Just about anywhere in the valley, you can find yourself a Kneaders. They are prolific; comfort food that's familiar and just like mom makes it...or even better, depending on your mom. I found myself here for a weeknight date at one of their special events. This one was a pie and roll tasting class for Thanksgiving. We got to try a variety of pies (pumpkin, raspberry, banana, chocolate and coconut) as well as a dinner roll and an orange roll. Everything was absolutely delicious. As if that wasn't enough, the class also came with a meal. Everyone received either a half sandwich or half salad. All for $15! Service was great-Leah led the group and was super welcoming and engaging. The folks behind the counter were friendly and got our food out quickly. Horrible customer service. Always rushing. They don't care about you just want to get you out of there window. I went a couple weeks ago... and they didn't put one of my sandwiches and two of my sugar cookies in the bag . I live all the way in West Jordan, so it was kind of a pain to try to get back out that way to get those items. My family made it over there today. Again, I was being rushed, and I couldn't even place a order to add to the things that they didn't put in my bag last time.... The person just kept telling me to go to the window didn't even give me time to talk. I checked my bag again. My cookie was missing. The guy had an attitude handed me the cookie and shut the window. There was no politeness no kindness no hospitality. Kneaders food is delicious. It always is. But I will never return to this location due to the horrible customer service. On top of that the sugar cookies look like shit. Like they didn't care whatsoever. Which is sad because today is St. Patrick's Day and my kids were looking forward to their Shamrock cookies. I'd heard great things about kneaders French toast, so I thought I'd try it. I had the French toast with a side of bacon. The French Toast was just ok. It was served reheated, not fresh and not very hot. The slices were thick but kind of stale. The syrup they provide was just OK. The bacon was cold and geasy, yes cold. I work right by here and I love kneaders but every time I go through the drive through, they mess up my order. The first time they forgot my chips with my meal, the second time they forgot a treat, this time I went through and ordered a kids grilled cheese and they gave me a peanut butter jelly sandwich and didn't include the cookie. Pretty bad that the 6 times I've been here I've had a bad experience. read more

I stopped in with my wife for a sandwich on our way home from the grocery store. We both ordered different turkey sandwiches. Neither one was very good. My sandwich had a glob of turkey in the center and when they cut it it all fell out. I get a sandwich with avocado because I like avocado. My avocado slices were paper thin. This review is specifically for this location. Food is normally fine, however, yesterday half of my bread on my sandwich tasted like bananas. Not sure if my sandwich was made where a banana was or if it was on a banana. I got the turkey, bacon, avocado on foccacia. I love this sandwich! It's always filling and I get this sandwich 99% of the time I visit any Kneaders location. I made my sandwich into a combo with a drink, chips and dessert which was ridiculously priced at $13. What in the world would cost me that much for bread that tastes like bananas, an OK dessert, chips that were only 1/4 of the bag and a light lemonade? There needs to be something better than makes this cost so much. The taste can be there, but the consistency of the food at this location is definitely lacking. Customer service seems okay on every visit. Nothing that stands out from the norm. Nothing to praise. It's almost as if they are just there to pass the time and get a check. There's seems to be someone at the register, but not enough people in the back to help crank the orders out. With a drive thru, you're going to need the speed and thorough order making to ensure a pleasant experience. Cleanliness is a hit and miss as well. I've been there when it's clean and I can sit down without having a sticky substance on my arm or clothes and there's been times when I have. There is a weird smell sometimes-like rotten fruit. During COVID-19 outbreak everything is strange but I was so happy to Oder and pick up my favorite BBQ Chicken Kneaders salad. Hubby got the bacon chicken avocado sandwich. The online ordering process was easy enough giving options for more or less of each ingredient on the order. We were able to add combo of chips, drink & dessert for only $5 more. When we got to the drive through, we just mentioned we were picking up an online order and they sent us through. The wait was minimal considering it was Friday at lunch time and not everyone ordered ahead. Service was fully gloved and friendly making us feel safe. We took our lunch home and transferred to our own dishes and washed up before eating. All in all it was a good experience and I thank Kneaders for continuing to stay open during these crazy times. I wanted to try this place ! I went thru the drive thru and had a hard time deciding because everything looked so good. It's very similiar to Panera but I would say better because they give bigger portions, have better prices and offer more coffee options. I got the ala mondo chicken salad which was delicious and big. It came with a side of 2 slices the Italian cheese bread for around $8.97 it was totally worth it. The girl working the drive thru window was very friendly and I got my food quickly. Kneaders has been one of my favorite sandwich shops that was not a mom and pop shop for years, unfortunately over the last few years this location has severely decreased in performance. They more times then not will skimp on meat giving a small portion, they skip on topping such as a small leaf of lettuce for a full sandwich or 1-2 slices of avocado for that same sandwich. The bread is tasty which is good because that's all your get for your $10. I have attempted to talk with managers several times to resolve it, which they are always apologetic saying it's a trainee or someone new... But when that same mistake happens time and time again over months it tends to ring hollow. If you want a good sandwich without being cheated go to a different Kneaders or even Ken's. read more

With me having a sweat tooth, I only came here to try a couple desserts. I ordered the Key Lime Tart and the Fruit Tart. I wouldn't say that they're the best tarts I've had, but they're pretty average and affordable. Most fruit tarts I've had are loaded with fruit and the fillings were more heavenly. I also think the key lime tart was more sweet than tart. I was only a little disappointed because I wanted the tartness from it. If desserts aren't your thing, then don't worry. They have sandwiches and salads too. I have not tried them yet, but I most likely will the next time I come back. read more
