Great for both tourists and locals. We love this place! Staff is super quick, friendly and helpful. It definitely gets busy in the morning as it is located at a prime spot near hotels and businesses. Walked here from my hotel for a morning cup of coffee. This place came highly recommended but my iced coffee was so off... I couldn't drink it. It tasted like a cold brew with almond milk not an iced coffee. Cold brew has a sour undertone to it and doesn't pair well with almond milk... instead it waters down to coffee making it taste off. I hope my experience was a one off but maybe I'll give it another try the next time I'm in town. read more

We tried this place on our first day in Palm Springs. The shop is small but they have a huge outdoor area with tables and chairs that is really great and why I picked this place to begin with. The coffee was good I got an iced caramel latte and my bf got a hot sugar free vanilla oat milk latte. We both enjoyed our drinks and the ambience of the outside area. You can tell this is a popular spot as it was very busy on a Tuesday around 9am. The staff was all very friendly but the customers not so much lol one old man in front of us just had to mention something about the season changing and all the out of towners in the coffee shop but from what I could tell it seemed as if me and my bf were really the only non local people there lol everyone else seemed to know each other and be in their own little groups or runners and cyclists. I only come out to Palm Springs when I'm volunteering for our desert graduation and a bunch of us stopped by for some lunch at Crudo. We noticed a coffee shop next door and decided to place an order. I don't drink coffee, but love tea. I saw they had lavender black tea, so I placed an order on their website for pick up. I got a lavender black tea latte and it was amazing! You can really taste the lavender and the sweetness was perfect. If I'm ever in the area, I for sure will come back for this tea latte. read more

Very good--strong--coffee. It's a busy place even early in the morning. I was eyeing the pastries but knew I had a big brunch coming up. Note to self: next time save room to try a scone or muffin. There is indoor seating, but it's a small space that is so busy with people waiting and beans grinding, that you will want to enjoy your drink in a wooden chair in the oasis in back of the café. We stopped by Koffi around 11 AM on a Sunday, and while it was definitely busy, the team handled it really well. They were well-staffed, kept the line moving efficiently, and everyone we interacted with was kind and friendly. The lobby is a bit narrow, but it still manages to feel cozy and inviting, even during peak hours. There's also a nice back patio area if you want to relax and hang out with your drink. I ordered the iced honey vanilla latte with oat milk and extra honey, and it was delicious. The sweetness was subtle but just enough, and the oat milk added a smooth, creamy texture that made the drink feel super balanced. You can really taste the quality. My partner got the cinnamon vanilla cold brew, and it was just as good. The cinnamon wasn't overpowering--just a hint that paired well with the smooth feel of the cold brew. Again, a light sweetness that didn't take away from the coffee flavor. Only thing to note is there's just one restroom available, but otherwise this place is a great stop for solid coffee, good vibes, and quick service--even during the weekend rush. read more

I've come to the coffee craze Very late in life. Still sometimes prefer a strong tea. Koffi has several locations in Palm Springs. The 2 we go to are on Taquitz Canyon Rd we rented an apt down the block still cant figure out the street name. Anyway Coffees are great - lovely people working there - they make like a Mocha Frozen Slushy drink my fave. You can ask to keep it unsweetened w/o the whipped cream! Really good. They also carry a nice looking line of coffee house type sweets + foods. Love the Indoor Outdoor seating at this one + on Palm Canyon Rd which is on a large courtyard. Very nice! read more

This place is great for a few reasons First, the coffee is quite good. I had a cold brew and the following day an iced coffee and they tasted great. Second - it's a perfect breakfast spot. Sandwiches, bagels, burritos and fruit/granola cups (all premade, but look to be made in house, not sourced elsewhere). I had the fruit and granola yogurt cups and was really happy. Everything came out quick, staff was friendly, and there's not only good seating outside, but the back opens up to a courtyard with lots of really pleasant seating areas. Very relaxing but communal space. This place is a future mainstay for me when I come out to Palm Springs. read more

This used to be my favorite coffee shop when I would come visit Palm Springs. But after my visit today, I won't be back. Waited over 30 minutes for my drink, and then when I politely asked for a refund, they called the manager over who said it would be easier to remake my drink instead of find my order, even though I said I had to leave. When I finally got my drink, it was not what I ordered. No one even acknowledged that I was there while I was waiting. This specific location has definitely changed since I've been here last. I suggest going to one of the other locations and awaiting this one as much as possible. read more

When it's 100+ degrees outside and you're in the middle of the desert... Coffee may, or may not be your solution... But it certainly wasn't my saving grace that day. Not only was it scorching hot outside, but after taking a stroll through downtown Palm Springs checking out the various shops, my two beautiful little girls ages 5 & 3 simply couldn't walk another step... So Daddy had to carry his two little princesses the rest of the way to the car and suddenly all was better in the world. As we headed towards the car, the heat intensified and suddenly, we were now on a new mission: To get Bottled Ice Cold Water!!! Thankfully, Koffi has more than just coffee! To catch our breath and escape the heat, we ordered a bottle of chilled water (which happens to be a Hawaiian brand named Waiakea which proudly uses the first OceanPlast bottle which is made from 100% recycled material and has the lowest eco-footprint of any beverage packaging out there. Hey, I'm the furthest thing from a tree hugging hippie (not that there is anything wrong with that if you are), but when it comes to saving Mother Earth, I'm down to do my part to help protect our planet. In addition to the refreshing water, we also got a regular and a pink lemonade for the kids. This along with the awesome Air Conditioned lounge area was all we needed to recharge and take a break from the summer heat. Of course, this coffee shop has all your coffee classics from your standard drip to those specialty coffee drinks that we all love. And Quiche! Wait, did somebody say Quiche? Ya I said it, what you gonna do about it? As we made our way to find a table to sit, from behind the glass case I saw two beautiful quiches in the corner of my eye. If I hadn't just had a big lunch, I would have definitely grabbed a slice, cause they looked good!...Maybe next time. Not only can you get coffee served ready to drink, but if you love it, they sell their beans in 12oz. Bags for $15.95 or 2 bags for $27. Fun fact: (I'm about to spill the beans)... On average you can brew 17-21 cups of coffee from 12 ounces of beans... And since we're talkin' averages here... a single 12oz. cup of coffee will cost you $3.50 and up. I'm no mathematician, but I'm pretty sure that buying your own beans, becoming a brew master/barista all within the comforts of your own home will save you time (preset your coffee maker to brew before you wake) and more importantly.... Save you Money!!! And as one of my co workers would say... "You feel me" So whether I've convinced you to buy coffee beans in bulk, or it's just easier to have someone else make your cup of Joe everyday, or I've spiked your interest about that Quiche they're flaunting in the glass case... The best part of this location is their chairs and tables on the back patio/garden with a great mountain view. Interior is narrow with pastries displayed just inside the door. Order at the register, and if you have a coffee, join the crowd in the pickup area. I had no wait for my basic black iced tea, which had a pleasant flavor.
