this is the most authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. food is always fresh and delicious!! staff is also very attentive and accommodating. I got the single steak parrillada and pina colada, both were made to perfection!! 10/10 recommend you will not be disappointed. read more

Service was okay I was talking to the lady at the front about to pick up an order and she looked away talking to a co worker while I was asking something which is fine but kinda rude I've came 2 times the first time I got the ceviche and it came good it was a pound I ordered the same thing today but 2 orders and the serving size felt like it had not only baldés but mainly there was onion and vegetables in my ceviche not enough fish I do think the first time it was a good amount and I was expecting the same thing don't get me wrong the food is good but I was a bit disappointed in the portions this time read more

Although there were only three other customers in the restaurant the service was a little slow. I ordered a taco salad, the worst I had ever had. I ordered it with beef and maybe there was a tablespoon in the salad, lettuce, no tomatoes, lots of rice and no cheese. I asked for the guacamole on the side. My husband ordered six wings with fries. We also ordered queso cheese for the chips that wasn't completely heated all the way and we had to stir it to remove the lumps. Wings and a salad with no drinks came to $47.00. That was our first and last visit. read more

First time here, food and service was great. However beware of extra charges on your check. The first chips and salsa for the table are free. If you order more there is a charge that your not told about. read more

I've always went to La Parrilla, this time I decided to try this restaurant, it was a mistake, my wife ordered hard taco, and I ordered steak fajitas, when they brought her order it was wrong, they brought soft tacos, my steak fajita was cold, the rice and beans was cold, I was hungry I sent the rice and beans back, I asked the waitress to let the manager know, but for some reason he never shows up to talk to me. On the way out I ask another waitress to call the manager when I explain to him What happened he was like lost, never again... read more

My honey and I stopped in for dinner. A bit over priced but was worth the money. I had the shrimp fajitas that came with rice and beans. The meal was flavorful and good. He had a veggie quesadilla which was nice size and to our surprise it came with a salad and fries. We both had Hennessy Margaritas and let me just say you pay for what you get, lol. They were both good size and tasted really good...just pricey but worth it. Overall our experience was great. The staff and our waitress was great. We'll return on payday, lol. read more

Not the food we were expecting not the typical Mexican restaurant you would get in the southwest food was a little pricey for lunch and the waitress was unfamiliar with the items on the menu read more

I went against the odds today to try one more time. This was the worst Mexican Food that I have ever had, no seasonings or anything. Not to mention I was charged $9.00 for a cup of Queso. This is it for me and I should have known better after all the other bad food experiences here in this busy city. Back to fasting I got to get this mess out of my system. read more

We went there as another option on my mom's birthday and all I have to say is that, the food here is kinda bland. Kinda tasted like it was either microwaved or store bought packaged. Really didn't feel that authentic to me. The service was alright at least we didn't wait too long. It was my first time at that restaurant. I kinda don't want to do go there again. read more

Great food! Great drinks! Great service! The staff was helpful with recommendations and even made specialized drinks for the table. The food was hearty and flavorful! I love the atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!!! read more

Was in Georgia on family time and was taken to this place. Being from Texas I'm picky about my Mexican food but this place had a good menu and was priced well. salsa was a little too mild bye was tasteful read more

Im really sick of coming to restaurants that are not welcoming to their customers. Honestly they ignore you. I waited at the bar for 20 minutes to place an order and not once did I get assistance. They've got to do better. read more

We got seated and didn't get approached at all and it had been 5 minutes. As we got up to leave the same hostess that just sat us said "have a good night" she did not even notice we didnt get a server. We told her what happened and she then said "oh" while all the employees stood there next to her doing nothing. Menu wasn't good either. Go somewhere else. read more

Came here on yesterday. Was seated given chips and salsa but never acknowledged after that not even to take our drink order. Two customers came in after us were served drinks and their food and we still didn't get acknowledged. We left and went to another Restaurant Los Avina and got excellent service. I will never step a foot in this restaurant again and will let all of my friends and family know how this place operates. read more

Terrible service!!!!!!!! Spare yourself. Food is subpar. Service is even worse!!!!!!!

Beware the food is terrible, not seasoned, and overpriced. The staff is rude and the manager has poor customer service. The kitchen staff needs to be replaced or taught to season the food. read more

Really great service Hakeem was our waiter and he did great!!! Food was really good I got the steak tacos. The ambiance was good too

The service has been mediocre the times I've been there. Not much of a drink menu. The food is fine. There are better options nearby.

The enchiladas were horrible along with the worst nachos ever!! The manager Jorge Guldian was HORRIBLE! when complaining about the food I was told I waited too late. 1st and foremost the service was slow with only 2 servers!! I will never eat here again!!! read more

First off I'll say this! Stay away. I understand they still may be short staff due to Covid-19 (understandable) but what I'm not happy with is the hair that I found in my food THREE times . The manager was arguing with the waiter about the hair that was clearly sitting on the plate. Definitely won't be visiting again!!! This is for the McDonough location. read more

Had a great time visiting La Costilla for the first time. Luckiy our server Dai, who was very kind and patient, walked us through our options, she was very enthusiastic about the menu and broke everything down. You gotta love a place where you can grab a rack of ribs and a hot plate of steak and veggies made right. Can't wait to come back and try something new. read more

Not a good impression making it my first and last time going to this place. Three adults with one child and an infant were charged a gratuity for a "large party group." There was nothing authentic about the pre-packaged microwaved food, and there were more flies (one got stuck in the 3 oz queso that cost $8.95) than there was steak on my burrito. The plastic margarita glasses were dingy looking. There was no table cloth on the table and the moisture from the glasses continued to run off the table wetting our legs. It was an experience definitely not worth the $170.00 we were charged! read more

Shrimp in fajitas were under cooked and we ordered shrimp tacos and they brought out fish tacos. Sent it back and they brought out fish tacos again. Manager was nice nasty and still charged me for the under cooked shrimp fajitas stating that he offered to cook the shrimp longer. Red flag should have been the fact that there were a hand full on customers present on a taco Tuesday. Save your money and go to La Parrilla. This place will not last much longer. I warned ahead of time not to go and took a chance to see for my self. Please don't make the same mistake. The 1 star was done by accident and I couldn't remove it. read more

Overpriced drinks and poor service. The bartender/manager appeared to be annoyed with my request to switch out my order after receiving tacos that were not tasty. He failed to bring the replacement although he said he would make the change. They've lost my business. read more

Came to the McDonough location to celebrate Mother's Day with family. They weren't busy so we got seated quickly. Food was meh and service was worse. Orders were given and it seems the wait staff brought what they wanted to bring out. Didn't even get some of the food we ordered. When it came time to close our tabs the wait staff carried a hand held device and rattled off our orders and we made payment. The amount was higher than expected but we had a large party so I understand gratuity was included, however we were not given itemized receipts and had to ask for them. Upon seeing our receipts we saw double charges of items and charged for items we didn't order that the waiter did not read when we were closing our tabs. The wait staff lied and said he brought multiple orders of the same thing. We all recalled what we ordered. The manager argued with [us] his customers about drinks that were ordered instead of hearing us out and refunding items that they charged us for that we did not receive. Naturally we were upset that they had done this but not to the point of causing a scene until we were told we weren't getting anything back and then the manager proceeded to open the door and not speak til we left. I stayed inside with 3 receipts out of 4 that were wrong because I paid my money and was due a refund but the manager still refused and threatened to call the cops to embarrass us (manager's words). I told him to call the cops because we had done nothing wrong. I will never visit this restaurant chain again. I made sure to express to other patrons to get their receipts before paying. This restaurant steals from their customers. The worst part is I can't even dispute it with my bank because I paid cash. read more

This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating. I went yesterday 9/4/2022 at around 7pm. There was no wait so we were immediately taken to a booth and gave menu's. We sat there for about 15 minutes waiting for the server to stop by...that never happened. Another couple was placed in the booth behind us and within maybe 2-3 minutes they already had chips and salsa and waters at their table while we sat there still waiting. At that point I was done so we left. The guy that sat us at the booth walked by a few times and saw us sitting there with an empty table and never bothered to find our server. Servers walked by and never said anything to us even while I was staring at them. When we left 2 employees were sitting on the bench at the entrance and never said a word to us. This was my first time in this location and it was my last time. Unfortunately I can't review the food or the drinks since we never got that far with our visit. read more

We were seated by the hostess, waited 30 minutes and no one came to get a drink/food order. There was only one other couple on the side of the restaurant with us, they were there before us and already had food etc. Three other families came in 5-10 minutes after us and they got their orders and had drinks out immediately. We tried to flag down a waiter about 20 minutes in, but they ignored us. As we walked out the hostess that sat us said "Have a good night" and was completely clueless that we hadn't been helped. Asked to speak to a manager and a male waiter that was too busy flirting with the hostess (also the same male waiter that walked past our table and served the other people around us), said that he would take care of us instead. We said no and found another restaurant. Sitting at the new restaurant writing this because it was that frustrating of an experience. Since I can't give it a zero, it gets a one. Also Yuki's is great and the service is A-1. read more
