a million times and it's typically full of flavor and very moist. The two slices were significantly smaller than I remember them being as well...I'm not quite sure what happened with the Thursday morning batch but this isn't the typical Kneaders quality I'm used to. Will this bad experience keep me from going back? Absolutely not. Kneaders is a Utah staple for a reason! I just hope the next time I go it's a 5-star experience! read more

I am incredibly disappointed with my order ! I paid almost $13 for a turkey bacon avocado on focaccia and the ingredients are very lacking ! Where's the turkey? And it is this dry as can be ! What's going on here??? All large pies sold out. Only one person working the drive through and the front counter. Thus they were grossly understaffed and I had to wait a long time to even place my order let alone for the order to be filled. It was not her fault but ridiculous. Very disappointed. read more

I do NOT recommend ordering from their website. We've had two times now that the delivery person takes off with our order and we have not got refunded. Probably better to go directly into the store or go directly to DoorDash because at least you have direct access to talk to the delivery person or the Delivery service when something goes wrong. read more

All I have to say is I will not be back! Service was extremely slow to start with. Ordered the Southwest CHICKEN salad & had 3 tiny pieces of chicken on it. Began to try to enjoy the salad (all lettuce) & broke the plastic fork because there was a huge butt of the lettuce head hidden under the top lettuce layers. Ordered a roll on the side & it just crumbled apart, so dry & tasted like it was 2 weeks old. Ended up leaving hungry! VERY DISAPPOINTING!! read more

Want a ham and Swiss sandwich? Go to Kneaders in Herriman if you want 1 gram of meat and all of the cut ends of a tomato ... $13 for a half sandwich and baby cup of soup. The one on Midvale blows this one out of the water. I also see they had this same review before and they haven't fixed it yet! Buyer beware, this is ridiculous! We've been to other locations that were great. But I'd avoid this one if you can! Chicken panini had cold chicken, I let them know and again it was cold. Also very little chicken almost only bread. Kids sandwiches were all only half and more then any kids meal at any restaurant. Id recommended another location and only adults. Not worth it if paying for kids. They were all hungry after. The bakery side was delicious. Can't complain there. read more

Feeling like an INCONVENIENCE. What happened to customer service ? Waited at the cash register for an awkward few minutes. They tables had the chairs on top like they were closed. There were just 3 tables open. An employee had friends sitting in one of the booths and the friends were making out. We felt like a total inconvenience to the employees. read more

We decided to try the ham & egg with cheese croissant. I am not a fan of how they cook their eggs they are just broke on the grill with out being mixed up . The white part of the egg is gross. They also melt the cheese inside the egg it is not a separate piece of cheese . The ham is very good it's Black Forest ham and the croissant is good . It a good size sandwich . My husband started to eat his and got pieces of egg shell in his mouth . The whole egg had several large pieces of egg shells through out. It was disgusting. He did manage to eat it . I went through the drive-through around 9 AM. Get some French toast and a smoothie. They hand me the French toast, I look in the bag and don't see any syrup, I asked them if there's any syrup in it. They say it's hiding behind the meat. I get into work and there is no syrup. They just straight up lied. read more

Craved some breakfast food late this morning and made my way to Kneaders. Arrived at 10:40 and saw that breakfast ended at 11. Saw that there were several patrons in front of me and one person running the register. The cashier seemed overwhelmed as a child kept screaming about the sour Oreo apple they wanted. The Dad of said child seemed tired. Like eternally tired. I didn't have immediate plans so I was patient and quite enjoyed this ordeal. Second cashier showed up to "help whose next" at 11:01. Only to inform me that breakfast was done for the day. No exceptions. I feel like enduring 15 minutes of a child screaming should make an exception, but that was not the case. Is this review petty? Probably. But one eff you deserves an eff you right back. One star. Your pancakes were probably dry anyways. read more

Today I visited the South Jordan location because I was craving the cream of broccoli soup and white bread. I really love to dip the bread in the soup! So I ordered an extra slice of bread. The soup was slightly runny today which was a little bit disappointing but there's a ton of broccoli in it so I was OK with it. But the bread was dry. It must be day old bread. Or two day old bread. That was super disappointing. I couldn't even eat the crust. And the center of the bread I had to squish together before I dipped it so it tasted a little bit moist. It was OK but not great. Definitely not the excellent lunch that I have enjoyed in the past from kneaders. read more

I ordered a sandwhich and soup from uber eats. I watched as 3 delivery drivers pull up and leave. So i messaged the 4th and asked her to tell me if there's an issue with the order or something. She tells me the manager told her, "the order was stolen and we will NOT remake it." Mind you this is 4th delivery driver and it's been over a hour as this point. Instead of contacting uber on their end...They chose to waste 4 driver's time and my time. I call the store and the manager laughs when i ask her about the situation. She said, "ya haha i told a few of the drivers that." She told me, "uber usually sends us a new ticket eventually." Well it's 7:54 pm at this point, when i call and they close at 8 pm. So i realize at this point that im not getting anything from them. I waited over a hour for the sandwich... i paid for it.... how is it my problem that someone else stole it? It sounds like the store's problem, not mine. Oh but no it turned out it was my problem. Though i was the one that paid for a sandwich i never got..... Truly repulsed by this manager and the way she conducts business. Will never return to any of the potbelly's. Will have a horrible taste in my mouth about this place for the rest of my life and will tell everyone I know what a shit fucking company it is. Never in my life have i seen such shit customer service. It's truly embarrassing that you would hire someone like that to represent your store. God i'd be ashamed to have any connection to this store with the way it's run.

Three words: UNLIMITED. FRENCH. TOAST. Speciously though. If you have an appetite around breakfast time, this is the place to go. Get the unlimited french toast. You will NOT regret it. The bread they use is sliced super thick and I think it has some sort of cinnamon in it. They're always cooked to perfection with the eggs and make for a super light and fluffy gift from the other side. Next, they give you this buttermilk syrup made from the tears of cherubs. Okay maybe not, but it is the best syrup on the face of the planet. They also serve it with a side of whipped cream and fresh strawberries, the perfect accent. The only problem is that on the subsequent slices, they charge you extra for the strawberries and whipped cream, but it's so good without it, I STILL give it 5 stars. Also. Did I mention UNLIMITED? This location is always extremely busy, there is not enough parking and the line for the drive through sometimes reaches out into a busy, public street that is fed by an extremely busy intersection. This might be great for the business to be so busy all the time but I personally hate going here. I think they are just understaffed because it takes far too long for me to get my food every time. (10-15 min. For a sandwich!!) I like Kneaders as the food is good for a decent price and it's not just burgers or subs. It's just that this specific location is constantly a pain to go to read more

We eat at Kneaders 2-3 times per week. We LOVE it! The only thing I wish I could change is the price, it does get expensive, especially for a sandwich. But it hasn't stood in our way of frequent dining! We love their turkey, bacon avocado sandwich and their turkey, sunflower cranberry salad, we switch back and forth between the two. And of course you can't leave there without a baked treat!!! I love that everything is made from scratch right there, even the turkey is hand carved! I have been a loyal Kneaders customer for many years, ever since they opened in South Jordan. While the quality of food and service has varied over the years, the past two or three months have been unbearable. Case in point, I visited this location on Monday and was shocked to see the lack of care and cleanliness in the dining room and food preparation areas. The staff was unmotivated and disengaged. I ran through their drive through today for lunch and ordered the chicken salad on a croissant with a large lemonade. $10 for a croissant and lemonade...
