Bad service. Employees act bored to your face, then run back and giggle with coworkers as if they're bad mouthing you. They clearly had their phones out; not a single person greeted us and hardly made eye contact. We couldn't even hear our total because the cashier was mumbling while leaning on the cash register... The Original Glazed donut was the ONLY positive thing I can say about this Krispy Kreme location. Get staff that knows how to positively represent a Krispy Kreme please. read more

The service was awful. I went through the drive through, and the lady was very rude. I paid and waited at the window for an extended amount of time. First time I've ever had fresh Krispy Kreme donuts. Most of my experience with them have been the boxed donuts at the grocery store and one trip to the one in Polaris in the evening for the next morning. Walked in and the person behind the counter handed me a glazed donut and said "Do you know why I'm giving you a free donut?" to which I replied no. Apparently, customers get 1 free donut when the hot & fresh sign is on. I have to say, the donuts are delicious when they are that fresh. Got my dozen variety donuts. I will say that I was a little disappointed in their variety. They apparently hadn't made several flavors for that day yet. Had they had a full range, I probably would've given them 5 stars. I've seen the comments about unprofessional conduct by the staff, but that was not my experience. The person who gave me the free donut was older and seemed to be the person in charge. No unprofessional behavior that I saw. Was a little hard to understand the guy putting together my dozen, but I don't think that's a big deal. It probably won't replace Resch's or Amy's as my go to places for donuts, but if that hot & fresh light is on, It'll definitely be in the running. read more

Go through the drive thru!! Loved the donuts. The hospitality inside was terrible. The girl that checked us out was sitting in the filthy dining room on her phone. When we walked in, she rolled her eyes....had absolutely NO personality. The young man working (the only one working ) was busy. I was disappointed they didn't have any iced coffee made and he said it would be an hour. Disappointing, but not a big deal. The girl inside was a tall girl with multi colored dreadlocks. Once she rang us up she went back to a table in the dining room and got on her phone. She walked over napkins and food all over the floor to sit bqck down and get on her phone. Luckily there waS one table that wasn't filthy. Also would like to add that we drove 45 minutes because my daughter had never had their fresh donuts. Won't do that again. read more

The worst customer service. This is such a disappointment because we love their donuts. When we go in, the employees are not friendly and barely speak. Twice now we have ordered a DoorDash delivery. Twice now they have been unable to fill the order because the specialty donuts have been out at 7am, and they refused to replace them with an assortment, even though they were paid for. I drove through to grab donuts for my wife as a birthday surprise but noticed they had hand written signs up that they were out of a few flavors. When the worker came over the speaker to take my order she informed me that they only had classic glazed at the moment. Disappointing but not a huge deal. I ordered a half dozen and took them home. When we opened the box the glaze appeared to be breaking down. Kinda like the ones you see sitting at a gas station for a day or so. Unfortunately they also tasted as though they'd been sitting for a full day. These were certainly not made the same day I purchased them. If I wanted gas station donuts I wouldn't have gone out of my way to drive to this location first thing in the morning. You should have fresh donuts at 7am or simply not be open. We have other options and we'll chose one of those next time we get donuts. read more

Ok we stopped in today to use a coupon I got in my email (sign up in the app and they send coupons frequently). This is our go-to location and service is usually decent. But today it was not. We ordered two dozen donuts: one dozen of all glazed and the other dozen we picked out what we wanted (mixed assortment). We ordered our donuts and headed home. When we got home we realized the Reese donuts we ordered (there were some in the case) were not in our box. We had been wanting to try these since they came out! But what was in there were some custard filled donuts and we absolutely HATE custard donuts. On top of that, they weren't very fresh tasting. I understand that buying donuts at 5pm may be the reason. But I would also think that maybe making some fresh, halfway through the day, on a Saturday, would be beneficial. And lastly, the chocolate on the Kreme donuts we got, looked like only about half the donut was topped with the chocolate. That's the best part! But half of it was missing! It was a very disappointing visit to our local Krispy Kreme. I'm hoping they read this and see this is an area with opportunity for improvement. I had placed an online order at the beginning of the week to pick up Saturday! We had to get in line because of Covid, so that was a 30 minute wait and then get to the order box and find out my order was cancelled. I had checked my email all week because of it being an early morning pick up I didn't check my email. The employee was very rude and didn't offer anything to replace it or nothing. I had called again the next day to see if they had my donuts in and the same lady answered and was VERY rude again. this krispy kreme is great! my friend and i walk into the store expecting to get the new three pie doughnuts, but they unfortunately ran out. however one of the employees wanted to make my friend and i one of the cherry pie doughnuts which was out of his way of working for the night. it was probably the best doughnut ever. although they don't put much filling inside their other doughnuts, this place is still a great choice to get some doughnuts! it puts a smile on my face every time i walk into those doors:) read more

Okay....Krispy Kreme you're just okay. I am honestly not a big fan of the original glazed donuts (I know, I know) I'm just not into the whole idea of just Sugar "melting" like that in my mouth so I opt for the chocolate cake donuts which are good here but I'd rather just go to Tim Hortons for Timbits (they're my favorite). However, unlike Tim Hortons, KK closes at 11pm and is my only option for coffee before work at night (McDonald's is a never. Period.). 3 Stars you ask? Customer service!. Oh my goodness. It's great in the morning when I'm getting off work at 7am. However, at night, before they close, it's ridiculous! There will be zero cars yet I have sat there and waited for the longest for just an iced latte! Nothing extra, nothing too extreme or complex to do at 10:40pm at night yet it takes them forever. Not only that but one night, I pulled up to the window and just sat there, no one was sitting at the window but they were a little far off just sitting there hanging out and talking. Really? I understand it's almost your closing time but your supposed to be open and attentive until it's 11pm. Isn't that what you get paid for? So, after getting restless, I put the car in reverse to tap on the window and ask what was going on and a kid comes around the corner with my coffee. No apology, nada. My other complaint is the sizes & prices of the coffee... it costs around $3 for a "medium" iced latte which in reality really looks like a small?! It's not like they use some type of organic, flown from across the world coffee, no cortado or anything. The first time I ordered the medium I was in a rush and thought it was a mistake; however, came back again before work another day and they handed me the same size! I questioned the lady and she says "yes, I know it's pretty small", I'm scared to even see what the "small" looks like! Now, I opt for the large, which actually looks like a large. Smh. The iced lattes aren't bad at all they're actually pretty tasty and once in awhile, if I'm coming from work I'll grab some donuts to bring home for my family. I would recommend going in the mornings, the employees are much nicer. Don't expect any filling in the "filled" donuts, they are cheap on the filling and you might actually have filling in one or two bites.

I'm officially done with KK. I've been to this location 4 times since they opened a few years ago and I remember exactly how many times because each visit was bad. The first time I went, I got a coffee in the drive thru and asked for cream and sugar. I should've checked my cup before I left, my mistake, because once I got up the road, I realized there was no cream or sugar. The second time I went, I asked for a dozen donuts and specified what I wanted. I should've learned my lesson the first time and checked my order right? Got to my destination and they had given me all glazed donuts (not even close to what I ordered). So I waited a while before I went back, I figured maybe it was because they were brand new and still working the kinks out. Wrong. Went back yesterday to get a large coffee and they gave the cream and sugar on the side. Perfect! I again was in the drive thru and didn't want to risk spilling my coffee so I waited until I got to work to add my stuff. Once I finally opened my cup, they had filled up my large cup only half way. Ugh wtf! This morning was my last visit. I finally decided to go inside. About time right. I stood there and waited over 5 mins before someone acknowledged me and when the girl finally took my order she seemed to be annoyed that she was at work. Join the club honey. Of course my visits weren't tragic, however, if I'm spending my money at a business I expect good service and my order to be correct. I could understand if I had difficult orders but I don't... I ordered a dozen doughnuts online and paid for it and I received an order confirmation to pick it up. I live about 25 minutes from the store because it's the closest one and my family really wanted the doughnuts. When I got to the store I was told the order was cancelled and they really didn't seem to care that it created a big inconvenience to me and basically went to the next guest behind me. They also have the drive thru closed and made people go inside. If they encourage online ordering and things like that then they need to keep up with it.
