It took me longer to decide what I wanted to try than what it took for the line to move and for it to be my turn to order. So yea, these folks are FAST and very courteous as well. They have real Al Pastor on the trompo (the spit) so of course I ordered pastor tacos and a pastor mulita. I also ordered a few SUADERO tacos which you don't find just anywhere. [Ordering]: One of the ladies took my order and another lady did the grilling. Once the quesadillas are ready, customers can add various condiments like cactus, mild salsa, red salsa, and cilantro. The cart is quite popular and our party had to wait approximately 15 minutes on Sunday at 6:15 PM. All quesadillas are cooked to order and the lady manually pressed every blue corn tortilla by hand.
