My grandson wanted to stop here so I decided to try this place again. They didn't have the flavor he wanted but got another one instead. I got some traditional glazed and chocolate icing ones for the rest of the family. When we checked out I discovered the one my grandson had chosen was a different price, making the total amount higher than expected. I was very surprised at the prices, both for the one and for the rest of the dozen I got. We were the only customers there and no one came to the drive through while we were there. The place inside looked like it had not been used in a while. So sad that a long time treat has become so expensive and limited flavor options. I'm not going to stop again. I'm not going to waste my time leaving a big review for this place that as of right now 6/2025 has a well deserved 2-star rating. It is extremely overpriced, $16 for a dozen cheap donuts. Walmart has bigger and better donuts across the street for $6/dozen. The staff just doesn't care about their work, customer service, store cleanliness, basically anything. They are just there to get a paycheck. The last time I went in I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one else in line and none of the 4 employees greeted me or said they would be with me, nothing, wouldn't even look my way. I gave up and left and went to Walmart. Krispy Kreme used to be a great place to get hot fresh donuts for a decent price but now it's overpriced and hires workers who take no pride in their job. My experience with the company's recent Paris-themed promotion sums up every regrettable year I've dealt with this particular franchise. No matter what the new product is, no matter how early you try to get there to snag it, this location won't have it. And, other reviews have mentioned this, so the shop obviously understands Demand, but cannot seem to fathom Supply. Sure, they are good for grabbing two dozen boxes of glazed donuts. All day for that easy stuff. But I've seen them quickly run out of chocolate ones at 2pm, guys. And anybody can make a chocolate donut. You'll find chocolate donuts at Walmart quicker than you will at this DONUT SHOP. So forget promotions. You'll get nothing. This place's workers have perfected the art of saying to drive-thru customers "Welcome to Krispy Kreme - we are all out of such and such..." right off the bat. Before noon. This isn't going to be one of my typical in depth reviews, because let's be real, it's just a Krispy Kreme and I don't have a TON to say. What I will say though is I'm totally shocked this place has 2 stars. I've been to this location probably 10 times now over the last few years and have never had one single issue with ordering, customer service, or the doughnut themselves. On occasion you might hit a long drive thru line, but the donuts have always been solid. Always! They actually had the PACMAN promo which was nice for a change. My issue was I placed an online order, which I usually do not since I'm down there for an hour once a week. But I got home, and opened up the box of glazed and you could tell they were at least 1 if not 2 days old. By the next morning they had that 3 day old look that you usually see in the grocery store supplied boxes. The glaze is starting to crinkle, has that moist look and doesn't have that 'snap' fresh glaze when you bite it. If you've had these more than once, you know. Plus the HOT NOW sign was on but still got old donuts. I won't order online again and will just wait for them to pack a new box there. read more

Stopped by on my way to work. Ordering in advance via their website was quick and easy. When I arrived at the drive thru I was greeted by their friendly efficient employees. They had the order ready to go and I picked up a free doughnut for having a COVID-19 vaccine. The order was accurate and the donuts were fresh. There was no greeting upon entry. I asked questions and seemed to be annoying the cashier. Then I placed my order he still never said hello or gave me a total he was just looking around. First of all, I love that Krispy Kreme is offering a free donut to covid-vaccinated people every day through the end of 2021. How cool is that if you are a fan of the classic glazed KK donut?! And, every day?! Yes! That has its pros and cons of course. I mean, they are still donuts after all. We've tested KK on this and sure enough, you'll get a free glazed donut when you show your CDC vaccination card. So, don't lose that baby. Anyway, we stopped in around 9:30pm and there were probably 3 employees involved in various clean up activities, and all appeared to be working hard. After showing our vax cards, hubs and I were each granted a free glazed donut. It was still soft though not hot. We opted to save them until morning. That next morning, after just 7 or 8 seconds in the microwave, our glazed halos of fried, sugary, goodness, were hot and worthy of the bright red neon sign flashing "hot and fresh now!" Well, maybe not fresh but I couldn't tell the difference since how bad can a soft, hot, glazed donut be?? So, grab your vax card and get to KK for your free glazed donut and maybe even get a coffee, maple glazed, bear claw, apple fritter, or whatever floats your boat while you're at it. Workers are not friendly. On the app it says that the hot sign is on but when we got there it was not due to the oven being broken. Not sure, if this is done toward later in the day but the display case was completely empty & all that was on there was a blank sheet of paper with sharpie written words "what's left: ..." with a list of 6 different flavored donuts. This is the only Krispy Kreme where I see an empty display case at often(even if they are sold out) After telling one worker we wanted a dozen original glazed she shooed us away & pointed to the other worker at the register. At the register she slammed the box & the single raspberry filled donut I ordered while she pointed us in another direction. If I could give no stars I would. Don't bother to stop if the opening hours posted online states they are opened, because they aren't. Here it is 6:00 on a Sunday and they are not supposed to close til 10:00, but they are closed because they say they ran out of doughnuts, I guess they don't know how to make anymore. My husband and grandmother had a craving for donuts tonight (plus my husband got all excited about the zombie cream-filled donuts) so I drove over there. It's 9:15 (they close at 10:00) and I pull up to the drive-thru and tell the guy that I'd like two cream-filled chocolate donuts. He tells me "We are out of those. We are out of a lot of our assorted donuts." I said "Okay, well, let me get the Bavarian cream donuts" Nope. Out of those. I asked about the zombie donuts - no luck. So, what do you even have? The family is partial to the Krispy Kreme, so we checked this one out. Super friendly staff and very clean all around. Particularly fond of the big, retro, red love seat.. I can get my coffee hot, fresh, decaf, with splenda and skim milk or cream. Only downside was the server who listened to 4 children order the "pirate" specialty donut, and then told the mama, "By the way, the Pirate donuts are 10 cents extra each." AFTER they ordered. AAARRRGGH! There were numerous signs advertising the specialty donut du jour, but no indication that the price was extra, and this is in addition to the extra pricing on ASSORTED dozens. So, KK loses one star for the "bait and switch" hidden pricing increase. Of course, an extra $1.20 per dozen is probably not enough to keep us out of this addicting junk food store where you can see the fresh, plump, scrumptious donuts tubing down the river of hot oil, and floating through the glaze waterfall.
