Good customer service. Did not have the items I wanted at their Sephora. Halloween items were displayed yet not my style. Still a place to visit in the future.

Line wrapped around the store and only 3 cashiers available as they haven't hired their seasonal staff.

Great customer service, though they are understandably understaffed. Reminder that this is not even the peak Thanksgiving shopping season yet and they don't have their seasonal staff. This weekend had a great value with coupon 20% additional off offer plus the in store 30% off which led to long lines. Suggest that if you know your size or what you want, order it on line for I store pick up which is way faster. So yes the lines may be long, but that is to be expected until they hire their seasonal staff. Ample parking and EV charging stations make this a good place to come shop and the prices are very reasonable.

12/7/22 Christmas is coming and all through the store,  Prices are lowering for merchandise you can afford.  No stocks I saw for customers to buy. No  fine jewelry either for guys to find. What has become of the gemstone rings? What happen to the amythest necklaces to make my Bunny sing?   I was met by Sephora and it has expanded its wings.  Its name is living large on the Kohl's Department Store doors.    Ahhhhhh!...no more rhymes  and I mean it. Sephora has gotten much bigger and I do think if  Kohl's Department Store goes out of business, Sephora and Amazon could easily take over the store.  Sophora took over the space where the fine jewelry and watches use to be sold.  What is left is are cheap types of watches and costume jewelry  in a small location. I also noticed since Coronavirus Pandemic, the left side doors have been closed off for customers coming in.  This does not stop customers from coming out of the store despite the large sign saying "Do Not Use." Considering the checkout lanes are by these doors, people ignore the sign.  Guess reading isn't fundamental.   Kohl's, remove the signs and let the people in and out on both sets of doors. On a brighter side of things, Christmas stuff is all around the store and I enjoyed looking at the merchandise and none merchandise around the store.  Just imagine A Nightmare Before Christmas set up at Kohl's. Let's not forget at Kohl's, discounts on top of discounts can be applied to your total purchase. Many times (bit not always) this will apply to anything you buy throughout the day/ and week. If you like discounts, come to Kohl's because they specialize in this. The lines started getting longer, but they seemed to move a a decent speed.     I enjoy seeing the outfits of what other people are wearing.   Sometimes I see someone wearing soming I own myself.   The women wearing tights with none Uggs affiliate boots look very nice.    We found some king sheets bedding in a light purple for our home.  It is just a matter of time before I make the bed in either purple and heather grey or purple and black. The clothing I saw were nice to look at, but did not buy anything, because I have to much clothing.  I need to go through more stuff that I am not wearing and give it away to good will. This experience here at Kohl's Department Stores during the month of December is great.  The employees I met were cool.    It seems Kohl's dress code is prodommitly black clothing.  Especially from the waist down.   Funny how Target has lightened up on their dress code.  Still, I think Kohl's Department Store has better options of clothing  with the exception of undergarments.   Sorry Kohl's, but you can't beat A Pair Of Thieves... Oh, please bring back the fine jewelry section.

    USED coffee maker with stains

The Springfield Kohl's sold me a USED Coffee Maker. I used in store pickup for my mother in laws Christmas present and come to find out that the coffee pot already smelled like coffee out of the box and had stains on all of the removable pieces. This is unsanitary and a health hazard. I am completely disgusted by the negligence that caused this to even be possible. Do you not check items returned before it goes back for sale? Unacceptable and disgusting.

The damaged part of this broken glass merchandise was faced away from me, so when I grabbed it to look at it, I got a cut.

Cashiers need to stop telling us not to put our groceries on the conveyor belt with the exception of large, heavy items that they can scan. When they tell us to do this, we're left on the side bagging our own groceries taking even more time than we should be. Requests to put certain groceries (cold items) together or in a particular way should not be meant with rudeness or offense. Even when telling a cashier there's something under the cart, they tend to forget. Yet we are the ones who have to get back in line - AGAIN - when our receipts are checked and they notice the item under the cart was missed by the cashier! When asking an associate if they are opening up another line, we should not be ignored. My issues at this location is ALWAYS with the ill-trained, rude and seemingly lazy CASHIERS! ROMAN is one of them! I used to go to self check-out until you changed it to 15 or less. I could check out a ton of groceries more efficiently and appropriately if your self check-out line wasn't limiting! Please consider this! 1 star was the least I could do, but if there were 0 stars I'd give it that just for the CASHIERS! Thankfully managers are always apologetic and open to feedback, but nothing seems to change!

I happened along the Tailored Man through a simple google search about 8 weeks before my recent…read morewedding. I was seeking a custom tuxedo to match the wedding experience my wife and I were planning, and I've only rented tuxedos before. I met Brett at the shop and immediately felt like I was being taken care of through his insightful questions, great candor, honest guidance, and exemplary expertise. Honestly, I came in a bit green to the experience and Brett really took the time to educate me without any impatience, sharing his depth of knowledge to guide me toward the finest dress clothes I've ever owned in my time. I ended up with two custom tuxedo outfits at a competitive price, an outfit change before my dinner reception that had my friends questioning who I was and how I managed to look so sharp. I received countless compliments and kind words from many for how I showed up, and how polished I looked. We had a few small challenges that ran to the wire, as it can happen. It was how Brett resolved them and the certainty by which he delivered on my needs which was truly exemplary. He made sure everything fit and worked perfectly, personally dropped my clothes off at my house, and had one set shipped to me the day before the wedding. He came through, and made it easy for me to trust that he would. I'll be a customer of the Tailored Man for a long time, and alas I won't be able to revert back to a standard look easily now that I've been spoiled by this quality and experience. I'm happy to have a tailor now, and want to thank Brett always for helping me show up at my best, on my best day.

What sets this experience apart is that you're not working with someone who is simply selling suits. You're working with someone who genuinely understands classic menswear, tailoring, and proportion, and who has an excellent tailor on the premises. That combination is incredibly rare. In my experience, many made-to-measure programs are primarily sales-driven. The person taking your measurements may be very personable, but often doesn't have a deep understanding of garment construction, fit, or how to modify a pattern to achieve a specific look. This experience was completely different. Every detail was discussed thoughtfully, and there was never any hesitation when I wanted to customize the pattern. Whether it was the lapel shape, shoulder expression, button stance, sleeve pitch, trouser cut, or other details, every request was taken seriously and executed exactly as I envisioned. I'm probably one of the pickiest clients anyone could have when it comes to tailoring. I have extremely high expectations for fit, and I've even had made-to-measure programs tell me they couldn't produce the result I was looking for because my standards were beyond what they felt comfortable promising. This time, the suit arrived exactly as I wanted it. Remarkably, I didn't need a single alteration. That has never happened to me before. Even if price weren't part of the equation, I would still consider this the best suit I've had made through any made-to-measure program. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, willingness to customize, and overall knowledge of menswear is exceptional. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about making the best possible garment--not just making a sale--I recommend him without hesitation. I'll absolutely be back for future commissions.
