The new employees in this branch are completely unprofessional and needs proper training. The new employees call customers names behind their backs and has a complete lack of respect of them. And before we go on, let me tell you I am not a huge fan of biscuits. They tend to go tough if mixed too much,they are floury if not mixed enough and then there is the quotient that is up to you. Yelp needs to add another 5 stars for this amazing little chicken shop! My co-workers and I had KKC for lunch today. It was my first time having KKC. The chicken is SOOOO amazing! That crunch just drives you wild and it's seasoned SO perfectly! I'm telling you, the crunch they put into their chicken should be copyrighted. Craving for some fried chicken last night, so I picked up a 16 pc. mixed chicken only after seeing this on YELP. While Popeye's was only about a mile away, I stuck to my choice and glad I did. The chicken skin was not overly battered and the meat was quite juicy with a hint of spice. Not too spicy, just enough heat to keep you eating more! I'm a big fried chicken fan and this does suffice. I would say it's not as good as Popeyes's or Jollibee's but definitely better than KFC. I got a family meal which included 12 mixed pieces and 2 large sides for about $28. I like that you have the option of choosing all dark meat but the white meat is pretty tender too. If you take a bite into a piece of chicken, you'll see some red coloring. It looks like they inject some Cajun-flavored seasoning into the meat, which leaves it flavorful but overly spicy. There is quite a bit more grease in the food so it does make you feel a little gross, but what fried chicken doesn't? As for the sides, the Mac 'n cheese tasted pretty generic and not bad. The mashed potatoes come with gravy on top in the same container so you do sort of run out of gravy once you get to the bottom. It's better than the Mac 'n cheese though! Yum. read more
