I've brushed my teeth w times and gargled with mouthwash and still have the taste of that nasty sausage in my mouth. And my stomach is "flippy". I will not be surprised if I get food poisoning. The collards were also gross. The beans were average, at best. I've eaten BBQ all over the country, and this place is the worst of them all. I don't know how they're still in business and I cannot believe all the good reviews are legitimate. You don't have to be a BBQ connoisseur like me to know what "yuck!" is. I literally feel like I'm going to vomit. If you want good pulled pork and sausage, go to BJ's in South Tampa. If you want great ribs, go to Kojak's in Seffner. They are the best in the area. (I included a picture of their ribs for comparison) If you want great brisket, go to Mighty Quinn's in South Tampa If you want great everything, Johnson BBQ in Plant City. I really hope the owners of the food truck go to some of these places and learn how to cook because I hate having to go to Tampa, or farther every time I want ribs.

I was super impressed that on day 1 of a soft opening that everything came out great, service was good and everyone around seemed happy. I only can imagine after they get their groove on a bit that this place will get better and better over time. Our server Ted was amazing and was very attentive and busy! Inside they ended up replacing the old bar that was in there in favor of an along the wall style with plenty of chairs. Additionally I would think eventually they will have some inside tables as well. Restaurant wasn't all the way together yet but I'm not going to fault them for anything as it was a soft opening.
