Pretty good, I wouldn't come just for this food but since I'm staying here it's nice atmosphere and easy.

I had the Redfish over a tomato and Andouille sauce. Very good with the Chimichuri on the fish

I had the redfish with Chimi Churi over a tomato based Andouille sauce. The fish was nicely blackened and the sauce was delicious with beans, carrots and Andouille

Brisket hash, avocado toast and pancakes. They didn't have a brunch type menu- just an everyday type. This is my second time here, the other was for lunch. Service was good each time but the food was pretty forgettable EXCEPT for the pancakes I had today. Fully redeemed and I will be back for those. Thin with just the right amount of chew, and perfectly cooked-delicious. Avocado toast with asparagus and grilled tomatoes with over medium eggs- just ok. They need to separate the hot items that were making the bread kinda soggy even tho it was really thick and not really toasted. Eggs were well cooked and perfectly over medium. Brisket hash- I just had a bite of the meat and I would rate it a 2.5. We ordered 1 pancake to share and ended up ordering another as it was so tasty. I would come back just for those but would not order the others.

Way over priced! Nice vibe, drinks are good, but skip the food here. Live music and games are nice. Eat before you come

We stayed at the resort over the memorial day weekend. The atmosphere was great, there is plenty of seating and the tables were nicely spaced out. The main clubhouse was rebuilt after the fire and they did not spare any expense it looks amazing. The restaurant looked over the golf course so it was good people watching. There is also a lawn that had some lawn games that you could people watch. The food was great! We went for lunch one day with the intention of going to town for dinner. Joke was on us. More on that later. The lunch and dinner selection was similar. My husband got the fish and chips and it was really good. I really liked the fries/potato wedges, I probably stole more than my fair share of his fries. I got the BBQ Mac and Cheese and it was good, the portion was on the smaller size but it was perfect and filling. It did take a while for our food to come out because there were larger tables around us but we weren't in a rush and had plenty of people watching to do. Well turns out most things closed early on Sunday in town so we didn't go into town for dinner. We went to the pool and decided to eat at the restaurant again for dinner since it was convenient and good. We decided to share the chicken fried steak and get a couple of side dishes to share as well. The chicken fried steak was huge! Glad we decided to share, we got both types of gravy to try, definitely liked the more traditional one, but that was preference. The roasted veggies were great definitely a huge side and plenty enough to share with two people if not more, we could not finish it for sure. I had to get another side order of fries because they were so good. We weren't in a rush again so we hung out and got dessert and that was delicious, it was not a typical cheesecake that we were expecting. We were pleasantly surprised it was delicious, we ate it all. Our server for dinner was Shaeleigh? she was so sweet and attentive. She was very friendly and accommodated us with all of our requests. She made sure we were well hydrated as well. She made the dinner even more memorable it was great to have such friendly service and conversations. We would definitely recommend eating here if you are staying at the resort or if you are in town, make the drive to the resort to check out the area and grab a bite!

Perfect place to eat for our girls getaway. It's onsite at the resort we stayed making it convenient. The food was delicious with little wait time. They were spot on for service! Reservations encouraged for dinner.

Arrived late but the hostess was kind to help us get a table. The ambience and the food was great! Had a wonderful time.

Very nice. Our waitress was friendly, and our starter of mozzarella sticks and marinara arrived quickly. I thought they were good, but my wife thought they were excellent. My rating would be 3.5 stars out of 5, my wife gives it 5 out of 5. Staffing seemed very impressive, with more than adequate staff and all seemed friendly. I ordered the pollo alla griglia and my wife ordered the veal parmigiana. For my order, with the vegetables, I would rate it 5 out of 5! Vegetables and the seasoning was amazing! The chicken was excellent, and the lemon butter sauce was incredible! Definitely would order this again! My wife rated her food 4.5 out of 5. She found the veal to be a little salty. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend dining here.

The ambience might not be Old World Italian with a Chianti bottle candle holder on your table, but…read morethe food certainly is. In fact there are two shining stars of Luciano's, food and service. A basket of fresh, hot and soft bread rolls hits the the table almost as soon as we sat down. We had the fried Calamari appetizer for the two of us and it was enough to be a meal by itself. Don't let the underwhelming descriptions on the menu fool you, the Shrimp Luciano comes with 6 super-sized shrimp that are beautiful and lightly encrusted on top of perfectly prepared buttery spaghetti. In order to keep the light crunch of the shrimp from getting soggy, the lemon butter sauce sits on the bottom of the bowl for dipping and sopping as desired. Every dish I saw comes from the kitchen looking "photo ready". Great presentation. What really made this evening pop was our server's attention to our table. Sophia never left a single detail unattended. If she felt our drink was taking too long (which I didn't), she'd apologize and let us know she was going to check on it. Her attention to detail and perfect timing was an absolute complement to the quality of the food. I didn't feel like she was waiting on us, it felt more like we had our own personal representative on staff. Finally, ambience...probably the weakest link of Luciano's, the conversation level is loud enough in the room that you don't feel like you have to whisper for privacy giving the room a lively and family friendly feel. There is background music playing but it's almost non-existent, in fact I had to stop and tilt my head to detect it. Personally I like a little background music and it wouldn't hurt to turn up the volume a notch. Over the long bar is a single screen with muted sound playing an NBA game. Luciano's is not over-priced with great food and great service. I'll be back

On a sunny Mother's Day morning, myself and 3 family members enjoyed a wonderful dining experience…read moreat Sunny's! Almost a month and a half beforehand, I made reservations online, which was quick and easy. For the occasion, they offered a special menu to help streamline ordering. The entrees were $28 and included either a mimosa or specialty drink. My mom and aunt both ordered the Southern Hospitality, which came with eggs, shredded hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, toast, and berry compote. My aunt paired hers with a mimosa while my mom chose a drip coffee. My little cousin had the mini stack pancakes topped with fresh berries and whipped cream. I was looking for a lower-carb option, so although I considered the omelette, most of the included ingredients were not to my liking. Instead, I ordered 2 eggs with added tomato and a side of hollandaise sauce. For my drink, I chose the Sunnycito coffee. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals! The presentation of each dish was beautifully curated. I really enjoyed my food overall, though I was not particularly fond of the hollandaise sauce. The flavor was not very enticing to me, and the consistency was a bit too thick. However, the Sunnycito coffee was absolutely superb! I almost ordered another one to-go. It was a beautifully blended, smooth, rich concoction inspired by a café con leche, or "cafecito", a Cuban-style coffee. When I looked over their regular menu beforehand, the drinks were labeled as either hot or iced, and I had only seen the Sunnycito listed hot, which is how it is traditionally prepared. Our wonderful waitress kindly asked if I would prefer it iced, and since I was in the mood for something cold, I happily agreed. I highly recommend this drink! They also add a hint of orange zest, which was such a unique touch and something I had never encountered before in a coffee. Despite how busy the restaurant was, everything seemed to run very smoothly. The staff remained attentive to everyone's needs, and our water glasses were never empty. I regret forgetting our waitress's name, but she was personable, sweet, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Altogether, it made for a very special and memorable Mother's Day celebration. I can't wait to return!

One oddity is there is a ramp leading to a door, but apparently that is not the entrance, at least according to the sign on the door. The entrance has stairs you need to ascend. So much for wheelchair and mobility issue friendly. We were seated quickly. Overall impressions are its clean, and normal restaurant chatter. There is seating inside, as well as outside, and apparently there is an upstairs seating area as well. Seating inside is close together, so this is not the place for conversation that you don't want others to hear. Waited quite a while without any acknowledgment of any kind, no drink order taken, nothing. After our waitress arrived, our drink orders were taken. At this point, since we still haven't received our drinks, I'm going to break from normal and mention the terrible service. I would normally wait until the end but this deserves mentioning. A different waitress approached and asked about our drinks. After another wait, our drinks arrived. Correction, the 2 coffees arrived. Not the Diet Pepsi that was ordered. On the plus side, my wife and daughter rated the coffees a 4.5 and 4, respectively. They did mention they were slightly less happy with the sizes. We finally placed our food order. Upon arrival, the food, fortunately, was excellent. My wife and daughter both rated the crepes 5 out of 5. I would rate the omelette 4.5-4.75. We are hoping the service was a fluke, because we had read good things about Sunny's, and their overall ratings are high. I can say this was one of the worst services I've experienced in quite some time, including fast food establishments. We will try again, and hopefully the service is better. So take from this what you will: Based on food and cost, I would rate Sunny's a 4.25. Factor in the service and I would rate it a 2.5, and wouldn't return. Hopefully our next experience is better.

I love the industrial vibe of the place. It was a rainy Saturday and the place wasn't particularly busy, so the service was good! Our server was friendly and knowledgable about the menu, and the food, while small in portion size (they are tapas, after all) was delicious. We started with the tostadas de chorizo and the house sangria. Both were super tasty. Then we ordered the chistorra (Spanish sausage) and pan con tomate, and finally we shared the albondiga...a giant meatball that was perfection. Can't wait to go back to Boerne and have some more Spanish goodness!

Our friendly young male server suggested a new Portuguese beer that just came out. It comes in a 4-pack, 6.8 oz bottles with convenient pull-tabs & on a bucket of ice. We went for it! Not bitter, light bodied & easy to drink. We savored the ambiance in the outdoor patio as it FINALLY cooled down to the low 70s! We were given water in a carafe and 2 glasses. I'm sensitive to the taste of municipal tap water so I should've asked if it was filtered water? You'll have to ask for ice cubes if you want ice. Our tapas were the scallops ceviche tostadas(2 tortillas holding them) & a flatbread with Serrano jamon, sliced pears, melted brie, onions & drizzled balsamic glaze. Hubs liked it but I thought it was lukewarm & skimpy on the ham. The cheese wasn't gooey & cooled off. Was slightly gamey to me. He loved his scallop ceviche tostada. The restaurant wasn't very occupied but our server said it gets pretty packed in the evening esp. when there's live music. More people came in when we were almost finished eating. We ate outside because they must have just disinfected & mopped the floors because the inside had a super strong chemical smell. Lots of metal tables and chairs in the patio.
