The staff here today was so nice & sweet. He let us taste decaf so that we can know how it tastes before buying the whole beans. Also americano & lattes here are always great. I'm pretty picky with coffee & Koffi is so great that I'll drive out of my way to grab drinks from here! Oh and there are multiple locations and I tried two of them and they were both good. This was my 1st visit and the counter person was very helpful. I wanted my hot coffee a bit different than customary, and the gentleman listened to what I was in the mood for and described my options (a mocha, lightly sweet, not too chocolatey, no dairy). My drink was amazing! We also got a bear claw and it was delish. I got our order to go but I noticed there was plenty of room if we had wanted to sit down and eat. Here is the thing. Koffi is the best coffee shop in the United States, hands down. I live in New Jersey and visit the desert twice a year and my first and last stop is always at Koffi for a cinnamon roll and malted mocha freeze. Then I always bring back a bag of the cinnamon rolls for my east coast friends. The customer service is always spectacular. Beatriz helped me order my extra cinnamon rolls to go and even stayed an waited an extra 30 minutes after they closed because I was late. Great service, great food and drink and always a great experience. Koffi needs to come to New York. read more

I was searching for authentic Italian espresso while visiting the Palm Desert and Koffi came up so I decided to give it a try. I visited two days in a row and this review is a combination of my two experiences. This is hipster coffee 101, and the place wasn't very friendly to an outsider like me. I got the feeling as I walked in, and everyone was staring at me, that this is a place for regulars. Due to the large crowd it was a little confusing where to order, and none of the employees offered any kindness to help me out. I studied the menu for a bit and placed my order with the unusually surly girl behind the register. I had a cappuccino with a double shot of the dark roast both days. The first day I found the coffee to be bitter and unpleasant and the second day it had far too much milk. I guess your mileage may vary between visits, but the coffee was very inconsistent. I enjoyed it enough, but it was too expensive for what I got and the surly service was a real turn-off. Parking is difficult but there is some free on-street parking nearby, and don't even think about trying to find a place to sit inside. Pastries in a case are available for sale. I'd probably be willing to try this place again if I'm ever in town, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so. read more

After checking out the menu I went with a caramel latte and a blueberry muffin. Sometimes those pastries get me and I gotta try them! The blueberry muffin was perfect! And the coffee did its job! Koffi is starting to become my go-to place whenever I'm in either Rancho Mirage or Palm Springs. Starbucks be damned. The service is very good, and the product quality is close to exceptional. While there is seating toward the right-rear of the building + in front of the barista counter, I was surprised in seeing additional seating within the outside courtyard area on the far left side. Aside from the crusty, snooty female morning manager that really needed a hug instead of a warm cup of coffee (-1 star), this venue is worth stopping by to get your day started. read more

We moved from Palm Springs to Rancho Mirage just a couple of months ago and loved the coffee locations in Palm Springs. My husband and I have been here three times since March and the cold brew drinks are excellent! I get the cinnamon vanilla and my husband gets a Belgian chocolate. Drinks and food have always been exceptional, however, the people behind the counter never looked happy. We never see anyone smiling and the last three cashiers that helped us looked depressed. I'm the one that smiled and gave them good customer service when ordering my drink. Lol! Anyway, I'd like to see at least one happy person behind the counter! The Koffi in Rancho Mirage serves a latte that is as tasteless as their service. #neveragain I work down the street and wanted to support a local spot. I am looking for an everyday write and have a coffee space. It won't be here. I gave my order to a woman who acted like she resented having to take it. I could almost understand the "what do you want." attitude if it had been super busy but there was only one other person waiting for her order. The girl that gave me my coffee was nice, but I didn't get my muffin. The lady that took my order ignored it in the oven. Later, I went to the counter to ask for a Splenda and was not even acknowledged. I left my muffin and weak latte and left. The other glowing reviews are a mystery. The one big standout was I loved how they gave you options of what type of espresso roast you'd like (i.e. dark, light, decaf). - Ice Matcha Green Tea Latte with oat milk: If you like matcha vs. strictly green tea, I wouldn't get this. I was expecting a more full bodied and creamier type of matcha latte and it was more florally tasting and thinner like a iced green tea. I personally wouldn't get this again. - Belgium Chocolate-Caramel Cold Brew Fusion with oat milk: Definitely recommend! We finished this in less than 3 minutes. It reminded us of an adult chocolate milk. The amount of sweetness was perfect. - Vanilla Bean Supreme Freeze with espresso and oat milk: Very tasty and perfect texture. They blended it perfectly and it was nice and light. Definitely on the sweeter side, but if you're looking for a nice treat, this is it. Service The staff was also very welcoming and nice. Taste: I love love love chocolate so of course I'm going to love their Belgium chocolate supreme frozen drink. It's so good. It's a must try! This is not a bad comment to the quality of drinks and foods they put out. This is strictly customer service based. I'm not sure what I'm the social awkwardness is going on, and please don't let Covid be an excuse, but did we forget how to simply just greet an acknowledge customers? I'm not asking for someone to grab my coat and pull out a chair.. I'm simply stating that saying "hi there, we will be right with you" will go far for a business. Today I walked in, and the barista was kick A by himself trying to get orders fulfilled, he was alone up front and the other person only stumbled out from the back after being asked. Myself and 3 other customers stood there awkwardly in silence waiting to just order coffee. Prior to that, I came in the other day for a mobile order during a busy time. I noticed everyone hustling but yet no one even looked up, made eye contact and said hi. Instead the main person who was making drinks kept her head down and avoided me like I was trying to serve her divorce papers. Baristas are master multitaskers, the coffee and drinks are always great. Can we please just add in a simple hello or acknowledgment to the customer? When I ordered a simple Iced Oat Redeye, they asked what size cup, how many shots (I only took one) and if I was OK with the shot hot. asked how much oat milk I wanted poured in.
