The beef was beautifully cooked, with just a bit of pink showing, the hotlinks were smokey and delicious, the onions were soft and plentiful, the green chile had heat, and the cheese tied it all together into a beautiful gooey mess on a soft and inviting roll. I needed the extra fork she provided, as I 'got nasty' with it, caring less and less about what proper eating etiquette is, and more and more about getting it into my mouth as soon as possible. It was a great appetizer. My Gucci Sandwich was sliced turkey breast, crispy fried bacon, green leaf lettuce, sliced tomato and mayonnaise. The sandwich was served on a freshly baked Kaiser Bun that was soft and a perfect complement to the exquisite sandwich. The Fresh Fruit consisted of Orange Wedges, Red Grapes, Strawberry, Sliced Pineapple and Sliced Honeydew Melon. The Reuben Sandwich was generously created with lean corned beef, sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, homemade Thousand Island dressing all served on freshly baked marble rye bread. It was served with a side serving of Macaroni Salad. The Ice Tea was freshly brewed and delicious, with a selection of citrus wedges from which to choose.
