Visited this place for the first time because their Instagram page looked sooo good, so I had to try it for myself. I was reading reviews beforehand and decided to get the King Brulee since it seemed like one of their popular drinks. Just personally for me, it was a little too sweet and I say that as someone who LOVES sweet drinks and sweet coffee. This one was just overwhelmingly sweet to the point where I couldn't really take another sip without feeling like I was getting a sugar rush lol. The drink itself was good though,don't get me wrong! I'd definitely come back and try it again, but next time I'd probably order it less sweet.

I just stopped by on a whim and I am glad I did because I walked in and I proceeded to order what I can only lovingly refer to as the best boba tea I have ever tasted in my entire life. Is this even tea? I am not sure if blended drinks are considered true milk tea but whatevers. I cannot believe how good this drink is. What the hell!!!!! No wonder the place is called KRAK! This moment has changed me forever. The King Brulee blended (formerly known as queen Brulee) is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing for my taste buds; a curse for my wallet from now on until I take my final breath on this mortal coil Aside from the best tasting boba tea in the world, the girl at the counter was friendly and answered my questions and even offered if I wanted to custom order something. the place was clean. The drink came out fast. I love when the drink is so fresh that you can feel the warm boba on the bottom. The deco and theme of the place was nice. It felt professional but not too sterile and corporate and empty like some other places can seem.

Came here on a Sunday around 1pm. Parking lot big. Inside tight table sitting. My go to boba spot and thier reward app has good deals. Ordered the Krak Signature Milk Tea with almond milk and pudding. Pudding was smooth and good. Also the jasmine green milk tea was refreshing. The mango tango was smooth and delicious. All in all good boba spot!

Tried Krak Boba for the first time with a friend who recommended it The menu had lots of selections with fruit and milk teas, smoothies, and some coffee. I wanted something without caffeine and non-blended so I decided on the Cosmos Serenade as I love lemonade and added lychee jelly. The taste wasn't quite what I was expecting for strawberry lemonade, and was told the butterfly tea wouldn't really change the taste but it must have. My friend enjoyed her drink and had no complaints about the taste. I will probably return and try another drink to see what else they have to offer. Order was taken and prepared quickly, and there was music playing in the store.

We're always looking for a good boba spot close to home and were happy to find one we haven't tried. We ordered the Krak Signature Milk Tea, the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and the Mango Tea. They all had good flavor, and the fruit tea had chunks of mango since they use fruit puree instead of syrup. We stopped in super early by boba standards, so they only had the mini boba, which we've never tried before. They were a little soft but had good flavor. Since it was my first visit, I joined the loyalty program and got a BOGO. Staff was friendly. The inside is clean and has fun art. There are a few tables for seating.

This is my favorite boba place! They have a lot of variety and everything on the menu is so good! The service is great, and the staff is super quick with the drinks. The place is nice to just sit and chat with some friends, it has great music and it is filled with so many locals. I personally love the strawberry milk and the peaches and cream is so yummy (tastes like peach yogurt) and im still dreaming about it! If you're ever around the area you won't regret coming here trust me!

First time trying Krak Boba and my bf and I ordered our fav kind of boba drinks (matcha w boba for me and Thai with boba for him) just to try it out, since we weren't feeling very adventurous. Gotta say, the flavor of the drinks were pretty fantastic! I enjoyed my drink a lot, and my bf had no complaints about his Thai. I ordered a taro crush and was instead given a drink that tasted like straight sea salt cream. There was no taro flavor at all, and it was overwhelmingly salty and unpleasant. Unfortunately, it was not what I ordered and not enjoyable. Very disappointing experience. Bad customer service too.

Located off Bellflower Bl in Long Beach in the same center as Target and Trader Joe's. Parking is shared with all the businesses in the center. This place is small a few tables to sit at. I got the tropical paradise I forgot to take a pic of it but it's the same drink I got from the Brea location. Overall a good boba place lots of selections to choose from.

Found out about the grand opening of this location because of Facebook I believe and I did all that I could for the raffle at the grand opening -- which led me to being picked/chosen! I won a 55" flat screen TV and I couldn't be more thankful. I have visited this place once more since the grand opening during their thanksgiving promotion (buy 3 get 1). I ordered a Jasmin milk tea with pink boba (I think) a mango yogurt smoothie a Thai tea and a taro smoothie and the drinks were great. Was immediately serviced also and didn't wait too long to get my drinks. Inside is very bright and the staff are friendly here. I live in Downey, and there's a location in Norwalk less than 5 minutes from my home, but I'd much rather drive to Long Beach for this location. Thank you Krak boba! read more

This place is literally Krak boba... wow! This is probably my 5th time here. The drinks were really good. I got the Mango Tango and Thai Tea. Only issue I had one time was when I went probably 30 mins before closing and one of the workers yelled out "F***". Luckily, their drinks are good or I wouldn't bother coming again. The music is pretty loud, had to yell to place an order lol. read more

Was craving tea so I decided to stop by since I was in the area. The boba spot is cute and new! Ambiance was lively with many people sitting in enjoying the boba. Service was good as well as it was the first time I was there. I got the strawberry black tea and it was good black tea was tasty and the strawberry was a bit on the sweeter side but it still made a good balance with the black tea. You also have the option of making the drinks 100% sweet or less if you'd like which I thought was neat. They provide drinks rather quickly and the cups are pretty cool. This is the second location we have been to. It is clean and not too busy. They are quick with the drinks and good at explaining what's in them. My kid always asks a lot of questions about the drinks and they are happy to answer him without getting annoyed. We have tried 3 different flavors and they have all been good. They add a good amount of boba too so that's a huge plus for the kiddo. I like that even though it's a small space it's not cramped and I love the art painted on the walls. read more

Wanted to try out something new and definitely was not disappointed! My sister and I ordered two drinks. I got the Sun bright tea and it was so refreshing! If you love tropical tasting drinks, this is the one to get. My sister got the strawberry milk tea and loved it! Our drinks were brought out super fast and the girl serving us was very attentive! My sister and I also wanted to get out of the house to study and journal and were happy to see that there was not only chargers but also space to sit. I went here with my sisters and the drinks were all delicious. I had the Coco Thai Butterfly and I 100% recommend. The service was nice, they did forget my little sister's drink for a bit but a larger group had come behind us so it was an easy miss with all the drinks. Krak Boba shop always leaves me impressed. The inside is like any other boba shop, with a huge menu and the delightful smell of freshly made brown sugar boba. When I arrived, I signed up for their rewards program. I asked the staff for some recommendations and they tried to gauge n what I like. I tried their winter melon milk tea with boba and lychee jelly as an add-on. The drink was absolutely amazing, and the boba was nice and warm. For first-time customers, you can use the rewards to get a buy one get one deal. I gave the free drink to a friend, and they absolutely loved it too! The drinks were great, but the customer service could use improvement. There was a younger guy who was very friendly and provided great service. However, there was a lady with a noticeable attitude who spoke in a high-pitched tone and came across as rude for no reason. A really nice place so far! Super cute, very clean, and the staff is nice. The matcha was okay, nothing crazy, but the coffee with taro foam was really good. The café has outside and inside seating. I prefer to sit outside since there were a lot of students working on their laptops and I didn't want to cause any distraction since we were there to mingle and chat. He asked me what my likes were and said he can make that for me. I went with a hot honey cinnamon vanilla latte and it was good. It may have needed more to it because it was not flavorful and sweet enough. I couldn't taste the honey or cinnamon. It tastes more like a vanilla latte. But I think this is an easy fix next time I order. They also have a restroom for customers which I visited, and it was clean. There is plenty of parking and this is definitely a college crowd, but welcome to everyone.

Ordered the following: - Hojicha Einspanner - Matcha Einspänner - Matcha Latte The Einspanners were really enjoyable - the cream on top added a smooth, slightly sweet layer that balanced well with the roasted hojicha and earthy matcha. The Matcha Latte itself was well made - not too sweet. Overall, a good spot to try matcha and hojicha as well as their other drinks! Which I would like to come back and try!

It came out super delicious, and I enjoyed my purchase in air conditioned bliss. Pourover coffee not your thing? There's batch brew, and you can always get a cappuccino. Or matcha. Or a Thai tea. Pastries if you're hungry. Memento was an unexpected *MEMENTO*. I found out they're part of this year's "The World's 100 Best Coffee Shops" list, and this tracks. My only complaint? Wish the music wasn't as loud. Outlets if you need them. Play Pokemon Go? Memento is near a Pokemon gym.

I was first introduced to the café when I wanted a drink. The butterfly lemonade is the perfect thirst quencher. The lemonade is freshly squeezed from the lemon in the refrigerator case. You see her grab the lemon and hand juice it. The butterfly tea is then freshly brewed and added at the top giving you a drink with blue on top and lemon color on the bottom. The magic is when you mix it. Try it! When I had more time, I tried the beet salad. Its made to order. Fresh everything, crisp salad, candied walnuts, feta sprinkled on top, and the perfect raspberry vinaigrette to finish it off. It comes with toasted bread that gives you just enough carbs to round out the salad. The mushroom melt is packed with mushrooms and I always ask for havarti as its my favorite. She is flexible when she is able to (ingredient availability or pre-prepped). But it is no small sandwich. I usually get the soup and sandwich. I have tried the tomato, mushroom, and lentil soups. All very filling and compliments the sandwich. Mushroom soup is seasonal so when you see it, try it. It is amazing. The impossible Caesar salad is made so fresh as if it is straight from the farm. The café also serves coffee items. Be sure you head over early though. It closes right when late lunch turns to early dinner or if she is out of main ingredients.

I ordered one of their seasonal beverages, a tiramisu latte. This latte was pretty much a dessert, and exactly what I needed to fix my morning blues. The only thing that could have elevated this experience would be a side of lady fingers for dipping purposes. The breakfast burrito came packed with crispy potatoes, plus, eggs, bell peppers, chipotle aioli, and cheddar. To be honest, I found this burrito to be lacking. It was about 90% potato and I'm pretty sure the aioli listed on the menu description was non-existent. While the food didn't blow me away, this place truly stands out due to its extra large interior seating area. It feels nearly impossible to find a coffee shop with enough tables in this newly WFH society. Good Time has got us covered, with plenty of seats and outlets for everyone.

Even after we clearly answered that we were not in line, multiple employees kept stopping service to ask my friends the exact same question over and over. It felt like I was being singled out for no reason, and the repeated attention was embarrassing and unnecessary. This is a coffee shop. We're not trying to budge the line just because we're brown people. I've never been to a coffee shop where employees were so focused on making a customer feel uncomfortable instead of simply serving people. It completely devastated my peace and made what should have been a quick coffee stop feel awkward and hostile. Customer service isn't just about making drinks--it's about making people feel welcome. Unfortunately, this experience did the exact opposite. I won't be returning, and I certainly can't recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere.
