As soon as I drive thru the window to pay, I told ANAHI that I don't have my cellphone ( no krispy K. app ) and I wanted my points ( rewards ) so I told her my phone number. This unhappy staff was so rude and with bad attitude stated she can not give me point / credit without my phone app. for the dozen donuts I bought that day. Then I simply explained to her, my family has been a regular customer here and I understand the drill that you can use my phone number for reward and earn points by providing you my phone number" hahaha! My question to the store manager? Krispy K., only give reward credits / points when you app is available on your cellphone and your store does not accept phone number for credit and points? Horrible customer service by the manager. We ordered 17 dozen, almost $300 worth of donuts. When I arrive to pick up my order, I am not greeted by the manager. In fact, when I inform him that I am here to pick up a large order, without a word, he walks away and returns with 10 dozen. When I tell him that it is supposed to be 17 dozen, he shrugs his shoulders and takes a drive through order instead of helping me finalize the pick up of my full order. I drove about 35 minutes to get there just to find out I placed the order at the incorrect location. The cashier informed his manager and the manager was kind enough to fulfill my order still even after my mistake and also offered me a fresh donut off the line while I wait. We decided to give Krispy Kreme a shot since we were in the area already. The "Hot Now" sign was on. This is the only reason we came. I haven't had too many donuts from this place, but I do recall them being very good when they are hot and fresh. They are airy, light, and delicious. Unfortunately for us, that wasn't the case this time. We ordered 5 original glazed, 5 chocolate glazed, one maple glazed, and one traditional cake donut for $10.99. They were out of the traditional, so I had to settle for sour cream traditional. All of the donuts were old and didn't taste fresh at all. They definitely were not "Hot Now" as the sign indicated. This location never fails to give me bad service and never seem to know the answer to my questions, so I asked her to clarify if I am able to use my FREE REWARD (app) on the new strawberry glazed donuts. I occasionally come to Krispy Kreme whenever I see a deal. I don't really come that often because of the distance, but whenever I do decide to go its pretty worth it. My dad always asks for their original glazed donuts and they come out perfect every time. The staff here all move really quickly as well which is a plus. good thing to note is that if you join their rewards program you can get a free dozen glazed donuts on your birthday month! Parking isn't an issue as the plaza isn't that busy. They also have a drive through you can go through. read more

I was very happy to come to this location. Parking is super easy as the have a big lot. The place was busy on a weekend night and there was a bit of a line but it moved quite fast. The staff was very very nice despite being super busy. Their glazed doughnuts are simply delicious served warm and tasted like heaven. There was a great selection of flavors and fillings. The simple glazes is my favorite and the close second was the glazed raspberry filled doughnut. Their coffee was very good too.
