    Hot Honey Pepperoni Pesto
    Melissa L.

we watch the crispy pizza family on YouTube so when we plan our trip to New York, we knew we had to come and visit. Today I ordered the trio pizza Square and the pesto hot honey pepperoni square. both slices of pizza or very good. I enjoyed them both and would order both again as well as the garlic nuts. Everything was extremely fresh, soft, seasoned perfectly. My absolute favorite for this visit was the pesto, hot honey pepperoni. It was the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life! I can't even explain how delicious it was, and I keep thinking about it! LOl! There's plenty of variety to choose from from pinwheels, to pepperoni rolls, to many varieties of pizza many types of toppings. Krispy's is a small, clean, pizza joint with maybe about 10 seats for indoor seating and then there's tables outside on the patio. The service was top-notch, you just get in line, place your order, plenty of hands-on board and they place your food in the oven and it's out within a matter of a couple of minutes if even. So Delicious. I WISH we had Krispy's back home.

Good Jersey pizza. Wish I would have taken more time to order, but you seem rushed there. So many awesome choices. Nice outdoor seating to eat. Great for a nice day to eat pizza.

Hanging out on a Friday afternoon so we ordered in some pizza. We had some regular and white with broccoli slices, a penne ala vodka dish, Eggplant Parmesan plate, and garlic knots. We also added a spicy and a grandma slice. The penne ala vodka was amazing. The noodles were cooked perfect and the sauce was amazing. The pizza is thin crust, and despite the different types of slices, the regular slice was my favorite. A shout out to the garlic knots which were terrific. The eggplant was very good, but the sauce and the sauce for the garlic knots to dip, were a bit too sweet for me. The eggplant came with a huge portion of spaghetti. Now I don't know if the sauce in this pasta was the same as the eggplant, but I enjoyed this side pasta very much. This was a very nice meal and I would have no hesitation ordering from them again. I dined with a close relative, Tater, and this is apparently now one of Taters' favorites!

Looks can be really deceiving. If you feel mixy about reviews THIS IS THE REVIEW THAT CONFRIMS this place is a complete SCAM, NO TASTE at all and overall a 0 out of 10. I ordered buffalo pizza, baked ziti and Mac and cheese bites. First off the Mac and cheese is completely store bought. The baked ziti is DEFINITELY not made off "scratch" it has no flavor what's so ever. And the buffalo pizza the chicken had an unpleasant taste. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE 0/10 CUSTORMER SERVIC E IS HORRIBLE TOO.

"Krispy"??? NOOO FLOPPY SOFT GARBAGE TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO

In my opinion- this place is Cheap dollar slice pizza. Poor quality. Made in a low temp oven. Horrible customer service. Cramped small space with bags of garbage everywhere, I should have taken a picture of that. This place is Lousy. Don't waste your time. Their pizza is a fraud. Either they are NOT following the recipe from BK if they even have one, are using inferior ingredients- 1 thing is for sure- they just don't seem to care. They are making generic floppy soft doughy pizza with low end ingredients.

Needed a bite to eat and ended up at Krispy Pizza - I got the spicy vodka pepperoni slice while my partner chose the eggplant parm slice. Spicy vodka pepperoni was good, but needed more roni cups. The eggplant parm slice was a bit underwhelming, wouldn't get it again. Seems like the slices are a bit hit or miss... Would try other slices next time I'm nearby!

Have been seeing Krispy Pizza all over Instagram. Decided to give it a try and am happy that I did. The pinwheel was awesome and something different from a classic pizzeria. The slices were on point and they had so many unique options. The cashier was awesome the transaction was easy and genuine. The place was close to the water in downtown Jersey City. I'm sure it will be doing great in the upcoming years with the new buildings coming up.

This was amazing! Ricotta honey pepperoni, meats ...can't go wrong no matter what. Good price, fast service, small joint, if it wasn't so cold we'd sat outside

Saw a tom of videos on TikTok and I know it wasn't this location but had to try it! First, off their location is amazing since you are right on the water and view of NYC! They have a huge variety of slices which is nice! Got 2 slices of pepperoni, a hot honey pepperoni pinwheel and grill chicken krispie! Pizza is solid with good crunch! The hot honey pepperoni pinwheel was outstanding and the grilled chicken krispie was very good! Overall a very positive experience and it was busy at 6pm which is great to see! Staff is friendly and definitely gonna try some other slices!

Another great Jersey type pizza as expected. Pizza is thin, sauce is just right and cheese just enough. Nothing super special about it honestly but only had the cheese and cheese with jalapeño. The way I see it the cheese pizza is the flagship pizza. Heard some good things about the trio but it's not your typical "NY slice". Only thing I was disappointed on was the jalapeños. They use picked jalapeño and made the pizza overly tangy so I would have rated it a 7 but I have to give it a solid 6.5

The pizza was good. I liked the different toppings that were offered. The chicken Parmesana pizza was good, along with the other pizza slice with broccoli and tomato. I am not really sure what each one is called because there was not a menu to really pick from. We just pointed at the glass of which ones we wanted. We also had to ask what toppings were on each one. It's hard to get an idea of the prices in general because the menu does not specify. Our total came to be $24 (not sure the breakdown). I would skip the garlic knots. They were greasy and not too flavorful. The star of the show was the cheesesteak roll for me. The service was very quick and I could see they had a lot of people working in the back. We came almost at closing, but they still had all options available. Overall pretty please with the pizza's.

Went to Krispy Pizza after all the reviews and videos on Instagram. One thing to point out is that I had read reviews about the OG spot in Brooklyn and the comparison about the other stores not being the same quality as it. I didn't listen too much into it because pizza is pizza. Walking in, there is a good selection to choose from. Different options which makes it hard to choose a few. Might as well get the whole store. Anyways, took a bite out of it and there wasn't anything really special and honestly it was below average. Pizza was soggy, the white pizza had tasted better in many other places I've tried before. Maybe my expectations were too high but I went in with an open mind. My girlfriend had the same opinion as well. One day, I'll go to the Brooklyn one to try it. This spot was just not it.

The server we had, along with the runners we had, were all quite lackluster and seemed to just want to turn the table quickly. For a place with so much buzz and good pizza to back it up, one would think that the servers would be more excited or happier to work there. Foodwise, the pizza is good - they really deliver on the quality of the ingredients. Excited to try a new restaurant, my party of two ordered 3 pies (their pies are slightly larger than personal pies and eats light). The dough to the pizza is top notch. The pizza is thin but has a good chew to it and I appreciated that the roll of the dough is slightly different depending on what toppings they're holding. For example, the burrata (which was more like stracietella and not burrata) was thinner than the funghi that had heavier toppings. The flavor of the pizzas were well balanced. The shaved onions on the Funghi and Santo pie gave the flavors a lot more depth than other mushroom and sausage pies at other pizzerias. The pies itself ate light and were fluffy with a slight chew, which we really liked. I also like that the dough was seasoned and flavorful. The salad was disappointing though. The $18 kale Caesar was not only bland but the kale was rough and tough. It needed some more massaging to tenderize the leaves. While it was dusted with a good amount of parm, you couldn't really taste anything as it lacked salt and acid. The meatballs were ok. They had good flavor and were tender; perhaps a little too tender? The sauce was excellent but the meatball itself was missing just a little texture. All in all, Razza is a solid 3.5 - I prefer better service from restaurants that charge $25+ for personal size pizzas. Should I be in the neighborhood, we may give it another go, but there are certainly places with the same or better quality of pizza and better service through the other side of the tunnel.

I think the quailfy looked good and I usually love detroit style pizza but everything was salty. Also, not sure what's going on with their soda machine but I wanted Sprite and they tried twice and it was definitely not Sprite. It tasted just like sparkling water. It's super dark in this place - that's part of their vibe. They have some black light and neon lights but overall very dark.
