Dined in at 10:30 at night, and there was 2 other customers, one of which was eating. We ordered and it took a good 15 minutes to get all of our food. It's a peeve of mine when part of my order is missing. I found that the burgers were lukewarm and the chili cheese fries that came 10 minutes later, was also lukewarm. Cheese was not melted. Not only that but being that there was only 3 customers in this huge establishment, it was noisy as a hen house. The lady behind the counter was very obnoxious and loud. Not a place to eat in peace. Not only that, she came from behind the counter and filled her cup with ice and soda. Very unprofessional. I'm gonna do drive thru, next time and request my food be hot. Was visiting Alpharetta for a few days and wanted to stop by Krystal's since there aren't any located where I live. Ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up my order. Employee was very rude and stated that her computer was down so she couldn't see the online orders. I pulled to the window to further explain that I had the order on my phone and could show her where it had been taken out of my bank account. She had on a black shirt so I assume she was the manager on duty. She was very dismissive at the window and I didn't want to hold up the people behind me in the drive through so I went inside to see if I could at least get a refund. The only other employee working there told me that the manager's name was Anne (which was also the lady that I spoke with at the window). He told Anne that I was wanting to speak with her, she made a rude comment under her breath and made me wait 2-3 minutes before she came over to speak with me. I noticed that my order had been printed out and was laying on the counter yet she continuously stated that her computer wasn't working. Horrible management! Will not be returning and I have contacted corporate to try to get a refund. read more

Went by at midnight. Food was good, Service was a touch slow. Haven't used that credit card in a month. I get a text that someone is trying to put fraudulent charges at Lennox mall today. Also, someone has gone to Lennox mall and paid for a couple of food things as well as five guys. I doubt I will be back. Keep your thieves if you like. read more

I waited no less than 10 min before they took our orders at the counter. I waited another several min for my two tiny sandwiches and ANOTHER 3 min for my ice water. Literally one of the worst fast food establishments I have ever been to. This place takes SO long in the drive thru no matter when you go. The people that work there are incredibly rude. This is FAST food, shouldn't take 10+ minutes to get my order in the drive thru. Only came here because it was on my way but I'd rather eat my own shit than have to deal with the people that work here and the slowness of this place. I'll advise you to continue down holcomb bridge & there's a McDonald's and many other better choices nearby. These people are clearly miserable here and it shows but their lack of work ethic and their terrible customer service. My dog could do a better job that the workers here. Whoever runs this place needs to hand in their spatula because they are God awful at their job as well. Started in drive thru at 2:15pm.2:20PM before anyone spoke and then sounded like I was imposing on them. Ordered Crowd Pleaser. 2:50pm order delivered. I commented that at least they will be fresh. Wrong! Buns were dry and felt like day old bread. Burgers were not that hot and had different levels of fillings. Some with out pickles, All with a small smattering of mustard. Some with almost invisible onions. I usually will eat 5 or more immediatly. I could only stand two then started looking inside. I have been enjoying these things for over 25 years and this is not the Krystals I'm use to. Summary: Service Extremely slow. People couldn't care less about me. I visited the location through the drive-thru and while ordering, was immediately cut off while speaking. On the intercom, there were two voices of females who aggressively spoke at the same time and pretty much interrupted me when I was requesting clarity on an item on the menu. When I got to the window, there were two young female employees at the window who were extremely rude. I asked to speak with the manager, who claimed her name was "Shell" and explained to her that the level of customer service I received was extremely unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I did let her know that I would be contacting corporate and will also be sharing my experience at this location through other review sites. I did not even end up getting the food that I was craving because if they could be that nasty, I would not trust them with my food. When I requested the names of the younger employees, "Shell" says, "Ask them they names". When I stated that she is the manager and I am requesting information from her, she said to the employees, "Tell them yo names". One of the employees who had on a hat said "I'm not tellin' them my name. They not my momma or my daddy." Overall, this has been the absolute worst experience I have had at any Krystal. I always have trouble writing reviews for chains. This Krystal came with so many glowing reviews I had to go. I've had WhiteCastle before, and this ain't it. The burgers were soggy, cheese had run off into the box holders and general taste was like eating a pre-packaged slider from a truck stop that had been sitting on the shelf too long then microwaved. Yuck! However, this review is not about the food per se as you either like the Krystal or you don't. The place is run down and in bad need of a spruce up. The location is not easy to get in and out of and if they were busy during the lunch rush the parking lot would be a nightmare. The tea was good but, their unsweet tea was in a 1 gallon container, the kind you might have used as a kid to make Kool-Aid then when it got old used to play in the creek with however, this one looks like it had been used for far too many years past it's shelf life, not to mention it leaked down the side as you poured.
