I stopped by Krispy Kreme in Fulton today after placing an online order, and everything went smoothly. They were celebrating their birthday with a great promotion, so I ordered a dozen Chocolate Frosted donuts and a dozen Original Glazed. I got the Original Glazed dozen for just 89 cents with the purchase of another dozen, which was an awesome deal. When I arrived, my order was already waiting for me. I gave the cashier my name, and he handed me my order right away with a smile. He was friendly and made the pickup quick and easy. Krispy Kreme has delicious doughnuts, my favorite is the original and jelly filled. The donuts have gotten a bit expensive, but tasty! This location is located on the top floor of Fulton Station and is very convenient if you are taking the train from there. The is also never really a long line, so you can get in and out quickly. read more

I had 7 minutes to get down the block to my assignment and saw the sign for Krispy Kreme. I instantly had to risk it ALL and I'm glad I did. Approaching the clean display full of beautifully decorated Halloween donuts I was EXCITED! So I patiently waited my turned and the two helpful and polite associates a young man and a young woman both took care of me expeditiously. My experience has been positive most of the time at this location. My only complaint is that they don't do the promotions advertised in emails unless you order on mobile. Only been able to do a promo in store once out of the many times I've visited with a promo scan code on my phone. Maybe it's based on the person working? None the less, the snacks and drinks are always consistent and prepared quickly even through mobile orders, you can expect your order to be prepared pretty quickly. Long gone are the days where the one and only Krispy Kreme in NYC is the one inside Penn Station... So happy there's a location here in FiDi now, and so conveniently located inside the Fulton Center. I was in the area today, so I picked up a dozen donuts and then went straight downstairs to hop on the train home. October naturally means pumpkin season for me - I'm getting everything and anything pumpkin flavored. They only had the Pumpkin Spice Cake donut though (I would've preferred the Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed donut) so I got 4 of those, 4 of the Original Glazed and 4 Chocolate Iced Glazed. The pumpkin cake tastes exactly like how it sounds - cakey and more dense than the original. I think pumpkin's always a fun seasonal flavor to have, but texture wise you can't beat the original (non-cakey) donut. I can inhale that in seconds. They also had lots of the fun Halloween donuts available, but I didn't get any. My dozen were still held in the Halloween box though which I loved! read more

I ordered ahead to grab donuts as a surprise for my office, I placed the order the night before with a 45 minute lead time before I was going to pick them up only to get there and the order wasn't prepared at all. I didn't expect to have such a great experience at a Krispy Kreme. They're just donuts, and they're everywhere. I specifically wanted to try a donut because of the whole "New York has better water" for bagels and pizza dough and wanted to see how different it could taste. What better way then the largely visual donut shop in the huge tourists area of NYC. First and foremost, the service was impeccable. During the pandemic, they remind you your safety precautions before entering and actively distance people in line in the shop. They offer online ordering and window pickups (I don't know what the window pickup is, but they had it). I ordered some original glazed and the very special, Big Apple donut. The original glazed was a donut I have had thousands of times, and it was like eating it for the first time in my life. It was sooo airy, light, soft and fresh that I couldn't stop eating! I had a half dozen to myself! I don't normally eat that much sugar, but it was so tasty I couldn't stop. The Big Apple caught my eye, with its immaculate packaging and adorable presentation. It had apple creme filling and a beautiful shiny red glaze. A little icing leaf for more sweet and a little pretzel rod for salty contrast. It was incredibly good! The pricing for the donuts were normal to me, and the Big Apple was about 11 bucks but totally worth it. If you need a sweet fix and your in NYC, definitely stop by, it is worth it. read more

krispy kreme has 2 new doughnut flavors in collaboration with hershey's! they'll only be available for a limited time while supplies last. each of the doughnuts are $2.29 without tax. 8/12/21 -glazed raspberry filled: i can't believe it took me so long to try this classic! the glazed doughnut was super soft and the raspberry jam on the inside was tangy and sweet! there was also a pretty fair amount of jam in the middle, which i appreciated. this was only $2.09 before tax, which was definitely worth it imo. as someone who loves jelly-filled doughnuts, i was so happy with this! (4.5/5) -s'mores classic: this is one of their current special flavors. it's a doughnut filled with marshmallow kreme, dipped in hershey's chocolate icing, drizzled with marshmallow kreme and chocolate icing, and topped with graham cracker crumbs. i wish that there was more marshmallow kreme on the inside, since it seemed like mostly just dough. the top was quite sweet from all the chocolate, but the graham cracker flavor didn't stand out enough to me. it seemed more like a chocolate marshmallow flavored doughnut than s'mores. however, the doughnut was still soft and i have no complaints about its texture/consistency. (3.5/5) -s'mores fudge cake: this was hands down my favorite doughnut out of all 3, but it was also definitely the sweetest. it's a hershey's fudge cake doughnut, dipped in marshmallow icing, decorated with hershey's chocolate icing, and topped with chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs. i'm an avid lover of cake doughnuts, so it was no surprise why i enjoyed this so much. the chocolate cake doughnut was super rich and moist. the marshmallow and chocolate icing was quite overpowering as well, so i couldn't really taste much of the graham crackers again. however, i just generally enjoyed this one a lot more than the classic version. i would've probably felt too sugared out if i finished the whole thing, though. i'm also not sure if they used dark chocolate or milk chocolate in this. The donuts are here are fine but the staff here is pretty shitty. I've come twice to this location and the first time they made me wait 10 mins for coffee which they apparently forgot when I asked about my order and still messed it up. The second time today the staff refused to give me a free donut for voting because I didn't have 'proof' that I did, even though I explained I voted via mail. They treated me like I was lying and claimed they didn't even know what absentee ballot was. There's plenty of better places in the area to get breakfast and not be treated like shit. This experience was incredibly disappointing as someone who grew up loving Krispy Kreme donuts and was initially very excited for this place to open. But after this experience, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. If you want to eat Krispy Kreme donuts, go to penn station, the staff is infinitely better and won't ruin your day. i did not think that kk would open in the money district of manhattan during the pandemic but i guess folks want to munch on donuts for comfort. this new location actually makes the donuts on premise and you can watch the magic as you are on line ordering. i am starting to like kk donuts a bit more then i did in the past and i guess its cause of the reeses peanut butter donut and oreo donut on the menu. i ordered a dozen of classic assorted mix and for 24 bucks it cost more then dunkins but they do taste better and its fresh as the donuts are still warm. the calories are displayed next to each donut and if you remove the first number and just look at the last two its really not that much of a gut buster (we wish). glad they just opened and my crew of feral animals (my workers) will love when i bring a dozen of the christmas theme donuts to the office. read more

There was only one person on line and they were paying for their order. When I got to the stand I was looking at the person who was folding boxes so he can take my order. On 10/10/20 I stopped in and as always was welcomed with happy to serve you staff. I like to mention specifically Cali (front end) and the manager (sorry I didn't get his name, but a sweet and friendly gentleman) both were very helpful (internet issues) lol, informative and engaging.
