I did like the idea of the flavors and coconut latte and such, so I got a coconut latte and it was tasting pretty good, but it did make my stomach upset. Not sure if it was coconut milk, or expired milk or something, and it was quite small for its price. The shop had no AC and it was quite hot on the inside. I did like how you can just order via the kiosk. Service was fast and nice. But yeah just dropping stars because of the coffee, I wouldnt come here again, maybe it was a one off.

Seating was absolutely full when we got there and we were lucky to snag a table as another couple left, so it seems like a popular Saturday morning spot. Several folks were working on laptops, and it seems like a kid-friendly place. I decided to try a dulce de leche coffee. While I was expecting a strong caramel profile of dulce de leche, the flavor turned out to be fairly subtle rather than prominent. It added a significant sweetness, but without knowing the order beforehand, identifying the exact flavor would have been tough. That said, the coffee itself was still refreshing The high quality of the coffee bean really shone through, delivering a rich aroma and the ideal caffeine kick for a breezy morning. Great coffee beans and fast service make it worth dropping in, even if the indoor seating situation is a bit tight.

Their birria burritos are absolute heaven, and somehow they're even better the next day if you manage to have leftovers. It's so delicious that we've never ordered anything else. The proportions of meat and egg are perfect. Flavors melt together, and they have two delicious homemade salsas. They don't take reservations, but they seem to have their ordering and seating system down to maximum efficiency. You stand in line to order, but then someone helps you find seating for your party. We've never had a long wait, even for Sunday brunch. Ambiance is good; they've really done their best to make their charmless strip mall location feel like something nicer. But at the end of the day, you are still in a charmless strip mall.

I am a volunteer at a non-profit organization and I called last week to inquire about their fundraising form and process as I needed to provide treats for the Kids Festival Downtown San Jose last Saturday. When I first spoke to an employee, I asked how I could get their assorted donuts and what the price would be. I was told I needed a tax I.D. and to fill and submit the fundraising form. If qualified, I could purchase each ASSORTED dozen for $5 with 25 dozens being the least amount. So I got the tax I.D., the form filled and I submitted it. Once again I asked if it was going to be possible to receive an assortment of donuts and the answer was yes. I insisted on the donut assortment because these were going to be for kids and it would have been great to have many options for them to choose. 2 days before the festival I received a call from them saying we had to pay an extra $1 per dozen if we needed them assorted. I explained how I was told they would be assorted and how time after time I made sure to ask and every time I was told they would be assorted. I presented myself at the store Saturday morning to pick up the donuts and I was told I did not have to pay the extra $25 for the assortment but the donuts only came in 3 different flavors. I was VERY disappointed but left asap because I had to set up early for the festival. Yesterday I received a call from them inquiring that I pay the $25 which I was told in person that I didn't need to pay, so I headed to that store to make sure that debt was covered. Overall I am very displeased with the way Krispy Kreme handled my business with them and I would definitely NEVER go back there. read more

During my recent visit to redeem my birthday reward and loyalty points, I encountered an unhelpful experience with an employee named Olivia Acuavera. Despite having sufficient points for the items I wanted, she was unwilling to assist me in completing my redemption -- including accommodating separate transactions for the same total value. No alternative solutions were offered. As a loyalty program member, I expected a smoother and more welcoming experience, especially on my birthday. The inflexibility felt unnecessary given that I was simply redeeming points I had already earned -- not requesting anything outside of the program's scope. They keep advertising online so I signed up for a new account to get the deal offered. They sent the promocode in email but the store employee refused to honour it. Instead she asked me to use another code in a buggy app which did not work either. I have never seen a business that would not honour the deal offered to sign up. Total lack of ethics. I really love the doughnuts. But Krispy Kreme is a bit of smoke and mirrors. the glazed donuts are made right there while you wait. but the other donuts are shipped in daily so a bit less fresh. you would never know if you didnt ask. its easy to assume they have high quality fresh donuts, but not the truth at all! still really good donuts. read more

I was in the area & googled donuts which led me to Rollo's! I found parking to be difficult on a…read moreSunday morning. There was no street parking, across the street is a nice field area where people had a soccer game & playing tennis so of course limited parking there, but I ended up finding a spot and it was a nice little walk needed for the donut consumption. The inside is super casual, good amount of inside seating. The staff were so so nice, super friendly service, very welcoming and didn't feel rushed when I was looking at all the donut options. The donuts were so incredible!!! Soooo fresh , and light and not too doughy. My favorite was the cake donut with strawberry icing & rainbow sprinkles. I'll def be back here, loved the outside vibe too in the neighborhood, very peaceful sunny morning!
