She walked around with a scowl on her face, looming over guests, barking "you can't do that's" all night long. But that's small potatoes, what really got me was that the mother of a newborn tried to gather her breast feeding cover and pump from the room we all got ready in and Charlotte kicked her out of the main house. Disgusting. Someone needs to inform her that she's in the customer service business and that requires some friggin' people skills, which she obviously doesn't possess...

I had the opportunity of meeting Amanda, Amanda and Miranda! The hotel is very easy to find, and it is clean. Fur babies are welcome here! The rooms were super spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast and the breakfast staff was nice as well. I was very comfy and I felt safe at this hotel. The price was cost-effective, especially during the holidays. I was in town visiting family.

A laundry basket was provided, there were only two of the three washing machines working but after taking a dip in the newly renovated pool, it was nice to be able to wash our wet bathing suits to be able to take home. It's an extended stay hotel, so the amenities were nice. The workout room was a bit smaller than I'm used to but it was nice to have everything in the same general area. 10/10 would stay here again.

The room has a microwave, coffee maker, if you're into that, and hangers for clothes. There is a nice desk space and a TV where you can connect to your external apps. The bathroom also has a blow dryer if needed. I was on the first floor, and very close to the icemaker, which is a huge plus for me. The fitness center is ridiculously small, therefore I did not use it because it was always very busy. They do have a water station in the fitness room, so I did go in there to fill up my water several times. The indoor pool looked nice, but I did not have time to enjoy it. They have a little convenient store at the lobby if you need snacks or necessities. All of the staff were very friendly while I was there. The complementary breakfast buffet was delicious, and I like that they changed out the protein. I ate scrambled eggs and bacon, with a waffle, one day, and the same with chicken sausage the next. They also had pork sausage patties, various bread selections, milk, yogurt, oatmeal, And cereal. I love a good free breakfast! The only downside to my experience was the shower in my room, it had mold on the floor and on either side of the door.

The bathrooms was also clean, tidy, and updated well. All fixtures worked well. They even had laundry that I had to use because the AirBnB had a horrible smell and it permeated all of our clothing. The staff was very helpful with getting me my laundry supplies at the front desk, plus quarters for the machines. Excellent customer service here! I will surely book this place again when we are in town visiting. Thank you!

The course is not terribly challenging, and the rough is usually easy to get out of. Some of the Tee Boxes and Fairways could use some work, but the greens are all in pretty good shape. I have played this course at least once a year sense 2007. It was a very nice course for the first couple years, and then it went down hill very fast til they sold it. Now they are trying to bring it back up again. Over the last couple years, it looks better every year. Give it another 3-5 years, and it will be back.

I asked the attendant why they did not notify players, that only the back nine will be open, then the Manager stated they made that decision on August 30, 2026. I asked him why they didn't notify players of the change, because when reservation is made they send you a email confirmation, I suggested they could have done that, but I guess he was not hearing my side of the story. We drove about 56 miles from my home to play this course and the lame excuse the manager gave was unacceptable. Under customer SERVICE they get a one star rating and the upper management team, need to address this poor service that was provided.

Tracy spoke with the bride and groom about a week before the event, and walked them through the timeline and asked all the questions and truly made everything personal to them. Taste of Elegance- on the day arrived, set up, did all the things that a Mother of the bride worries about. Food was the best I have ever had at a wedding. The wait staff were spot on, they were everywhere and invisible :) I can't say enough about our bartender, she ensured everyone had a perfect drink, Old Fashions was the couples' drink. She had my glass of wine ( with ice cubes the way I like) for me as soon as I walked to the bar. I had only told her the first time I ordered :). At the end of the evening they gathered, cleaned and packed up. With grace - professionalism they said their goodbyes and ensured if we needed nothing else from them!!!
