Clean and welcoming store, very spacious and provides a lot of merchandise not found at other Kohls locations.

I love shopping here!!! I can always find what I need whether it be dresses, work clothes or shoes at great prices. The store is well kept and there are plenty of employees to help find what you need. They also carry a large selection of Star Wars / Marvel / Disney clothes for women and men!!! I found this super cute Captain America dress for a steal ($65 online, $12 at Kohl's). Their online ordering system is perfect here!!! I wish more stores would be like them. If I'm in a time crunch, I prefer to order the items online and just have them ready for store pick up. That way I'm not wasting a trip because I know they have what I need. They have text notifications available to let you know when your order is available for pick up. They even ask if you are on the way or in a rush so they can have everything ready for you when you arrive. They have plenty of sales and coupons. THANK GOODNESS FOR KOHL'S CASH!!! It definitely is an incentive to keep shopping here especially when you only pay $10 for a pile of clothes and other goodies. read more

This Kohl's remodeled & has more registers then it used to, yet they hardly have enough ppl working the registers! They only had 5 registers working with a line fit for Black Friday! Always bring a discount coupon, otherwise you are leaving money on the table. What can you say about Kohl's? It's a discount store that carries a lot of national brands and does a good job with their own label. This location is large and seems to have everything they stock on a national level. I suggest you join the Kohl's club and get their credit card, it opens the door for some deep discounts and additional coupons. Shop until you drop at Kohl's and spend much less! read more

Cashiers are rude! Went in with my bf and he paid his stuff then I paid mine and she said we can't use 30% off twice bc it's a one time use per customer.. hmmm hello we r 2 different persons with 2 different coupons on each phone and 2 different payment methods but since we're talking to each other in line we're the same customer? So annoying to have to deal with ppl that make no sense. Never had an issue even when I've gone with my mom and let her use my coupons on my phone at any of the other locations but seems to happen almost every time at this one. read more

This location is so unorganized. I go to the Kohl's at the South Bay Galleria and it is so much more helpful. At this location, the workers all seem miserable to be there. They weren't able to answer my questions. I started talking to the woman who was helping me check out and in the middle of me asking a question she turned around and started speaking to her coworker about irrelevant things. It was so disrespectful. They didn't even help me to get my coupons used. They rushed me and then they OVERCHARGED me for my item!!!! The item was $19.99 and I got it for $27.00. A few days ago i went into kohls to look for cologne. When i went to the perfume part of the store, this friendly red haired girl (i think her name was jessica) helped me out. She let me try a few of the samples and even helped me to decide which one would be best for my upcoming trip to see my girlfriend. I ended up getting a yellow bottle of lacoste and it smells bomb! Thank you jessica for your help with the cologne and as well as applying for a kohls card. I got approved and all in all my trip to this store was more than satisfactory. Was here last weekend and found a nice soft blanket. I scanned it to price check and it was 3.99!! I took it up to the cashier and it scanned 19.99. I showed her on their price check and the manager came and she price matched it. Was soo excited!!! Today I went in to get 2 more blankets and the "manager" said he wouldnt price match it. No customer service, no explanation. Asked if I had a kohls card i said yes, but i wasn't using it. He said... why not? Have you used it in awhile? Is it paid off??? I asked why that would matter and he said he wanted to know if it was still active. Seriously!?!?! You are a manager. The customer service here keeps getting worst and worst!!! WHAT HAPPENED to customer service?!! I believe this part of the training was omitted during the interview and hiring process. Rude. When I asked where something was, the store associate waived his hand in a vague direction...I went to the direction he waived and did not see anything remotely close to what I was looking for . Then the manager barked that we needed to finishing our shopping or our item would be placed on hold...I asked for assistance to we could quickly finish...again, the hand waive...poor customer service. Don't even ask for assistance, as you are on your own. We went to Ross and found what we needed for less than HALF price...it was actually 1/3 the price.... read more

Okay, there are mixed feelings about this Kohl's. I don't know what other people were talking about with the cashiers, all I noticed were smiles and being extra accommodating when we had to add something to our transaction to get it to the next level for more cash back. It looked like a pain in the rear, but the cashier was helpful with adding to the transaction some fancy way so she didn't have to ring everything up again, but we still got our discount. That being said, everything is expensive. $45 for an average polo shirt? Bleh. This was my first time coming here, so maybe it's one of those places that puts the MSRP on the items but then always has them on sale so you feel like you're getting a deal and buy more. Either way, the original prices were expensive enough that I would pretty much never shop here. I can spend the same amount of money at the Men's Warehouse and get some classy stuff. ANYWAY. That being said, they had a 30-70% off sale on most items, buy one get one half off for the rest, we had a 30% off coupon, and then we got $10 cash back for every $100 or something spent on the Kohl's card. That meant that the $45 polo was now $12 and a good buy. Since the entire store was on sale, that meant that everything was cheap! Which is why I gave 4 stars. Make sure you go for a sale, otherwise you're probably getting ripped off. read more

Probably the worst customer service ever that actually turned out in my favor (which is why they got 3 stars) . On the norm, I do not shop here. I think Kohls is a bit overpriced for Target value merchandise. Went with a friend who was looking for a christmas outfit. The check out register down stairs was probably 15-20 people deep in line. The few times I have shopped here, the upstairs register is usually available for purchases. There were two people in line behind us, 4 in front. Didn't notice sign that says Returns Only because we were at the back of the line and the sign is obstructed by all the items on display in the isle. Got to the register after a 10 minute wait and the clerk tells us she cannot check us out. Now she is spending probably 4 minutes arguing with us and about it, which she could have checked us both out since we both had only two items each. She begrudgingly checked us out, but then the prices were wrong and I just had her return my items. The only good thing she did was tell us that we could order from the kiosk for free shipping and the correct sale price. She also gave me two Kohls Kash worth $15.00 each so I went home, ordered on line and received two (non clearance) sweaters and a pair of panties for $6.54 after the sale price, 20% cybersave discount and the two kohls cash rewards were applied. So even though the clerk was trying to play cash register police, In the end I won with some great discounts. The total pre-sale , pre-discount, pre-kohls cash total was $97.56 . I paid $6.54 and used an AT & T rewards visa card so essentially it cost me zero and I still have enough $ left on the rewards visa card for a coffee. Now that's what I call being a GREAT bargain shopper! read more

Cheap clothing but poor customer service! I asked a woman who worked there if a certain item was on sale and how much it was. She said she didn't know and told me to go to the self-scanner in another department to find out. Then she continued to straighten up the area she was in. l just felt that was poor customer service. I've worked in retail before and our number one priority was always taking care of the customer, no matter what other tasks we had to perform. Also, there are usually long lines! read more

I need to say, I have only been twice.. Both experiences were really amazing. I find it a bit of a clustery mess. And that's annoying.. But if you pay attention, you can end up with some amazing deals.. Staff is always kind and helpful.. Is the store my sorta store.. Not really. At the same time, it is what it is.. Watch when you buy clothing there that they deactivate the sensors inside the clothes or you have to go through the embarrassment of the alarms going off when you leave. The woman at the register was too busy talking to the floor manager about some after work activity that she wasn't paying attention to make sure she took care of the sensors. read more

Nice store with upstairs and downstairs. They could have more signage indicating what departments are upstairs and downstairs so you do t have to ask other customers when you can't find a Kohl's employee. The cashier was a bit cold and seemed irritated when I asked to have a coupon discount scratcher to help discount my purchase. If I didn't ask, I probably wouldn't have received one. What would we do without Khols in our life? I'm talking anything from swimwear to casualwear to more formal to kids toys to appliances to shoes, I don't actually mean appliances I mean more like home goods. The list goes on and on. Jeans socks child clothes. Just about the only thing they don't offer is childcare. I would give a five star review if they just had better shopping carts to hold my child with better support. Sometimes the lines are a little long but they always have a ton of cashiers working. The cashiers are usually really pretty good. it's just sometimes there can seem like there's 100 people in line. Not sure what you can do about that? Their customer service is really pretty good too and their return policy is pretty good. The specials that they run like Khols cash just simply rock! If you find yourself in need of just about anything I would definitely recommend a stop at Kohl's, not to mention parking is always really easy. read more
