**During Quarantine Review** I don't usually write a review for a well-established chain, but the service here was top notch! There's always a nice of cars in the drive through, so they're always turning out fresh donuts, but restaurant workers are so nice! I definitely felt like they trained their workers well on this location! Don't be dumb like me order your donuts on the mobile app, versus going through the drive thru line! Myself and all my friends came here at 9:54pm and the door was locked. There were some other parties here too. The store is supposed to be open until 10pm. No one came out to tel us anything. As we waited to be let in another employee came back at 10pm. She said told they were closed we all told her that we were here at 9:54pm. She told us to hold on. Drove here to take myself out on a date. I came right at the opening time at 6 AM to avoid the long line, and was a little disappointed when they didn't have my favorite oreo donuts. However, I got the sour cream cake donut I've always wanted to try, a maple donut, and two of the cutest mini strawberry sprinked donuts I've seen. First of all, I hate to leave a review like this to a place that I really like. I live in Laguna Hills. There is a store less than a half a mile away from my house. When i came to this location it was packed! Drive Thru was at least 15 cars deep and when i went in to order the line was pretty much out the door. I decided to use the mobile app and order 2 dozen for pick up. The time on the app said it would be about a 20min wait so i left and ran other errands. I came back 30min later and went to the pick up spot and didn't see my order. I went to the counter and was ignored, probably because they thought i was trying to cut in line. I finally was able to flag someone down and asked for my order. Turns out they got it but never filled it. The lady was nice, however, after filling my order she forgot a whole box of donuts. Tldr mobile app sucks cause the location doesn't honor the pick up time if they're swamped. read more

First time I visited inside and they were very welcoming and the ambiance was cute they had the hats displayed everywhere nicely. They gave you a free fresh warm glazed doughnut when you arrive. However my second visit I used the drive thru and they got my order wrong. I asked for two boxes for assorted minis and it was charged on our receipt however we opened the box at our event and they gave us two boxes of glazed minis instead. Pretty disappointed.
