This place is a must try if you like Japanese fast food and really chil seating because they have special private seating separate from the main dining area. Okonomiyaki is my favorite dish that I got hooked on when I traveled with number 1 son to Japan, the way they served it was a little different than some of the other varietys that I have sampled and was pretty tasty. We ordered some Bao Buns which we all liked. The two others in my party ordered two different styles of ramen and both felt that both broths could have used more depth to bring out more umami. As someone who lived in Japan, it was really nice to have an experience that imitated the Japanese ramen shop vibe. The waiters are quick and if you sit in a booth you have a call button if you need anything. I loved the booths especially because it was very similar to how ramen shops were in Tokyo. I haven't had okonomiyaki in such a long time and there was hot and crispy. Not the same size as the Japanese ones but still tasty. The ramen was delicious, but if you're sensitive to spicy I would double check with the waiters, because I wasn't expecting mine to be particularly spicy. This dish is a unique Japanese dish where an omelet is cut over rice, which then falls over as it is cut over rice. It can come with 2 sauces. Although unique, the tastes were underwhelming. Call ahead to reserve a private table (more of a booth for your party) and enjoy! My highlight was the Black Garlic Tonkotsu broth in the Black & White Couple bowl! It's not often that I suffer from order envy, but what I ordered came in a close 2nd place to my company's selection. That's not to say my food was bad; the Sapporo Miso broth is a winner too! And I enjoy the "split bowl" concept of the Spicy Couple bowl. It's a great way to enjoy two flavors if one is feeling indecisive. Bravo! Con: No complaints here!
