Ordered half a dozen of doughnuts from this location. Despite this being a custard filled doughnut, there was about a drop of custard the size of a pinky nail. The chocolate on top was almost insulting after looking at the product photo. And unfortunately this was the same for every other doughnut we got. We were recommended the biscoff cookie butter cheese cake doughnut because the cheese cake filling was good. We didn't even get to taste the cheesecake filling because that one as well had no filling. I thought they gave us the wrong one because there was no filling but it in fact was the correct doughnut, just without any cream... Really unfortunate when you're already over pricing a doughnut. read more

This complaint is Made for one person in particular. Although i didn't have the time nor the patience to collect the name of this young man due to the rush i was in, I will list of what he looked like so this Person can be dealt with accordingly. The Short ROUND Man with a neck beard and a Taylor swift bag had the power to turn a very beautiful Saturday into a very annoying one in the span of 30 minutes ( which is how long of a time i had to wait for my order to be out ). Seriously 30 minutes for some donuts and drinks is RIDICULOUS!!! The man struggled to Keep his focus having a very low attention span which is very unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer service job. The man Struggled to take our order but when he finally did Let me and my family know that he will tend to our drinks when he gets out the line of orders. As Me and my family watched 2 lines of orders Get out we start to get a little more aggravated at how uncooperative this young man was to us tonight. After about 20 minutes We had enough and at the peak of the downtime in the store where there were absolutely 0 customers We see the young man completely ignore us in the lobby (we were visible to the front counter where the man was working) and Go on his break. I mean come one SERIOUSLY???? At the heat of the moment My auntie had stood up and asked kindly for our drinks just to be told and i quote "Oh i forgot them" I mean unprofessional really. If it wasn't for the nice man in the glasses with a green jacket on We don't know how our night might have turned out. A big thank you to the kind young foreign man who helped us situate the problem and get our drinks out. As the other young round man was leaving for his break he gave me and my entire attitude rolling his eyes whilst storming out of the establishment. I recently stopped in for the second time to get on the "eclipse" donut hype. I came at 8am and unlucky for me, they didn't have it. The cashier told me they don't get the shipment until 530pm. I really thought they made these in stores but he clarified to tell me they are boxed and delivered to them. That is why there is no way for me to even buy leftovers because they're boxed per order. I was really sad but had to get something for my sister in laws baptism brunch. I got two dozen glazed and one dozen mixed for my family. The image or taste I was left with maybe a few years back did not match up to the current taste. I noticed the donuts became really hard and try fast (by the second day) and the jelly filled donuts were not really jelly filled at all. My husband ate more than half way through his donut before there was a bit of jelly seen. It was sad and definitely not worth it. While on the go and in need of an item to bring a potluck, Krispy Kreme is a pretty safe bet. No matte what time of the day, it never hurts to have a donut. There are two locations in Northern OC/LA and this one is located not too far from the 405 Freeway in Long Beach (the other is right off the 22 Freeway in Orange). It has a drive thru for a quick pick up and they also offer coffee, smoothies, fraps, and a variety of sweets besides donuts. The assorted donuts change from time to time - the New York Cheesecake and Birthday Cake remain the popular items. My personal favorite is the regular glazed donut - it's simple, fluffy, nothing fancy, but so satisfying. I ordered a dozen glazed and a dozen assorted. The cashier was really nice and got my order right away. When I got out of the car, I realized that there were 3 dozen donuts instead of 2 dozen, yet they only charged me for 2 dozen. Not sure if it was a miscalculation or Krispy Kreme was just being nice - but thank you! The students in class were able to enjoy some extra sweets that afternoon! read more

I was in the neighborhood waiting for my wife to get her hair done. I stopped in to get my FREE donut for getting my COVID Vaccine. I didn't think it was true - but figured I'd give it a shot anyway, and I happened to have my vaccination card. The place was very clean. The employees were all properly masked. There were no other customers inside that I remember. Chris provided the service and he was awesome. He welcomed me, and handled the transaction. He placed the donut in a bag and asked if there was anything else. And I got a FREE donut - just for getting the vaccine! We came here on a Thursday around 7 PM. There was a minimal line, but the location was largely empty. Parking is easy; there's a lot of parking around here. There's even a drive-through option if you want your donut on-the-go. I mostly came just to try out the new Original Filled Original Kreme doughnut and I gotta say... it's AWESOME! The doughnut is delicious as usual, but the creme brings it to the next level. The outside of the doughnut has that nice sugar coating that crackles on touch, the inside is fluffy, and the creme is sweet and light. I almost want to go again just to get this one again. On the alternative, the Original Filled Chocolate Kreme doughnut is ok. I think the chocolate flavoring is pretty solid, but not as good as the original kreme.
