Their lattes was good and cute cafe. It was my third time ordering. Not their service! There need to educate employees. No one seems to care to take Orders and too busy taking to each other. Standing there to order for few minutes and they acted like no one is standing to order lol. I would give them 5stars for their coffee but they need to improve service. I think they thought I was a tourist from different country or something because they did that to my daughter too. I hope next time I go, they are better. read more

Fine place for coffee and a decent seating area (especially for being in a hotel). The coffee wasn't mind blowing, but I appreciated that they do $1.50 refills on coffee. Spent another $15 on a light breakfast for 2 with very little flavor or substance. Total over $30 for coffee and a light breakfast. read more

I've been on a matcha craze and remembered that I LOVED the Uji Matcha drink from Knots, so I visited again to get my hands on one of the most delicious matcha drinks in waikiki. This time i also got the matcha frappe for my mum, which also uses Uji matcha. They sweetened it for us and although I think it was a little too sweet for me, it was still super delicious with the perfect amount of matcha-y goodness in a blended drink form. Although we did like the frappe, I think I'll stick with my Uji Matcha Latte! read more

The coffee is really good, especially the popular longboard. However, it has gotten very pricey. That discouraged me from returning. By the time I order my 16 ounce longboard with oat milk and an extra shot. It's over nine dollars. 16 ounce is not that much for me, if it were 20 ounce I might be OK with it. read more

Came here for the coffee jelly latte! Add a shot of espresso as the drink itself doesn't have much of a coffee kick in my opinion. I enjoyed the drink and their seating area which is situated in a hotel. The open patio area is a nice vibe to enjoy your morning coffee :) read more

A very good coffee in a great location, right near the main strip of Waikiki. Freshly brewed hot coffee, and delicious iced coffee specialties. There were some ok food options, mainly being breakfast sandwiches and acai bowls. Considering how busy it was on New Years Day, the service was reasonably quick, and the outdoor seating with a street view is quite nice. Next time I'm in Waikiki, I will be sure to come back here. read more

I'd been hearing about peaberry tea which steeps blue, but when you mix it with citrus it turns a beautiful pink! Their iced cafe latte was really good too! This was our morning coffee spot the week of my bachelorette trip. Probably went here 3, 4, or 5 times- too many to count. It was just around the corner to our hotel so it was just so super convenient. I ordered the butterfly pea tea and it is soooooo cool!!! Watch your drink transform from blue to purple when you squeeze your lemon into it. So beautiful!!!! It was tasty too. The coffee spot also is inside of a hotel lobby so there's lots of nice open seating. Love the ambiance. Really nice and still quiet enough and not super crowded entirely with tourists because it's at the far end of the strip across the street from the park/ zoo. The girls and I loved this little coffee spot. read more

Knots is located inside of the entrance of the Queen Kapiolani hotel to the right. There are a few shops to look at and plenty of comfy seating. They had many interesting names on the menu but many of these didn't have any description at all. For example, the lucky latte is a peppermint latte, which I wouldn't have guessed. We probably asked her about at least 4-5 of them and none of them seemed interesting, but after that I just felt bad asking about more of them, so I settled on a coffee jelly latte. I wish places would just put a description, if anything it's doing them a favor so they don't have to explain it to customers every time they ask. The coffee jelly was soft and chewy. I just wish the actual drink was a bit stronger, just kinda tasted like a cup of soy milk without any sips of the coffee jelly. My husband's white mocha was the opposite, a little bit too bitter. Overall great location, right across from the zoo, making it easy to walk over and grab some drinks before you stroll around to see the animals! I think we might've just ordered the wrong thing this time around so hopefully their specialty drinks are better! read more
