This is our local Italian restaurant. This is a regular place we visit. All I can say the sauce here is awesome. Everything is homemade and fresh. We regularly get either a variety of hot sandwiches, pizza or the Lasagna. The dinners also come with a side salad. My son always gets the chicken parmigiana sandwich, always a great choose. The garlic bread is actually a bun but is still really good. If you want a different flavor of Lasagna, try it you won't be disappointed. read more

Meh. This place has ok pizza the crust and sauce is very bland. We have to always add salt to their food. Overpriced for the quality. I am not sure what kind of crust recipe they use but it doesn't crisp up nicely or brown. The fact they don't have online purchasing on their website is a bit of an inconvenience having to call to talk to someone that doesn't know the menu or the delivery area. Delivery is relatively fast and free. It's an ok pizza place if you are tired of the high service charges and high delivery fees from delivery services or national brands but at the end of the day you get less food at a higher cost due to this restaurants high prices. read more

This is the third time that I visit this place. Besides the food, no matter if is the pizza, lasagna or my favorite baked Ziti, I am a fan of the service. This place has a great group of highly committed and effective servers. They are quick with the food and come often to ask you if you need something else. The service was excellent! It may have been because we were the only table for awhile...it did start to fill up, though. My family got a pizza. They loved it! My garden salad was delicious, especially the creamy Italian dressing. Usually not a big fan, but this one was pretty good! Now, as far as my eggplant parmigiana... 1. The sauce was straight from a can. 2. The sauce was so bland. 3. There were no seasonings, at all! 4. The eggplant was sliced so thinly, I had trouble finding it, under all of the sauce. 5. My French bread was so hard, I left over half of it there. Needless to say, I wasn't a huge fan of my meal. As always, I had to checkout the cleanliness of the restroom. It was very tidy. This place has been here almost 15 years. This is the kinda neighborhood type of pizza place that is just that. Its better than most but not the best. Its comfortable in its surroundings and evokes memories of pizza places growing up. Don't expect artisan style food or Little Caesars pricing, which reviewers complain about. Its mostly Roma products, which 90% of the mom and pop use. Some of the bread and dinners are handmade, but most of the products are frozen(shells, cannoli, and frozen breaded products) There is nothing really wrong with this place. The place is comfortable, family friendly, somewhat clean, and the food can be good when done right. They try some days and miss others. When you don't want to go very far, have at least $25 in your pocket, and want table service then KT will do just fine, not great, but fine. read more

I've been to KT's several times over the last couple of years and I have no complaints at all. The pizza is really good and does not taste like a chain pizza. Their menu has many kinds of pizza, pastas, stromboli, calzones, subs and salads. It would be hard to not find something to eat. The restaurant has been clean every time I come in and the staff have always been helpful. I had their $5 lunch special that includes 2 slices and a drink. Toppings cost 49¢ each so you can easily get in to the $7-8 range after you build your slices. It took less than 5 minutes to get my food as I watched ESPN one 1 of the 4 TVs that are oddly placed in the corners of the dining room. read more

I couldn't even give them 1 star. I placed a delivery order for a meat lovers pizza and a chicken Marsala. The pizza barely had any meat on it and my husband was very disappointed. The chicken Marsala was even worse. The chicken was the frozen pre-packaged and portioned kind and the sauce tasted watery from the mushrooms. The portion of chicken was so small (3 oz to be exact, they thought this was acceptable) It was terrible!! The kicker was when I called to let them know we were not happy with our order, they didn't even try to fix the problem or even apologize for it. It was the poorest display of customer service and its disappointing knowing they don't even take enough pride in their food to make it right. I will not be ordering from there again. read more

Place was packed on Valentine's Day but our waitress made sure we were tended to the entire time. Beer was cold and the pizza was delicious.

The food is good, but service is really hit or miss. Their biggest issue is that they post hours & then just decide to close whenever the heck the want so 100% call and see if they're open before you go. So aggravated and disappointed with the service (owner) at KT Pizza, my family spends quite a bit of money in that place and the past 3 times I have ordered (same exact thing I order every single time I order) tortellini with alfredo sauce with grilled chicken which comes with a loaf of bread and a salad. The alfredo sauce is a 2.50 up charge and the chicken is 3.50 up-charge for 3oz of chicken. The last 3 times I have ordered this they have not put the chicken on it, the portion size when we dine in is enough to feed both myself and my husband with my kids picking at it as well but when we get it through delivery it barely feeds 1 person. Besides the chicken not being on the meal when it was delivered the food was spilled out of the container and into the brown bag. I called to let them know that the chicken was missing, the food was spilled and the portion wasn't what I paid for or what we receive when we eat in. The girl on the phone was so rude and told me that the food is prepackaged and basically called me a lier about there being no chicken on the plate. I was pissed and said ok, you don't have to worry about my family going back to spend our money at that establishment again. Well my husband wanted tortellinis tonight and said that maybe if I went in to pick up the portion may be the way it's supposed to be. So I go in and order our food pay 25.00 and some change because I asked for a drink which was 2.30 for a 12oz fountain drink. While I was there I asked the owner if I could let him know that the last few times I'd ordered from there that the food was not correct and obviously pointed out the portion size and chicken missing and that the food was dumped out of the container into the bag. He proceeded to show me that the tortellini are bagged and grabbed out of the freezer to be cooked. They personally bag them in baggies so they aren't bought prepackaged they bag them once they get their delivery. I get home and once again the chicken is not in my plate!!!! I took the whole meal including salad and bread back to show them because I didn't want them thinking I removed anything from the way it was given to me and figured he would cook the chicken and put it on the plate of tortellini. I'd already sat there for 30 mins waiting for the meal to be cooked. He didn't even open the bag and look at it!! He took my entire bag of food and threw it in the garbage and acted like a complete asshole to the staff and told them to "just remake it all"!!!! I was so mad!!!! Who does that! The chicken is precooked so all he would have had to do is warm it up and put on our plate of food! I said ya know what, just give me my money back I'll go somewhere else!! Instead of pulling my receipt back up or outta the garbage where he had thrown it, he snatched 25.00 outta the register and threw it at the counter!!!! I wanted to come across that counter so bad!!!! I will never eat at KT Pizza again as much as we like the food there, when your an asshole that'll also help you loose business!! I wish KT had a FB so I could tag them and so they could read exactly how rude and ignorant they were! If I pay for something, I expect to get what I pay for! Not attitude because you screwed up not once, twice but 3 times!!! Such a disappointment. I've never had such poor service or lack of consideration as a paying customer at any establishment around here! He was so arrogant and rude! I never asked for a discount, anything for free or anything except for the chicken to be added to my plate!!! read more

Very disappointed in not only the quality of the pizza but the level of concern for customer satisfaction by management. I was there yesterday and received a pizza that was not only cold, but the cheese was not shredded and the vegetables weren't cooked. The waitress was very courteous and went back to management expressing my concerns. I heard the manager tell her, 'I don't care.' I left the pizza on the table untouched and called to speak with him. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the product that I received and he proceeded to tell me that my opinion didn't matter. As someone who has worked in the food industry for several years, I am extremely disgusted with the service and quality product that I received.
