I go to the area to visit my in laws on a weekly basis, and every other boba place disappoints me, but not Tastea. Parking is very tight and can be difficult at times. There's only one way into this section that's connected from the other plaza. Since Tastea is located near a taco restaurant, many patrons aren't leaving their spots yet. It's hard to do a quick pickup for boba on the weekends. Since I'm an avid Tastea customer from the OC area, I already had a loyalty account. By always ordering online ahead of time, it makes it easier to get food and drinks. My usual drinks are the Bootea Shaker, Peach Me Sweetea, the great white, or their lychee peachee. In fact, all of their fruity drinks are fantastic. If you're looking for a delicious, creamy milk tea, you can't go wrong with their Golden Milk tea. My fiancé and I always get a 32oz. since we share and it's enough for two people! We usually also order their popcorn chicken and their fries with weak sauce (aka sweet and sour) and have BBQ seasoning added. Their boba is always consistently sweet and chewy. Hardly different sizes, it ensures you know what to expect in your drink. Their popcorn chicken is always mouth watering along with their fries; it's whatever is in their tastea seasoning that has us hooked. On this trip, we ordered their pizza rolls... hard pass. It's eggroll exterior with the pizza filling that has me uncomfortable. We tried it and wasn't a fan. We also tried their peach oolong for the first time, which was also okay.
