I've been to the kosuke in Alhambra many times and was surprised to see one in Ontario. The ramen quality is the same, such rich and not too overwhelmingly heavy broth. The noodle is cooked to a nice slightly al dente texture. My favorite is the veggie ramen and spicy miso. Both are uniquely delicious! We stopped by on a saturday afternoon at around 2 and were seated right away. Service was good and food came out quickly. Parking: located inside a plaza with plenty of parking.

This place was okay. Wouldn't be my top choice. Pricey for just okay Ramen. Ordered spicy Ramen and it can be improved. Tasted like powder chili if I'm being honest. First and last time. Side options tasted like they were frozen and not handmade. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms clean.

First time trying this place and it did not disappoint! A lot of seating for small or large groups. Flavor was great. I didn't have to add anything as it was already perfect. Service was on point. Will definitely be coming back.

Feb 2026 review Came in on a Saturday at noon. It was completely empty! I stood at the register to be seated for about 5 mins. I called out several times and finally a server came out and sat me. He had his AirPods in so that's probably why he didn't hear me. I asked if they had Tsukemen style and he said yes. He dropped off a menu (seemed very annoyed) and I ordered. I went to order the Tsukemen and he said they don't have it. WTF!? I just asked before I sat down! So, quick pivot and I ordered the tonkotsu ramen. The chef delivered some chicken karage and my soup. Chef was super friendly. The chicken was fine. Nothing special. I noticed my ramen didn't have any pork chashu in it (menu pic shows meat!). And the ramen came with 1/2 and egg, green onions and a sliver of black mushrooms. The soup itself was bland. I'm used to the thick creamy tonkotsu broth. This one wasn't good! Ramen noodles on the thinner side and no chewiness to it. $20 later and I was outta there! Never coming back.

This place is starting to become my go to for simple and trustworthy Japanese food. It's a very spacious place with quick service. My coworkers and I like to come here during lunch time because of how quick the service is and how high quality the food is. The highlight of the menu is definitely the chicken katsu curry. You just can't go wrong with it. The chicken is perfectly crispy, doused with flavorful umami curry and over a bed of rice. The spicy tonkotsu ramen is also pretty good but not life changing. The portions are also pretty big! I tend to pack up what I can for my next meal and I always look forward to it.

Loved it here the Spicy Ramen with pork was so good and there takoyaki is good too! Everyone here was really nice and got our food out to us fast. Overall really nice place to relax and have a good bowl of ramen. Note: My fiance recommends the spicy miso ramen and honey green tea!

    Empty bowl.

Forgot when was the last time I made a review but , since the last time my review still stands. This place is great and the quality is still the same. Forgot to take a picture of the food but, I tried the butter corn ramen and was not disappointed. Anything I've gotten here has always been good.

I arrived with a reservation to find they don't accept them - suggested Yelp edit already submitted. The service was terrible. Maybe they were short staffed because everything we ordered took much longer than it should have. Our appetizer (edamame) arrived after our ramen was delivered. Our entire experience was us waiting for items to be delivered. The men's bathroom door had graffiti on it, including a p3nis. Yes the ramen was good in the moment but it definitely messed up my stomach that I didn't trust to eat the left overs.

Came here after a long day of shopping at Ontario Mills and was craving something warm. There were plenty of seats when we arrived; however, it got packed around 7PM. Ordered Tonkotsu Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen, and Chicken Karaage. I really loved how they provided a generous amount of meat and side ingredients such as eggs, seaweed, wood ear mushrooms, ginger, and green onions. Other places would've charged extra, so honestly, it was quite affordable for what you get. The meat was a bit tough and dry. Both dishes were rich in flavor, but I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever tasted. The Chicken Karaage was delicious. They were very generous with the portion size, and though the batter was a bit on the thicker side, it was crispy, hot, and evenly coated. Overall, I thought this place was a great option for comfort food. The interior could've been a bit more updated and cleaner. The cut of the meat could've been more consistent to prevent dryness. Minor issues in my opinion but still affordable and comforting. Great for large parties. Parking was easy. Staff was quick and nice.

Came here for dinner, which had a convenient location right next to the Ontario Mills, and there was no wait, though the inside area is small. I had the Tonkotsu ramen, and also split the chicken karaage and had a bit of the miso ramen as well. The tonkotsu is not bad, I like that there were four slice of meat, more than many other ramen places. I didnt like that the slab of ginger in there changing the flavor of the soup, or that the half egg's yolk was a bit overdone, but the flavor of the soup and the ramen noodles, and the pork is not bad. Same with the miso soup pork, and I liked how there was a lot of green onions in that one. I also liked how many pieces of chicken were in the chicken karaage. The batter was a bit thick and I wish this one was the one with a bit more ginger flavor, but otherwise not bad. Service is good and prices are decent.

We decided to eat here because our first option has a longer wait. On Sunday 1pm there's no wait at all. Just three tables right now and we were served immediately. We ordered the chicken cutlet curry and kuro ramen. I noticed the flyer for free ice cream if you tag and like this place in IG but I decided not to do. The ramen taste ok and the chicken cutlet curry is good. I think the chicken cutlet was freshly fried which is good. The ramen soup base doesn't have much of flavor. Service is very good. I'll give this experience 3.8

Food was delicious. Hit the spot on a rainy day! Got the popcorn chicken miso ramen spicy (medium) had a god kick to it.

The server was super friendly and helpful and was always checking in making sure we have what we need. What we ordered; Vegan gyoza (5/5): Crispy and juicy fried gyoza served with a side of tangy and slightly spicy sauce! Super delicious and definitely worth a try! Cucumber salad (5/5): refeshing cucumber slices with a hint of vinegar mixed either bits and nori and sesame seed! They added a few slices of crab salad to top it all off! Amazing combination and my mom loved it! Shoyu ramen (5/5): if you're looking for savory sauce then shoyu ramen will be your go to! Smooth and soothing! Their soy sauce is 2 year barrel aged and definitely worth a try! Tonkatsu ramen (10/5): creamy and mouthwatering! This was my favorite! If you're looking for a creamy and rich broth, this is your must try! Pairs well with their pork chashu, spinach and other toppings! Overall we had a great experience and would definitely be back when we are in town! FYI their noodles are served thick by default but you can opt for thin noodles which we did!

One thing to keep in mind is that the bowls don't automatically include the salted egg, so you'll have to shell out a few extra dollars if you want that classic topping. While the meal itself was a hit, the logistics of the meal were a bit more frustrating. The service was fairly lackluster and felt mostly absent; we waited quite a while for attention, and the overall pace was very slow. It's the kind of place where you have to be proactive if you need a refill or the check. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major concern. Everything felt "sticky" from the tables to the floors and the bathrooms were definitely not well-maintained. It's hard to fully enjoy a premium-priced meal when the environment feels a bit neglected. On a brighter note, the location is very convenient. Since it's tucked into a large strip mall, parking is incredibly easy and stress-free, which isn't always the case in Chino Hills. If you are a "food first" person who doesn't mind a bit of grit and slow service, the ramen is worth a try, but the management could definitely step up the cleaning

There is a limited selection of noodle soups ranging from tonkotsu to Taiwanese beef noodle soup to even beef pho! By the time I arrived to the terminal, most of the popular options were sold out, so I opted to get the Japanese shoyu ramen. The broth was well-seasoned, noodles al dente, and pork slices perfectly tender. It came with naruto, corn, woodear mushroom, and bamboo shoots. The kiosk has some sort of steaming function that heats the bowl of soup to scalding temperatures within 45 seconds - my hand was burning from how hot the bowl was, to the point where one of the employees offered to grab paper towels as a makeshift trivet.
