Came here after happy hour was over, so I can't comment on it unfortunately. We got a pitcher of alagash white - $28. A bucket of 5 budlight bottles, $20. Not too shabby. They have three beer pong tables here which is pretty sweet and fun along with darts. The music is so so. One of my favorite bars in ktown that many of my diverse groups of friends enjoy going to. The bar has a casual vibe with awesome Happy Hour BOGO specials and Jameson shots for $6. Plus really good pitcher options for beer. How can you go wrong? Plus they also offer beer pong and darts if you're feeling an interactive night and a way to meet new people. Also I appreciate how this bar has either sit down table service option or the standard hang out at the bar option. The staff is attentive and very friendly! I hosted a star war theme birthday party at krush, and we all had a fabulous time. The event organizer Ann was very helpful and approachable setting everything up including my special drinks. Bantha milk and darth maultini. They both came out really good! The space was great with a large group close to 30. We were there early at 6, so it was very specious. The music is lively playing the top 40. And the guests were able to play beer pong while they are waiting for their food and after they finished their food. Our waitress Ashley was great! She was informative and attentive. She even made a cute sign for the special drinks I requested for the party. The highlight of the party was when the bartender played star war theme song during cake cutting. It was a great touch to the party, really lift the party spirit up. Probably would have never found this place ever if it wasn't for my buddy. I also have never been to a bar full of Asians, even I feel out of place even though I'm Asian myself. Pretty cool spot to hang out. Looks to be more aimed toward college students as the main attraction are the beer pong tables setup and dart boards while watching some hoops on TV. The only thing that made my experience bad was that I left smelling like an alcoholic because someone spilled beer all over my jacket, thanks douchebag. It's a friendly crowd and you get to mingle around. They also have darts if you prefer. Besides of the awesome rustic design of the bar. What I like most is their wings! My sister had her go away party here and she told me how this is one of her go-to spots to chill and grab a drink. So I had my birthday here on a Tuesday! It wasn't packed at all which I was super happy about because I had around 45 people there. They have 2 happy hours I think? But I was there for the 8-11pm happy hour which was like $6 Jameson shots and I forgot what else! Basically the good stuff are the 3 Beer Pong tables, 2 dart boards, good vibe and atmosphere, and pretty good hip hop music playing throughout the night. The downside though is that a pitcher of beer was $23...which I think is a tad pricey, but everything else was like standard city prices. Another downside which isn't there fault was when I came again on a Friday it's super crowded and everyone just won't leave the BP table so that sucks! But that's how it is when a place is poppin! 4 words: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE. My friends and I had the worst experience here when we got there on Saturday around 10pm. The bouncer that night was so rude. He checked all our IDs and only let me in. They told my friends to give him different identifications. My friends showed him 3 different ids like student id, credit cards and state ids. He told them none of the pics looked like them when they clearly did. He told them their ids are fake, and we clearly told him to scan them and he didn't. That says something: HE WANTED US TO BRIBE HIM TO GET IN. Unless this place fire him and stop being rude to their customers, this place will remain trashy. They completely disrespected me, my friends, and the people who were actually buying drinks. The owner appears to care more about providing free drinks to friends than providing a good experience for valued customers. They wouldn't even let us use the restroom. Would not recommend. This is a crowd favorite amongst co-workers due to its proximity to the office and because of their beer bong tables.  However if I had a choice, I would probably go any other bar along K-Town.  But before I get into that...the GOOD:  Like I mentioned it's a nice place for beer pong.  Since we usually arrive early, we have never had an issue with getting a table.  We can get in a good 4-5 games before we either lose interest or it starts to get too crowded.  Their drink selection is pretty good (carrying Japanese whisky is always a plus for me), and their food menu is decent. The BAD: The reason why I didn't rate them higher is because of their customer service.  One person commented that the bartenders were a pretty disengaged -- that's to say the least! They were so disengaged that they incorrectly charged me for drinks/food that my co-worker ordered.  When I brought this to their attention to fix, they told me, "It's too late, she already swiped it.  Just ask your friend to give you the money." WTF?! When I reiterated that the charges were incorrect, they merely shrugged and walked away from me.  I refused to sign my receipt. So it was a surprise when I looked at my bank statement a few days later and saw that they charged me anyway...and generously added their tip to my already incorrect bill that I did not authorize. The only thing I come for is their Beer Pong. All my friends always have a blast at the end when you play beer pong. It would be 2-2.5 stars if not for the beer pong. Unfortunately you have to get a pitcher of beer ($28) when you ask the bouncer to put you on the beer pong list. The wings and beer was okay, Manhattan prices. Nothing really blow you away here with the food. Look like many of the Korean waitresses are back in college from what the bouncers told me. We found a table but ended up walking up to the bar to order food & drinks. Probably not a good place to impress your 1st date. A guys/friends hang out is all "college" level fun. This place is a nice casual spot to chill with friends, but damn the way they run their business is AWFUL. So they have these bar menus posted everywhere with their "Happy Hour Specials" from 8-11pm, but apparently they are not up to date??? So while the menus said $7 patron shots, we were charged $12 for each and didn't even notice til the next day. (Which I'm sure has happened to a lot of people b/c who is actually checking their receipts when they're drunk?) Ok no big deal, I just wanted a refund of the difference. I go back the next day and the waitress Amy is actually SO NASTY, has so much attitude, and when she processed the refund, she basically threw the receipt at me and said "are we done now?" It's this little hidden secret gem of a beer pong spot! Such a great time!! It's on the 4 th floor and when you walk inside It almost looks like you're in the wrong place. Just take the elevator up and you'll see a bar with beer pong tables right next to It. They also have a dart board, you pay 10$ to play which I think is excessive lol The drinks range from 10-15$ On the weekends it's very crowded, so they have someone looking over the beer pong to rotate players. A pretty fun place with 4 tables of beer pong. The employee who was running it (I think his name was Ben) deserves 5 stars for being so pleasant. He managed the tables well and gave everyone a fair turn at playing. Music was really good (mostly throwback hip hop music). Most of the crowd was young, but there were a fair amount of 30 year olds. The beer was somewhat pricy... came out to $25 for a pitcher of bud light. Not really sure what happened with management but it seems that they don't care about customer service anymore. Ever since Grace left, they only seem to care about money and less about the consumer. First off, you now have a beer pong nazi who watches every table and every move you make. They won't let you handle your own table with people calling next. Definitely kills the flow of the games and nobody wanted to play anymore having to deal with him. They require you to buy a pitcher every single time. Not that we don't do that already, but now you have him breathing down your neck. Dude , relax! When asking for a pitcher of water so we can pour it into the cups , the bar refused to give us a pitcher. They filled the cups up and made us walk back and forth.. and then later in the night they refused to fill the cups in general. We had to go fill them using the bathroom sink ourselves. Also! Those cups on the side for beer pong. Most of those are used! They rewash them, so gross! So not only are you charging us 25 dollars a pitcher, forcing us to buy one for each round of beer pong, won't make it easy on us to fill the cups with water, but you give us dirty used cups. Absolutely disappointed with Krush. They took steps backwards as a business and everything I loved about this place is non existent now. Don't know why I have expectations at all whenever I go here now. I just moved to New York but come here every time I visit, so this was like the 8th time I've been here. Bartenders are nice, friendly, and attentive. Bouncer outside is pleasant enough. I get into the bar and immediately sense the incoming fiesta. More guys than girls, beer pong tables are "run" by a guy sitting on the side watching over everything, rules are you have to wait in line to play and when you play, you have to buy a pitcher. Seemed like the groups were all guy/girl pairings that were trying to have fun with each other, or guy/guy pairings that spend too much time playing beer pong. On the plus side, it's water pong which is slightly more hygenic, right? Oh, they have Bud Light Orange, which I've wanted to try for a while. Robert B. posted four days ago that he had been racial profiled lol which is far from the truth. I work at KRUSH and this is 100% my thoughts and this is a very diverse bar with the majority of the customers being ethnic minorities and majority of the staff as well. Security is mostly African- American or Latino with zero tolerance for profiling anyone. Who we do profile are young under age people who take us for fools when we clearly know they are using either fake IDs or their friends!! We proof and ask for second proofs if we have doubt!! All customers will tell you that regardless of race. As a Native- American/African America I take it personal when I am trying to be played!! We respect all and expect the same. Man...where do I even begin with this "bar"...I've been rather obsessed with bar trivia as of late and really enjoy the system that Buzztrivia (look it up!) has going on. I looked up some nearby locations on their trivia website and Krush came up as being a partner so I made plans with some friends to come here the next day to enjoy a few beers, some Korean noms and play Buzztrivia. This place is a bit tough to find. It's nestled amongst several karaoke places and located on the 4th floor of a building that in no way looks like would house a bar worth going to...I ignored the vibe I got and proceeded to go. We were there 10 minutes before opening to Ingrid S. and I grabbed a snack downstairs and then went back when Anna F and her boyfriend met us. Upon entering the bar it, I kind of liked it. It's like a college rec room and has a surprisingly warm feel...no thanks to the bartender though. He wasn't mean, but he wasn't very warm either. This is fine, I wasn't here to become friendsies with the bartender, I was here to spend money and play Buzztrivia...unfortunately when I asked about it, the bartender was very nonchalant in saying they don't have it anymore. Awesome. It was the only reason I was there - still we tried to find redeeming qualities to stay there. Activities that Krush does have include 2 beer pong tables which can be used for beer pong or flip cup, a dart board, TVs set on sports games...yep, those things. They were there and they screamed college sports bar. The cocktails were 2 for the price of 1 and 1 was about $9. Not awful, but my house vodka & sodas were unimpressive and I required some grenadine to help with the flavor. Still both of my drinks were reminiscent of the Shirley Temples I liked to order at Dallas BBQs when I was like 10. Sigh. We were given a basket of warm, complimentary chips with a sweet, chill dipping sauce that was strangely addictive. This was nice. I love sauces. One of the basket's (we had 2 for a group of 4) had a hair in it that didn't belong to any of us. They kindly replaced the hairy basket, but by then we were over this place. No impressive beers, overpriced things for what they are and we were the only people there. The music was good. 90s throwback never hurt no one. I went to Krush on a Friday night and it was pretty crowded (normal for a bar in ktown). I would describe Krush as having two sections - the right side of the bar as one and the left side as the other. The right side is the livelier side with tables of beer pong and darts. It is kinda fratty and extremely crowded in this section. And on the left side, there are tables setup where you can sit and drink with friends without having to shout. Luckily, my friends already had a table. Drinks are reasonably priced during happy hour with buy one get one specials. There is also $10 apple soju, which tastes like apple juice - very easy to drink. FYI - fries are very crispy. Unfortunately though, the bathroom is on the right side and I had to fight my way through the crowd to get there. It'll be a fun night no matter what side you choose. read more

Krush is considered one of the K-town's best-kept secrets for a reason because, well, it's hidden. Why my friends love this place more than any other dive bar with beer pong and sports bar in the city, I probably will never understand. Some friends wanted to come here for happy hour and I initially refused because I was on a strict alcohol break, but I was opened to bar food. While all my friends ordered (lots) drinks, the waitress gave me a really strange vibe throughout my entire time there--almost like punishing me for not ordering drinks? I asked for a glass of water and her face had a 180 when I followed by asking for a beer (for a friend). Girl, you need to learn that not everyone will drink alcohol when they go to a bar. They didn't even have cranberry juice... Other than the "polite-pushy service," we ordered a lot of wings and the Kimchi Fries. The Kimchi Fries were burning HOT. If you love kimchi and really hot sauce, you will love this; one fry from the top of the dish had me running to get water because I can't tolerate spicy. We had the Sweet Chili Wings, Soy Garlic, and Peanut Chili Wings--all were crispy and delicious, but my favorite was the Peanut Chili--wasn't too spicy, but very flavorful. Doesn't have the best happy hour deals, but it's one of the only dive bars in K-town I can think of at the top of my head. 3.5 stars... This is the most hidden bar I've ever been to, unfortunately it's far from a secret as the place was pretty busy when I came on a Thursday night. If it wasn't for a small canvas sign tied to some scaffolding outside you would have no idea there was a bar up on the fourth floor of this K-town office building. There was no indication of the bar on the building's directory, on the windows, or elsewhere. My girlfriend and I decided to skip the elevator and take the narrow lopsided stairs up to the fourth floor. It certainly didn't feel we were heading to a bar until we heard the noise. Despite the central location in K-town, this is not a Korean bar nor is it a modern/hip place. It seems like any basic dive bar you'd find in Brooklyn. They do have a very interesting American-Korean fusion menu but we didn't try anything this time around. A third of the place is a waitress service area, another third is the bar, and the last third is an open space with a coulple of dart boards and when we came there were a few tables set up for beer pong. The dart boards are in horrific shape and they have the worst darts to use for it so consider yourself warned. Prices here are higher than I expected with a Bud Light fetching $6 and everything going up from there. That being said they do have a number of specials so if you time it right you can get a better deal (Just to name two, Bud drafts are $4 Monday through Wednesday nights, A Bud can and shot of whiskey is $7 on Thursdays). Seeing how my girlfriend and I work in the area I wouldn't be surprised if we came back to try something off their menu and take advantage of one of their specials. read more

The only reason I keep coming back to this place is being they have beer pong, darts, and relatively inexpensive drinks (AKA the group can't agree on any other place to go). Unfortunately, the bar is not only grimy and very, very dark and crowded, but the employees and bouncers are soooo rude. The bouncer that mans the beer pong table is particularly picky and you basically have to talk him up in order to even consider getting a spot on the beer pong list. Also - people legit CHEAT in pong here by bringing their own ping pong balls - why would people do that??? There is NO PRIZE for winning. Also, I think recently they replaced the pong cups with aluminum cups so it's pretty hard to keep the ball from bouncing out of the cups. Again - the only pros are that they have pong/darts and that they play the song "Get the F out" when the bar closes at 2am (pretty funny). read more
