Not a big fan of Kimchi in burgers so I never wanted to come here but I came one day since my bf wanted to try the place out. I ended up getting the mushroom swiss burger and some fries. The mushrooms were sooo good and there was a lot of mushrooms too. The fries were pretty good too suprisingly because they didnt seem like much. My bf got the original popular kimchi burger and he thought it was good too. I came bc I read they have gluten free bread. They do but it is dry and it taste a bit stale. On top of that the staff wasn't too helpful in helping me identify what to get and instead quickly suggested salad. I wouldn't recommend their gluten free bun and think their service is lacking. Aside from that their regular bread is good and is what their known for and if you get the burger with all their fixings and sauce than that is also good too. However when you take away the fixing and stick to lettuce and onion only you will see that the lettuce isn't fresh and we are talking about 1 raw onion ring. I hate having to downgrade a restaurant as much as the next Yelper but certain things need to be said: 1) The burgers are still good...but... 2) There is either NO HEAT here or someone is trying to save money by not turning it on. Seriously, it was like 50 degrees inside. Unless you enjoy sitting down and eating with your winter coat on, order it TO-GO. 3) The beloved Asst Manager Perry is gone without a trace. Replaced by someone not very memorable. 4) I remembered (and writing about) the bacon being crispy but it was fatty and soggy. I could've taken it back but then again in the bitter cold, I also could have died from exposure to the elements on my way back to the counter. You saw INTO THE WILD, right? 5) The Bulgari bowl was subpar. Way too salty. 6) The kids burger was not of the same quality as the adult burger. It had hard pieces of gristle and my daughter was unable to eat it (though my dog was happy to hear this news). I went there this evening I don't swim. It's been a while since I was there. I went with the Friday special which was really really good. The fries were a tiny tiny bit over cooks at least they were cooked more than I like them. But they were fine, the hamburger was great. The guy who worked at the counter, had absolutely zero personality. About two minutes after ordering my hamburger I requested no ketchup (as I didn't see that there was going to "be" ketchup on it). The guy with the Boinky hair and the blank stare and the nose smile looked at me like I was nuts and said he thought it was too late. He stuck his head through to the back and then said yes it's too late they've already put the dressing on your bun. I was like wow, can you not give me a new bun or scrape it off? During the pandemic, you can still pick up delicious food. So we decided why not try LA burger for the first time. The k-town fries was very good, but a little salty. Maybe it's my taste bud but it was still good. The burger was very juicy and big. It was perfect seasoning. Now let me talk about the spicy pork tacos........ one bite of it made me feel like I was off this planet because it was just so freaken juicy. The flavor fit so well together. It was like heaven in a tortilla. Would recommend you try the taco for sure. I love it when different places put a twist into their food and the taco made me feel so happy in the tummy and heart. Tacos didn't last the ride home because it went into my belly faster than I got out the parking lot. I got the pork rice bowl. It comes with an egg but I wanted extra. Specifically Asked for cooked easy, runnier the better. Egg wasn't runny.... it was more like over medium. I've had the same bowl with same modifications at the Carrollton location and seems to have gotten extra kimchi & avocado there (you can tell it's more red; more consist of kimchi if I ask for it/pay for it) anywho, I was more concerned about my egg. Also, my bf went to pick it up bc it was a pickup order done on the phone. The employee seemed to be irritated on the phone. Just to certify that she's irritated, my bf told me when he went to pick up the food he felt rushed.. I guess it was shift change and she was ready to go. His words "she must've been getting off or something, she was rushing & actually left before he did" It was a pickup order so that tells us how fast she was trying to get out. Bc of the egg and lack of extra things I've asked for (that I was knowledgeable about additional cost which I'm fine with) I'll say 3 stars. But service was definitely out of LA burgers standards. I tried the curly, the regular, and the sweet potato fries and none of them Were really that great-- the burger was really unique though and flavorful! I got their signature burger and added the egg and cheese. It was messy but worth it!! The kids meal was decent for the price- got the little corn dogs- nothing super great. Always on the search for a good, REAL burger (cannot do the fast food burgers) I decided to visit the LA Burger on my lunch break to see what the hype was about. Walking in to the restaurant I didn't realize it was such a casual spot, but it was clean, spacious, and there was a bar area to one side. Looked out the back door and seems like they have a decent-sized patio area back there with picnic-style benches, but it didn't seem too cleaned up, like maybe it was not in use over the winter. The staff was very friendly, and since it was our first time in, the gentleman who helped us offered suggestions from the menu. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. The two young men out on the floor were very pleasant and also very good about walking out to the tables to see if they could get you anything else. So I tried the West Coast burger - sauteed onions, jalapenos, Cheese, and their special sauce, all on a juicy burger patty. Our food came out pretty quickly, and it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned burger, on a perfectly soft Hawaiian roll-type bread - just a tinge of sweet to the bread. We tried just the regular curly fries - seasoned fries hot and crisp! Delish! I can't go past a Strawberry Milkshake so I had to try their Strawberry Short Shake. Made with Vanilla Ice Cream, fresh Strawberries, and Graham Crackers crumbled and mixed in! You could definitely taste the graham crackers and the shake was just a little more tart than I would have preferred. I was not a fan of the shake, but there is one place that has stolen my heart when it comes to Strawberry Shakes, so I'm a tough critic of everyone else's. Overall, I loved the atmosphere, the staff, the food, and the fact that I could get in for lunch and be done in about 30 - 40 minutes! This is a much happier and better location than the Valley Ranch one. It's hip with a decently sized bar and lots of seating options. I went for lunch and was happy there wasn't a wait to order and the food came out within five minutes. They have daily specials which are a wonderful deal with most of them being a burger, fries and a drink. And even if you don't do that, there's a check in offer for a free drink with purchase! Anytime I've gone to LA Burger, I go with my old faithful, the K-Town Burger. Now if I splurge extra on bacon and an egg depends on if I have tight pants on and meetings the rest of the day because I don't want to be in a food coma. String fries? Delicious and fresh. I went on Saturday, April 17 for the first time. The friend I went with told me that this place was amazing and that customer service is always good. Unfortunately, when we went this time around, the customer service was probably the worst customer service I've received from anyone in a while. We went at around 4:40 PM if the manager wants to check which employees were working, but it was two girls. Both of them were extremely rude and looked like they didn't wanna take our order, and when we finished ordering, they just went straight to their phones and popped their earphones in. We couldn't understand what they were saying because they were mumbling and we asked them what and they responded very rudely with a tone. The food was pretty good but the customer service alone would make me never want to come back to this place again, and I'm sure my friend who was a regular customer would never come back to this location again and would just go to a different location read more

It won't disappoint - their buns are heavenly. The burger include kimchi, lettuce, tomato, patty, jalapenos, mayo and sriracha. I asked for my burger without jalapenos, and to make my egg NOT runny (otherwise it drips from your hands and makes things messy)! Make sure to try their K-town style fries - they hella LOAD the fries up. Their portions are generous so you will definitely fill up! Why did I deduct 1 star? Gone here for threeish years, probably never coming back. I have been an absolute fan of this Korean American fusion ever since the first location opened. Everything at this place used to be nearly perfect, but the service of this spot and consistency for my go-to Coreano Burger has drastically gotten worse. The Coreano Burger is my favorite burger throughout all LA Burger chains, but the actual bulgogi meat gets saltier and saltier every time I come to this specific location. Also, some days I have half a pound of kimchi in my burger, some days I'm lucky if my burger has any. As of service, it has always been outstanding, but there was one occasion that completely threw out my appetite. Remember how I said some days there isn't any kimchi on my burger? One day, I asked the worker if she could double check with the cook for kimchi on the burger, she tried to be funny or whatever and replied,"Gosh, Asians reaaaally take their kimchi seriously, haha", first of all, what the actual fu. Second of all, I really do get you were just trying to add humor to your customer service, but you're not Asian, I'm clearly Asian, why was that comment necessary? I don't know. Place is located in a shopping center, a bit hidden but well advertised. It has plenty of parking space and the area is easy to get in and out of. They have an extensive selection of burgers, as well as a couple of hot dogs (which sounded good) and salads too. I started off with the plain cheeseburger served on a potato bun. I thought the bread was good and held up well. However, I thought the patty was way too thin and lacked flavor. It was a bit over cooked too. My son had what appeared to be a breakfast/ bacon and egg on it served on Texas toast. He loved his. Husband was encouraged to try their best seller, forgot the name. (It contains kimchi in it.) With it's interesting toppings and 3 inch height buns, he was less than impressed.
