Celebrated my birthday here with friends and go back often! Love everything on their menu! The wasabi steak is amazing!

I had a great time here with my boyfriend on yet another great date night! This was our first time trying Brazilian BBQ and we loved it. We went for the all you can eat style bbq. All of the meats were extremely fresh, and in large portions. I really give kudos to this place for the amount of food you are given, quickness and kindness of service, and overall quality of food and atmosphere. It can be hard to have such a large menu and manage it as well as they do. The only reason it may not have felt 10/10 is not necessarily a fault to the restaurant. I found it a little pricey at $72.99 per person. I believe around $60 would've been more fair. I also am not the largest red meat eater so with it being a majority meat menu, I just learned as I went. Again, not their fault, just giving context. And lastly although they had live dancers, and it was cool for a minute, it was a little slow in the restaurant in terms of customers at the time they danced and felt a slightly awkward to have the show for the length of time it did. Overall however, I would return to Kravings for a fun night out and maybe switch up our menu or food choices for something new!! Stopped here for lunch with my grandchildren and my son on our way to play laser tag. Might have been wiser to stop on the way back because I am stuffed. Reserved the private room for 37 people for my father in law's 86th birthday on a Sunday brunch. All I can say is the service was A+! Our waiter/hostess was pleasant and very attentive of every single one of us, and I will tell you my family is loud and rowdy and we had little kids, so the patience was truly appreciated. Never bring out our aps and me having to turn on my service light to receive meat service at a brazilian bbq place where it's expected you get serviced with meat free flowing and when your bbq light is on? Not anymore. Instant win for Fogo. Came here for Mother's Day right when they opened. Meats came out incredibly slow and the third meat we tried was only because we turned on our service light button. There are 2 "lights" you can turn on. One for bbq and one for meats. When I brought up that meats came out incredibly slow and no apps being delivered, the manager responded, oh because it's Mother's Day. Actually buddy, I came here right when you opened. The servers with the meat would often skip our table too. Fogo De Chao has substantially better options and service. Kravings, with a limited meat menu, no buffet style sides, and poor management, leaves you craving to be fed. After writing this review, I change my mind. 1 star. read more

We recently had the experience of dining during brunch Sunday. Parking is available in a lot next to the restaurant, it was free at the time. Please come at least 15mins before opening so that you have plenty of options to choose your tables especially if your dining with children. The Brunch buffet was $48 plus %18% gratuity & tax. Their new setup is served on your table family style, which you have the standard rice, roasted vegetables, cheese bread, chimichurri and yucca fries served on a very large plate for everyone to share. You also can order more when you finish any of the items. That is also the same way with appetizers, cold and warm sides and entrees which they provide you a paper list ( like the way you order AYCE Sushi). The meat also comes to you table 1 at a time, and it's between medium to rare depending if you grab the first or second since after. Well done can be requested ahead of time so that on your next batch of meat it'll be to your liking. They served us picanha, ribeye, skirt, pork ribs, chicken Lime, tandoori, Brazilian and kielbasa sausage and grilled pineapple. Overall the food was amazing and delicious. All requests came in fast and refills are on point. The service was very attentive and was always there if you needed anything at all. It's not the same without the buffet. Not able to get what you like when you like changes the experience. You get a plate with sides but they were all cold. Some meats were good. Most meats were not. (When comparing to other Brazilian places at similar costs) Service was so slow, our waiter checked up on us once and then disappeared. Service was subpar unfortunately. The manager was yelling at an employee who was cleaning tables to "hurry the hell up and get to another table". So Rude, so loud, unacceptable at any work place. Definitely not what I am expecting at a Brazilian restaurant where you are paying $80 per person. The best happy hour in The Valley hands-down in my opinion. A friend recommended Kravings and told me that she only goes there to go to happy hour. So of course when I had the opportunity to go I took it. The restaurant is off of Ventura Boulevard and it's in a shopping strip. There is plenty of street parking but also there is free parking in the shopping strip and if that gets full there is another parking structure behind the restaurant that you can park in. It appeared to be both inside seating and outside seating that is covered. In order to eat off the happy hour menu you have to eat at the bar or in the bar area which was fine because there were several open seats. I ordered a pomegranate martini which was nicely priced at $10 and then several other appetizers the tuna tartare, shrimp ceviche, yuca fries, and the baby back ribs. The reason why everyone says of the happy hour is so good is because it is one of the largest happy hour menus I have seen at any restaurant both drink and food options. My friends and I were pleasantly surprised with the portions and how tasty everything was. The wait staff was very nice and accommodating. We were there to the end of happy hour which was around 6:30 and that's when the entertainment started which included a dancer in traditional Brazilian clothing. Only reason I'm giving it four stars is because it was quite loud and was not able to hear my friends conversations at times. But I definitely will be back. read more

I'll be brief. Parking was tight, I felt the host give a tone to my husband and I, and there was a mast roach crawling up the wall in the women's restroom. Told them about it but they didn't seem to care. There was so much hype and yes the pictures look nice but it just feels like this place is run down. I actually think this place is better than Samba and Fogo de Chão. The meat here was cooked perfectly. My favorite meat was the 2 day aged bone-in ribeye. The flavor was outstanding and the meat was tender. The lamb chops here were all right. I think I just got a bad cut because my friend's looked delicious. The beef short rib roast was so tender it almost fell apart when I was cutting it. They have a small parking lot and small structure as well. It is an ayce Brazilian place at $59.99 each plus 18% gratuity. They also have a bar with side dishes such as cheese, charcuterie, mussels, basmati rice, artichoke hearts, etc. The decor was very fancy and the restaurant was kept very clean. The service was impeccable. They replaced our dirty plates with clean ones and never left our water glasses empty. They also have complimentary mouth wash in a cup in their restroom. I highly recommend coming here on a date or if you want to impress someone. read more

We commented on the outstanding service during our dinner. For me food quality is so important but service MAKES the experience. This place did. To the negative reviews - first of all : if you don't have a reservation don't act like your demands for a seat should be granted above someone who had the forethought to make a reservation. Secondly, the added tip is disclosed in a VARIETY of places. Sorry if you're not good at reading but it says in MULTIPLE places an 18% tip is added. Get over it. Came here for a friends birthday and it was amazing! I was skeptical at first because I already have a favorite Brazilian bbq place & didn't think there would be another one that was comparable. Kravings offers a variety of appetizers that come with your all you can eat meal such as shrimp cocktails, cheese platters, salads, soups and more. Their meats are flavored and marinated well. We only did the happy hour and their menu was very large for happy hour I'd say. I haven't tried their all you can eat but hopefully next time we can try that! My favorite items to get during happy hour would have to be the shrimp ceviche, truffle fries and blue point oysters. I had the ginger wasabi steak and it honestly wasn't the best. We went for Happy Hour, they have a large selection of choices with decent prices. Atmosphere is nice, casual yet elegant. Drinks and food was very good, high quality and good portions. I took one star off the rating for two reasons: the service was just ok; our server never came back to check how we were doing, ( mid to late meal) actually had to get up to get our server. Also, they have an automatic 18% tip policy, which to me negates what tipping is all about. So, I had the dilemma of asking for the manager to lower the tip % to match the service or just accept it. Tips: make sure you go on an empty stomach, don't get distracted with all the smaller dishes that come to your table before all the meat options; ignore all the carbs as much as possible at the beginning; the salads are great combinations to the meat that starts coming to your table; definitely have the pineapple towards the end; once you've tried most of their meat options then try their cheesy bread and other carb options.
