This place is SUCH a cute spot for Korean desserts, especially bingsu! It's got the cute pink aesthetic going on and kpop music playing in the background and kpop music videos on the TV hehehe. If you're a fan of kpop and korean desserts this place is for you. And even if not a kpop fan it's still super cute and enjoyable to try some korean desserts here! I can't recommend the mango melon bingsu enough! The flavor and texture of the melon balls with the mango shaved ice and condensed milk is so addicting. We had a large to share with my partner and I couldn't help eat almost all of it LOL. It's ok though because he's not as bug a fan of melon (yay for me) But he also had a mini choco lovers bungsu for himself which he really liked. Perfect treat on a hot summer day! I loved how sweet the mango was but my teeth were too sensitive for the melon in our Bingsu. The mini was the perfect size for my partner and I. Yummy Bingsu [Citrus Heights CA] This dessert shop just opened recently on August 1st and not even a week old yet and it is already enjoying some approval from local customers. I visited today and ordered a mini Mango Melon... I was really happy that they had a mini size because that was what I really wanted to try but the full size was too big. Just the melon part alone was the size of half a melon. It didn't take long for my order to be called. The mango flavored shave ice was like fine snow with small cubes of mango and melon balls. Not very sweet even with the small shot of condensed milk. Very refreshing on a hot day in SacTown. The soft pink and white interior was clean and bright with a good amount of natural lighting. Drove all the way here from Elk Grove on our lunch break to check out this new dessert spot! They had grand opening yesterday but I had no idea they've been open for a couple weeks now. I hope they'll get the traction they need to bring in lots of customers! We arrived right when they opened at 12:00. I wanted to order one of everything!! We narrowed it down to two desserts and a drink, but we definitely need to come back for more! - Mango Melon bingsu: I saw pictures of this and it looked so good with all of the honeydew melon balls! We got the mini size though because it was just two of us eating. It has way less honeydew but it was still very tasty! The snow itself is mango. - Oreo Croiffle: so many good flavors but can't go wrong with Oreo!! I loved the fresh whipped cream on top! It was more croissant than waffle I'd say as far as how flaky it is, compared to other croiffles I've had in Elk Grove. But it was so delicious still! Good portion for two to share but it's doable for one person if it's the only thing you're having. - Biscoff Latte: this is a pretty looking drink! It does taste like biscoff a bit but it's mainly coffee flavor. I like that they have it though, not a lot of places do biscoff. I think we will try another drink next time and try the biscoff waffle instead. The interior is so cute and they definitely made great decor choices for the fun pink theme! Also exceptional customer service! He was so grateful to us for coming and that's really how all owners should treat their customers. It makes me want to support them even more. Went with friends to Kobing yesterday after lunch. I ordered the soo soo latte and my friends had the green tea shaved ice and strawberry matcha. While they both enjoyed their items, I have to say that my soo soo latte was real real good! Service was great. Friendly and helpful. The place is very cute. But back to my latte. It was soo soo good!!! I've been thinking about it ever since I had it. But corn is one of my favorite foods of all time, so if you don't like corn, you're not going to like this latte. I told the server that I don't really like strong coffee so she said I could try it with just one shot of espresso instead of the normal two. The drink tasted like a sweet cream corn shake with a hint of coffee flavor. It became thicker as everything mixed together. Portion was huge for the two of us! Super tasty. My suggestion is to pour a bit condensed milk then as you eat through the layers, pour some more. The tiny cup should last through the entire meal. You could always ask for more if needed. Service was great and it was a lot quicker than we thought it would be for the ice! It was really good but there were a couple of things that needs to be improved: - need to scrape more melon out - need more shaved ice We ordered the large mango melon. As you can see in my photo, you can tell that there's hella more melon that can be scraped out which is what they need to do. I'm assuming they don't want to do that because then that means there will be a bigger space to be filled and they don't want to put more shaved ice but there was barely any shaved ice in there! We ended up scraping the melon out ourselves but for $17+ (including tip) they can at least help scrape majority of it out for us. We went to a place in Koreatown in SoCal called Oakabing and also had a similar mango melon bingsu there for about the same price. Their shaved ice portions are way bigger (I will put a comparison pic for reference) but I would have to say I liked the bingsu here better. Just wished they would add more shaved ice. The mango shaved ice was really good. I would come back and try the other stuff on the menu. They had boba, coffee, soft serve and croiffles (croissant & waffle) that looked pretty good. read more

Kobing is like a dream come true! For years I've been searching for a closer shave snow or bingsu spot and we've always had to go to South Sac or Natomas. We came on a Sunday and tried the green tea bingsu, ube soft serve, and injeolmi croffle. The ube was very decadent and didn't melt right away. The croffle was delicious crispy and sweet. But the bingsu stole the show. We've had other bingsu with the shaved milk wasn't flavored and it was good. But in this case, the base was actually green tea flavored and covered in green tea power. The interior is super clean and adorable. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be visiting frequently. read more

I was super excited to see a boba spot pop up in Citrus Heights as we always have to go to Roseville or Sacramento. This is walking distance for me and we drove by to see they were open. No hours or phone is posted yet as they are spft opening, but I'm excited for the desserts they offer. I wish they had a bit more options for customizing boba, but it's very convenient. It just tasted slightly less flavorful and more bland, and I'm not sure why. They also didn't add nearly as many toppings as the other places. In the two times that I've been to Kobing, it has been relatively quiet in store. The first time I visited, I ordered a thai tea without boba as well as a mixed berry croiffle to go. The thai tea order came out relatively quick, but they quickly realized that I had actually ordered it without boba so they made a new order for me. The croiffle came out shortly after and it was such a sweet delight in my day! The croiffle had the fluffiness of a croissant and firm texture of a waffle. I got the boba with 75% sweetness. The drink tasted a little watered down, I wasn't too fond of it. I was able to dine in and try the mango melon bingsu (mini) the second time around and it was pretty good! I shared it with my boyfriend and we both thought it was a little too sweet. Portion-wise, the mini was the way to go. I don't think we would've finished had we ordered the regular size! It was nice that they had a self-serving water station! In the background there was kpop playing for entertainment. I would come back for the bingsu (and order another flavor) and the croiffle, but maybe not the boba. read more
