I love Mac nut lattes. I am glad to have tried out knots. It was delicious and creamy. I also like that they offer 12oz for iced lattes because the drink stays good the entire time you drink it. Anything 16 oz or bigger tastes too watered down when you get towards the end of your drink. They are located in the lobby of the hotel. It's a nice area to chill while drinking your coffee. They also had food but I only tried the drinks. Perhaps another time when I return to Oahu.

Knots is located in the lobby area of one of the hotels in Waikiki, within walking distance to the beach and many other hotels. A clean space with ample seating and drink choices. This was the first time I've tried a peppermint cold brew & I enjoyed it! They also have some shirts and other merch available.

I'm a sucker for tropical, atypical flavored lattes. I searched for macadamia nut latte and found this gem. Hidden inside a tiny mall with a few shops, it's inviting with its opened concept, perfect for the hot weather. I added coconut to my macadamia nut latte and it was perfect. I didn't even have to decrease the sweetness. Yum! We also got the acai bowl, which was delicious, refreshing and so healthy. Instead of using granola, they used something that looks like a crushed up Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars, with some pieces being bigger than others. It's different yet good. Honey is drizzled on top of the fruits which makes the entire thing that much more appetizing. We also got the braised beef loco moco. It was so tender it practically melted, and the gravy was rich and savory without being overpowering. Combined with the runny yolk and rice, this is ultimate comfort food. Expect a 20 min for this dish. The girls who worked here were nice and friendly.

Coffee place in the queen Kapiolani hotel. Tried both a regular coffee and a regular latte. Service was good, clean and fresh. Great little spots to sit and get out of the rain or sun. I felt it was somewhat bitter.

First off, customer service is friendly. Secondly, the shop is clean and spacious. There's patio seating available. They have vibrant wall arts. We ordered two acaii bowls, two matcha drinks, and a chicken wrap. Total before tax was around $46.00. I like my strawberry matcha the most, then the chicken wrap, and then acaii. I'd recommend this place if you want to relax or get some work done. Bonus: they also have stamp cards!

I've been in town for nine days, and I've had my breakfast at Knight's Coffee Roasters every single morning. The coffee here is genuinely the best I've had. My daily routine has been a cappuccino, and it's perfect every time--rich, smooth, and exactly what I need to start my day. For food, I've had either a croissant or a toasted bagel with butter and honey. The croissant is delicious and at six dollars, it feels like a fair price. However, I'm a bit confused by the bagel price. It's nine dollars, which seems very expensive, especially compared to the croissant. I even brought it up, but it appears to be the correct price on the menu. That one small detail aside, I absolutely love the atmosphere. The ambience is wonderful, and it's so quiet and peaceful around 6 a.m. It's the perfect spot for a calm, relaxing start to the day.

They have happy hour for certain drinks from 2-4 pm! My strawberry matcha was only $6.50 compared to $8. It was refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. They have plenty of seating too! They are a little harder to find since they are in a hotel but it makes it less crowded.

Honestly, I keep coming back because I'm clearly in a toxic relationship with this coffee shop. It's my favorite spot, for the convienence and view - but they frequently treat my coffee order like a long-lost friend they forgot to invite to the party. Like, I've ordered coffee and food here before and they've just weiiiiirdly forgotten to make it...multiple times. Today I waited 25 minutes, just vibing with my friend while they finished their food and drink, before realizing I had to ask where MY drink was. They apologized and fixed it immediately, but it's becoming a 'thing.' I'm still going to come here, but I'm honestly looking for a new favorite spot where they don't forget to make my coffee, at a coffee shop. If you go here, bring a book, be prepared to wait, and definitely don't be shy about asking for your drink. It's a test of patience, but the coffee is good when you finally get it!

I have been here almost every day in Hawaii. I don't like cold brew but I LOVE the peppermint cold brew here. It might actually be an obsession. The staff have all been nice and they're super quick! There's grab and go items here too like other drinks and local snacks. A nice surprise when I saw they have beer, wine and cocktails. I was surprised when I saw that and they're not at a bad price for being a coffee shop in a nice hotel. Make sure you look for their seasonal menu when you get here for some extra coffee and cocktail options. There is a great food selection too.

Knots Coffee Roasters is conveniently located inside the lobby of the Queen Kapiʻolani Hotel Waikīkī. I found myself starting my mornings everyday at Knots Coffee since I was staying at the hotel. Nice open layout and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy your coffee and some breakfast. I didn't try the food but I believe most of the hot food comes from Deck, the hotel restaurant. I received fast service and they even offered me a punch card for a free drink.

Friendly service, great coffee and unique breakfast items. Affordable options for the budget traveler like me.

Quick and friendly service. Walked in at 8:30am on a Thursday. They were, unfortunately, out of pastries--I guess they had a busy morning (the cashier said they don't usually run out until 10am)--so I will have to try their macadamia croissant another day. I was pleasantly surprised to see a fun (blue in color) herbal tea drink, the butterfly pea latte. The Mac Nut croissant was amazing! It's one of the best breakfast pastries I've had ever. The croissant was warm and had chunks mac nuts on top. Every bite extremely flavorful. The coffee was meh. I've had better along the strip. Nothing so far has topped the big K ;) I loved the early morning vibes. Quiet - tucked away inside the Queen K hotel. The food is great tasting, the breakfast sandwich ingredients taste fresh and come out hot. The staff are very friendly and there is a large menu with several options to choose from. The most interesting part was that an older couple sat next to us, similar situation. The gentleman asked for a glass of wine, and his wife asked for a non-alcoholic beverage. Though a different bartender came back with a sparkler option for her. Needless to say, I felt pushed aside and I don't believe I'll be back to this location any time soon. We stopped by Knots Coffee Roasters for a quick afternoon snack after strolling over from the Honolulu Zoo across the street while we read some good reviews from others. The café is set inside an open-air hotel lobby, which gives it a hip, laid-back vibe. However, the atmosphere was a bit off--several people were napping at tables, which made the space feel more like a lounge than a welcoming café. The staff was friendly and polite, but not very attentive. We had to flag someone down just to place an order, and during our entire visit, not a single table was cleaned, which didn't leave the best impression. I was quite disappointed with the overall experience at this Waikiki hotel coffee shop. The quality of service and food did not meet the standard I would expect from a venue in this area. While the coffee was acceptable, the food was unfortunately far below expectations. I ordered the "Tokyo-style" pancake, which turned out to be more reminiscent of a McDonald's pancake than the fluffy, airy Japanese-style pancake it's meant to resemble. As seen in the attached photo, it lacked the characteristic height and texture typically achieved by incorporating whipped egg whites. Additionally, the fruit served with the pancake was underwhelming. Aside from a few blueberries, the rest of the fruit appeared to be canned or not fresh. What's pictured is all that came with the dish, which was very minimal--especially for a $20 menu item. I was also told the wait time would be 15-20 minutes, which I was fine with, but the order took 43 minutes to arrive. During that time, the staff did not display the same level of friendliness and attentiveness I've experienced at other local coffee shops. Great for those staying at the hotel or nearby, but if you are driving you can park with valet at the hotel, across the street at the zoo, or find street parking. I got a Strawberry Matcha! My only complaint is I wish it was bigger! It was so good with actual strawberries! This blows starbucks out of the water. The service was good too.
