Wow! This was even better than expected! We went for my 52nd birthday. Service was great and super fast! I tried the A5 WAGYU LOVER - Mixed snow crab, asparagus, smoked salmon, topped with japanese A5 wagyu, kabayaki sauce, black pepper, black tobiko, gold flake. Just wow! The flavor was incredible!!! They are in their soft launch I believe and some discounts in okay this weekend. Great music playing quietly in the background. They have curtains in the windows giving it a darker, intimate vibe.

I went with my fiancé and his mom around 5pm on Sunday and our waiter was so knowledgeable and nice. He honestly made the experience so nice. It's a bit more upscale than the other local sushi spot around but still casual in my opinion. It got really busy on Sunday so I recommend coming earlier or on a weekday. I've been back twice (within the week since they have 20% all of March and free wine) and here are the must gets and what I consider 10/10 - Apple and salmon - hamachi lover - fatty salmon sashimi We got their "Wagyu on the hot rocks" dish and it was good but not worth the $60+ price tag for 4oz wagyu Cucumber salad was good but not mind blowing In terms of service, I felt like it wasn't consistent. My waiter from my first visit could have easily been a 5/5 experience. My second visit when I came alone? The waitress didn't offer me the free wine but did for the other tables near me Def a spot that I would come back to. Hopefully they're updating their menus or else it'll be boring after a while

Newly opened and worth the wait! Sunday at 5pm was busy but for a good reason. I sat at the "chef's table" and got to see really cool Japanese cooking techniques on the sashimi and nigiri. They're still in a soft opening so be patient. Everything we tried was delicious--with tender bites, various seafood dishes and beautiful presentations. All food is 20% off until March 31!!

We shop at Sprouts weekly, so we've been eyeing this new Silver Sea Sushi restaurant, which is located in the same plaza. I've travelled to Japan twice and I can tell you there's not many places out there that even comes close to what sushi tastes like there, but this place is one of them. Their sushi literally melts in your mouth - it's so tender. They also have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Every single one of them appeared to be plated like a 5 star restaurant. Small portions with huge flavor. Maybe choose one of the donburi bowls if you do have a larger appetite. I was not only impressed by the food but the service was outstanding. The manager, Anthony went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our experience. The decor felt very minimal, but it sounded like they were still in the process of decorating. I loved the large green drapes, orchid flowers and dim lighting which made it feel more romantic. I would personally suggest them to have small light lamps on each table because it was almost too dark to see - someone even pulled out their phone light to read the menu. The ac was also freezing - all of the ladies looked so cold, but luckily I had worn a jacket. Overall, though I'd highly recommend this restaurant for any sushi seekers out there or those wanting to experience a unique Japanese cuisine.

My husband and I tried this place during their soft opening and had a great experience! So nice to have this more elevated dining experience close to home, we'll definitely be back! Unfortunately their full bar wasn't up and running yet but they did give us complimentary wine and 20% off our bill so that was nice! Food we ordered: Brussel Sprouts - flash fried and super flavorful Salmon & Apple - would not have thought to try this but it was highly recommended by our server and was probably my fave dish of the night! Hamachi Serrano - also delicious and perfectly well balanced Mini Sashimi Omakase - we loved dressed sushi so this was amazing Mini Nigiri Omakase - also delicious Fried Fish - this was okay; a bit salty and not a ton of meat Another Nigiri (can't remember the name) that was a bit too sweet Green Tea Tiramisu - I'm not a big green tea or tiramisu person so this wasn't my fave but I think many people find this one a fave Overall we loved the food and service and will be back!

The experience here was exceptional at every level. By service, food, and atmosphere. From the time you walk in, you'll find yourself in a modern thoughtfully designed restaurant. Great for special occasions or a week day dinner. Apple was amazing, alongside the rest of the staff she provided a excellent service. She was so attentive and elevated our dinning. The food is top notch, the best sushi I've had on this side of North Texas. The food exceeded our expectations and was balanced, flavorable and memorable. I highly recommend Silve Sea, it's such a gem and we will surely back again.

Food, service, and atmosphere was amazing!! The wagu goyza was sooooo good! Don't pass up this place!

Decided to give this place a go. We were very impressed with our experience. Service was great and very attentive. Cozy and inviting environment. Last, but not least, the menu. We enjoyed an appetizer and some sushi. Everything was very creative. The specialty menu was good, but a little disappointed that it was presented as a single piece. Ordering two for our table made it pretty costly. Overall it was very good and we look forward to going back to experience the creativity.

Absolutely the best sushi in town. Every piece was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and so fresh and flavorful. We opted for the omakase, and it was a truly memorable experience--thoughtfully curated, perfectly paced, and full of surprises. The quality of the fish was outstanding, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every course. If you're a sushi lover, this place is a must-visit. This was our second visit and we'll definitely be back again and again.

We tried Silver Sea Sushi for dinner tonight and had a really great experience. It's a new place in Flower Mound and definitely worth checking out if you enjoy sushi. The apple salmon was surprisingly delicious -- a really fresh and flavorful combination that stood out from the typical sushi offerings. We also ordered the salmon roll, rainbow roll, and California roll, and all of them were fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. You can tell the fish quality is good. One unexpected highlight was the Brussels sprouts. They were cooked perfectly and made a great appetizer before the sushi arrived. To finish things off we had the tiramisu, which was a nice dessert to end the meal -- light, creamy, and not overly sweet. Overall, the food was fresh, flavorful, and the experience was very enjoyable. It's great to see a solid new sushi option in Flower Mound. We'll definitely be back.

Wasabi salsa truffle salts garlic chili oil

From a first impression of walking in - a bit sloppy. But im giving grace because i heard they were struggling and just needed to open the restaurant asap. They're still setting up the place - you can just tell with stuff everywhere and things not in place and instead there's Tupperware and random plates on shelves that's designed for decorating. Its a small restaurant, maybe enough to fit 50 people if at capacity? Black out curtains. They're trying to create a vibe. They'll get there once they get situated! But - let's talk about the food! Bluefin truffle ponzu was fantastic. Tuna Melt in your mouth, strong truffle taste. 4 pieces for $22. Prime NY steak strip on a Hot rock for $37. We wish we pulled the steak off faster before most of them cooked to well-done. We are medium rare people. It came with wasabi salsa, truffle salt and garlic chili oil. Meat was tender. Nothing to rave about it. But it was good. Mount Bona Maki roll for $20 . This was fabulous. Had raw scallop and squid on top with spicy tuna roll and fried shallots. I thought this was the best price point for what we got.

I ordered it with the chicken and just requested that they didn't do the teriyaki (since it was not gluten free) and just had them cook it normally and it was delicious. I will say that the soup and salad that you get at the beginning of the meal required some modifications. No dressing on the salad (it contained gluten) along with the soup being changed to just broth because the miso came with noodles in it. Overall the staff was so kind and patient with my questions and needs.

Both upgraded to fried rice. The cook was friendly and cooked the food to our liking. We also got the tempura shrimp and veggies appetizer, along with a caterpillar roll. LOTS of food for the two of us. Price is reasonable and staff were all friendly. We will happily return!

I was sat quickly at the bar, and then seemed to be forgotten about. I did wait a while before a man came to me to take my drink order, and then things progressed quickly. Though everyone who ended up being sat after me were immediately taken care of. I ordered the sushi and sashimi bento box. I sat at the sushi bar so I was able to watch how things were prepared. Everything comes out quickly, as all of the proteins are pre sliced and ready to go. They were busy and the turn around is quick. They also do a lot of to go orders, and those were stacked up by the front door. I thought the quality of the fish was good for the price. I really liked the ginger dressing that comes on the salad, though it is a wild color. The gyoza just tasted like frozen dumplings you can buy at the store, and then deep fried. But they were good. The rice was cooked properly, and not mushy at all. The only thing I didn't care for was the California roll. It was super goopy and just tasted like mayo. I had to leave that alone. The atmosphere is very noisy and if you are sitting at the sushi bar, you hear the constant beeping of their order machine. I may try them again for dinner if it is a bit quieter, or takout seems like a good option, though there is no online ordering on their website.
