Move over ihop/denny's! Monday-friday 12.95 skirt steak, eggs, potatoes. Incredibly moist and perfectly cooked and seasoned! Affordable and portions are good!

    Super Special

Had breakfast at Kountry Folk because I was dropped off a tad early to pick up my car. First, the smiling, friendly welcome, which is truly appreciate at 6:30 in the morning. Many delicious choices on the menu. Had the Super Special. Great food. Everything was perfectly cooked. The pancakes were huge and fluffy. Service was excellent. Sat at the counter. It was quiet with a few local customers at the time. Will certainly be back the next time my car is in for a service. Note: surcharge for card use, which seems to be becoming the norm. Great experience. Friendly service. Delicious food. Good value.

It's hard to find a solid breakfast burrito at 6am so when I find one I make sure everyone knows. Burrito had bacon and sausage with a good amount of soft, well cooked potatoes and the ingredients were blended together. Red salsa was hot, and the coffee is good. Service is prompt and pleasant.

Good southern breakfast spot! If you are hungry this is the place you need to be. Prices were not bad for the amount of food you receive. The omelette was scrumptious full of flavor and ingredients as well as the flapjacks. They were so big you can't even call them pancakes, they were fit for a lumberjack. The waitress was very friendly and comforting to talk with. This place is an old school diner style so it's not easy on the eyes but if you're there for the food the aesthetics shouldn't matter.

Talk about a diamond in the rough, this place is a hidden job as you walk in your greeted with friendly people, friendly servers. The menu as well thought of it's an American diner with a twist. The coffee is great considering it is a coffee shop. The ambience suits the name of the place. I'm still waiting for my food which I'm going to do an additional review for I just wanted to give them credit now for were credit is due.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch! The scrambled eggs and home fries were super tasty, I also tried the sandwich with fries fresh, flavorful, and filling. Friendly service and chill vibes. Definitely coming back!

This was exactly the kind of place we were looking for! Diner style greasy spoon with table service and real plates! Good prices and a large menu. Loved it! Christopher was a very attentive and polite server who took good care of us. I can't wait to come back and try more menu items. The tater tots are the perfect crispiness by the way!

    Super Special Breakfast

The food was delicious and decently priced! The coffee was good as well and appreciated the waitress for giving me plenty of cream and sugar. The waitress was really nice and helpful. I really liked the country theme of the interior of the restaurant which is always a good home like feel.

So far so good. My blushing bride and I are trying out Kountry Folks Restaurant after many years of wanting to eat here but never doing so. Classic diner menu and kind greeting by the friendly staff. Very noisy kitchen is the entertainment system and it's freezing cold inside. Clean as a whistle, though, and full of regulars. The coffee got compliments from my blushing bride, as did the Christmas mug. Oddly, the Health Department shutdown yesterday is being reported to customers as "closed for the day to shoot a movie". It seems that both are true. But the B rating isn't prominently posted at the entrance. The food... big portions and completely acceptable diner food. Good value for the money. The pork chops were great; I even gnawed on the bones! It's just a shame that the environment was really uncomfortable.

Country Fried Steak and eggs, sorry no photo of the fried potatoes, devoured them before remembering to take a photo.

(At a rib joint, the nerve) but it wasn't my plate so oh well. First note this is a pick up spot only there is an ordering counter that no more than 4 people can be in at a time. The street is super dark and desolate looking it feels like an industrial area think City of Industry. There's no parking well there's one spot to park for pick up. The street parking is filled with what looked like broken down type cars the four I seen had chalk writing like tow yards do. To the food!!! Ordered 2 two meat meals that come with 2 sides. Not a piece of bread or muffin was included. Please notice the dry @$$ pulled pork? and I got 4 pieces of a rib tip that was the same as 1 maybe 2 real tips ANYWHERE else.the tips were chopped into 2-4 pieces from one full tip. So I really feel cheated and I was frigging hungry -hungry. The pork was dry and couldn't be swallowed without the bbq sauce and drink. She ordered a hot link with ribs and added a side of ribs for an additional $24. The sides came in a small container I had Mac n cheese and greens which every bite I was like wish I had cornbread to add to these greens. While she had greens and the sweet potato (which by the way was the best thing they had going on) the Mac was average I'm about to reheat and toast again before I hit send for this review. Reheated the side of ribs, greens and Mac and it's a bit better than the pulled pork, but this definitely isn't a bbq spot I'd advise anyone to go to nor would I dare try without bbq sauce and a lot of it. Dessert banana pudding last time I was here the desserts were pretty good. This tasted like the yoplait whips yogurts consistency and like knock of Nila wafers I was just sooo utterly disappointed.

Hidden inside the Galpin Ford dealership, this classic diner has a fun retro atmosphere with a long counter, comfortable booths, and a menu that has just about everything. It's easy to see why this place has been around for so many years. I ordered the carne asada skillet, and it was a hearty, satisfying breakfast. The steak was flavorful, the vegetables and potatoes were cooked well, and the eggs tied everything together nicely. The salsa added a nice kick, and the toast and coffee made it a complete meal. The portions were generous, and I left full. The customer service was top notch. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything we have here is Scrumptious! Pancakes: we had match berry pancake and tiramisu pancake. Both are mouthwatering. The pancake itself is moist and fluffy, very addictive. The creamy sauces come with the pancakes are rich and add the flavors to already delicious cakes. The presentation is beautiful and elegant. I can eat it everyday. Pasta: fettuccine with shrimp. Totally legit Italian cuisine. Very authentic sauce cooked to perfection and the shrimps (add on for $7) are juicy and very generous. The toast comes with the pasta is so good. Ranchero: I didn't try it but was told it's crispy and just perfect. Pistachio matcha latte: definitely better than any pistachio latte I had in Vegas even I'm not a matcha fan. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I was seated in the very corner, and after my order was taken and my food was dropped off, I was completely forgotten. No one checked on me--not once. No one asked how my food was, if I needed a refill, or if I needed anything else. I sat there watching the tables around me receive attentive service while I was completely ignored. The people behind me were checked on multiple times while I couldn't even get someone's attention. I eventually had to wave down the hostess just to ask for a to-go box and my check because my server never came back. It honestly made me feel invisible. To make matters worse, the food was mediocre at best. It definitely didn't live up to the hype, and it certainly wasn't worth the poor service. I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I would have loved two crab cakes, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I went to CF Food for their Beef Wellington, and I was not disappointed. The pastry was golden and crispy, with a gentle firmness at the base to bed the Beef. The Beef Wellington was perfect!!
