We sat ourselves per the signs directions. Our server had pep, personality & a quick sense of humor... I did not catch her name. Food coming out was a bit slow. Have patience. I was served quite possibly the fluffiest, lightest, tastiest FRESH & HOT vegetarian omelet ( no peppers sub onions ) a perfectly cooked hardy omelet. The cheese was a "3 cheese blend". The edges of this omelet were perfectly "crisped " cheeses. I highly recommend stoping by for an enjoyable omelet experience. Also, while this omelet was slow in delivery, the care, pride & love taken to create this were more then apparent, when this eye popping omelet was STILL steaming hot 10 minutes into dining in it. This way I could tell if the first time was a fluke or that's how they actually make it and it was just as good. Other places you order this and it comes out a little soggy or even cold in the middle, but Charlie's place does it perfectly. It does have gravy on it which isn't too spicy, which I consider a good thing because I can always add more spice but you can't really take it away if it's already there. Prices aren't too bad at least in comparison to other places. The place itself is pretty clean looking and there's plenty of parking lot to go around.
